I have had an absolutely horrific five years of dealing with this company. Our agent constantly changes with no notification, they have canceled our policy multiple times without notification (they claim they sent a letter but it was not received and zero effort to contact us by any other means). There are constantly clerical issues like saying our account has NSF when it doesn’t (have to sent bank statements proving we had sufficient money in the account every time). They cancel policies without notification and raise rates astronomically with any claim. We just found out when trying to get quotes elsewhere that my husbands license was suspended because this office did not submit the paperwork they said they were going to in September of 2020. Even though all of these issue we’ve had were completely out of our control and obviously were issues on Farm Bureau’s end, I was just told by Mike Rude that I was lucky they even reinstated my policies and they did us a favor. When I complained about the lack of service and zero phone calls and constantly changing agents etc his response was “our system works”. Abysmal lack of customer service. I am honestly in awe at how awful this office is. I have been with Farm Bureau for 15 years and never had a problem before having to deal with the Greenville office. Shop anywhere else for insurance if at all possible.

May be a one off and I realize that they have many clients however I’ve been with them for years and pay my premiums semi annual and called Erica this morning only to find out I’ve not had insurance since April.....her response is she tried to call I’m having phone records pulled to verify she did such but regardless when we have been in business together for the length of time and she knows my wife and I travel constantly as well as have several small businesses you would think curtesy would have been to reach out more thoroughly....furthermore I’d like to thank her for my lapse and increase in my liability insurance from 250 every six months to a now 850 every six months.....I don’t care about the policy of Farm Bureau I care that my insurance agent after all these years didn’t have the courtesy to reach out more thoroughly and get a hold of my wife or myself to make sure that our insurance didn’t relapse thank you Erica

Had this insurance for a month! Paid on 06/12 Had an accident the first week of July an 18-wheeler played bumper cars with me & I had a totaled car with broken ribs & they caused over draft fees on my acct. trying to still take money out AFTER the accident and the insurance had been canceled. Cheap affordable insurance BUT OBVIOUSLY THEIR THEIVES in the end! Got my policy in Anderson. Theyre not good with accidents at all.
