Me and my now fiancé have been here over a year it was cool at first until earlier this year lots of auto break ins and management had done nothing about it no talks of cameras or anything a persons entire car was stolen. Good neighborhood just be mindful of the thefts. Maintenance is great always helpful.
Walls are PAPER thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. Even with the new renovations, this place is still a dump. You can put lipstick on a pig to make it pretty, but its still a pig. The maintenance workers do not care and will be up and hammering away very early.
I moved here in March of this year and loved it from the moment I moved in. They gave me a checklist to go through my apartment with and If i noticed anything that needed to be fixed to mark it and they would take care of it. Sure enough the next day after I turned the paper back in, maintenance was over fixing the minimal issues. The two work orders Ive put in since moving here have been handled within the hour. The management changed about 2 months after I moved and they started renovating the apartments. During the day sometimes parking can be at a premium with all the work vans but I havent really had any issues except people parking in front of my building who dont even live in my building. We dont have assigned spaces so i get it but dude park in front of your own building. I did hear unfortunately that when my lease is up next year Ill have to move again. I cant afford an extra $400 a month but the time Ive spent here so far has been outstanding. Its very close to Laurens and Woodruff road and just minutes from downtown Greenville.
I would like to begin by saying the current property manager (Jessica I think her name is) is nothing but great. She always goes above and beyond to address concerns and issues within the community. She is extremely professional and friendly and is the best thing to happen to this property since Ive lived here. I realize she is only doing her job and I dont put any of this on her, but on the company that has bought this property. Im only leaving one star for a number of reasons. I felt I was mislead from the beginning. We moved here in Nov 2020 and were told when our lease expired we could renew or go month-to-month. We were also given a few options such as a renovated or furnished apartment, or neither, or both. I went to the office and asked about my renewal date since I was aware of the 60 day notice, but unsure when exactly that was since we signed a 10 month lease. At this point I was given much different information. I was told that they are not offering renewals, only transfers to renovated apartments, which would increase my monthly amount by $415/mo. We could not even stay in our apartment which we hand picked before we moved here.. we would have to move out for at least 8 weeks while the renovations were done, basically making us have to move twice in 2 months. (Move out, then back in.) Also, I have put in many work orders since moving here and very few have been taken care of. I still have exposed insulation in my kitchen that has been this way since the first week we moved in. Do not waste your money here. Yes, the renovations may look nice but the buildings are extremely old. The fitness center is only open during business hours and the office closes at 5. They have 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a cycling machine. Thats it. Also, no linen closet and the closet space in the bedrooms are very small. And the ceiling in the guest bath, for some reason, sits extremely low. They also tack on an extra $150 monthly fee making you get their internet and cable, which is a pain to get hooked up. Employees and management in the office changes constantly. The high turn over is a huge red flag. For the price they are asking, you can find MUCH better just down the street, for less! Potential renters beware!
I hurt my leg and foot because of their stairs coming out my apartment. The step completely came off the stairs case. now I can even get emergency maintenance on the line and Im in pain. Now I have to go to the emergency room and cant even get anyone from the property on the line. Pure trash!
Trash in the parking lot all the time and extremely thin walls. You can hear everything above and below you
Management is very caring and helpful. Meredith and Brittany are a delight, welcoming, and always made sure to address any issues immediately and made me felt listened to.I enjoyed the apartment, it was comfortable, and maintenance was always quick to respond. Most of my interactions were with Meredith and she was A++ the best.Id recommend Azalea Hill Apartment Homes.
Near a woods, a few creeks and a golf course. Management is quite easy to work with. Some apartments are upgraded, some older depending on what a renter is looking for.
Very quiet community that is close to everything you could need. It has a pool, fitness center, dog park, cable & internet are included and valet trash is very convenient. Definitely a great place to call home whether it’s long term or even if you’re here on business for a short while then there’s corporate apartments that come fully furnished with everything you need. I highly recommend it.
Management is very caring and considerate. Maintenance is prompt and professional. My furnished studio apartment is clean and beautiful. Economic and efficient. I did, however, buy myself a brand new blanket to go on my king size bed.
Azalea Hill is in a lovey location between downtown and the everyday access of Woodruff Road. You’re 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from all of your groceries. It’s a super quick drive onto 85 if you’re taking a trip to Atlanta or Spartanburg. You can walk to Bilo if you want. Furthermore, management / maintenance are very prompt and helpful. The apartments are spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend and stay again.
I helped a friend move into one of these apartments and the condition was appalling. The kitchen and bathroom had not been cleaned in months because there was a thick coat of dust and grime all over everything. I brought my carpet cleaner over because the carpet smelled like wet dog. It took me 2 hours to clean this tiny space. I jokingly referred to it as the slum and other not so nice words. The washing machine and vacuum didnt work. When she was charged $400 to clean the apartment upon moving out, I was appalled. She left it in better shape than she found it. Beware!
They have a pool dont expect to actually get to use it in the summer time though. Thats when they want to do all the work on it. Otherwise its a decent place not the best but not the worst either.
A bit outdated but great place to live. very well lit, quiet, and never had issues with management!I highly recommend
Azalea Hill apartment Homes in Greenville is the worst place I have stayed at. They are very dated however painted that place must have been blind or ran out of brushes and using there hands everything in that place was junk the draws fell out in your hand you had to rotate your food a least three times in the oven to cook the food. lived there 3 years and will never look at that place again after we moved out they took our full deposit and we never hurt that apartment. they said they needed it for cleaning that place did not need a clean it needed a wrecking BALL we were never late paying those three years paying 1050 a month which that place was not worth .50 a month. However said that place was luxury was crazy and needs to go to the psychiatrist. and by the way I think it looked ten times nicer when we moved out.
Very nice, clean and renovated apartments
A little dated, but its nice and clean.
Very comfortable 👍🇲🇽
