It’s nice to know that Allstate doesn’t care about their customers, I work in healthcare, contracted COVID-19 while fighting Covid-19 I completely forgot to update my banking information to my new bank account causing my payment to return. As soon as I noticed I logged in and made the payment but Allstate cancelled my policy and told me that I would have to get a whole new policy and my policy would increase by 50%. I Spoke with everyone from the local office and corporate and nobody was willing to help. Stay far away from these people because you are NOT IN GOOD With Allstate.

I can only say positive things about this company based on my experience. Ive not had to go through any claims process with them so I cant speak to that aspect of the company. Their rates were competitive when I started then my rates were reduced by a significant percentage (~30%) at my 1 year renewal. They have been nothing short of top notch on every level at which I have had dealings from the beginning.
