They went above and beyond to remove our mold problem by replacing A/C ducts that were the cause of the problem. Very happy with the service. Very professional. Will use again in future if needed. Our Building was in desire need of a good carpet cleaning. Rons was prompt on coming out to give us a estimate and was willing to clean in the next few days. They were very professional taking their time to put plastic tabs under chairs and tables so no indentions would show when the carpet dried. We were very pleased and will have them back out again in a few months.

Hands down, the best! We had our air ducts cleaned within the past 6 months. This service was carpet cleaning! Pricing is very reasonable. Service is impeccable. Best of all Ronnie was very friendly. He explained about a Teflon treatment to protect the carpet against stains. He was not a pressure sale but very honest! We had the treatment and would highly recommend. Our carpets look amazing! Our only regret, not having this done sooner!

I spilled paint on my carpet on a Friday night. Ronnie texted me back and scheduled for Jeremy Robbins to come out first thing Saturday morning. He advised to keep the spot wet and cover with a towel. Jeremy was able to get the paint out of the carpet and you can not tell there was ever a spill. Had also called 2 other large carpet cleaners also Friday and neither could get to me until Monday. Rons has cleaned my carpet in the past and will always use them in the future.

Had them clean my HVAC ducts. A week later my HVAC company did some work on the system and he was surprised it was just cleaned . They came back out a second time to redo the whole thing. Had my HVAC company back out for a vent not blowing good and he found 2 baseballs and a toothbrush in there...wth. Do NOT RECOMMEND

I have never had a carpet cleaning service clean my carpets so well.My 16 year old dog had absolutely ruined my carpets. He died of kidney failure. Rons Carpet Cleaning got all of the spots and dirt out of my carpets. I was amazed and so was everyone else that had seen my carpets before. Also the technician that cleaned the carpets was very nice and helpful.

I called & scheduled a time for an estimate to have my home cleaned. It was scheduled on a day they said it could be accommodated. I work and travel extensively so took the day off to meet with them & scheduled other appointments around their time frame.Half way through the 10A - 11A window they gave me for this AM - I called since I hadn’t heard from anyone. At noon I received a call back apologizing for the mix up, excuses, etc and said they could come tomorrow - same window.I explained I worked and had taken the day off - could they come late afternoon & was told noYou spend a lot of money on commercials to get business & this is the execution .....

I love that my carpets are dry soon after cleaning.They show up on time, take care not to scratch my furniture and leave everything back in place. Very knowledgeable of carpet fabrics and correct way to clean all types of rugs. They also did a great job on my hardwood floors and bathroom tiles. Definitely the best!!!

I have used Rons Carpet for the last 5 years to clean our carpets at Overbrook Church, my home, and my parents and in-laws homes. Their work has always been impeccable and their technicians have been courteous. Ive used cheaper cleaners in the past and got what I paid for. With Rons we know our pricing up front and our carpets and rugs look cleaner longer because they leave no residue. And, what they can do with tile floors is nothing short of amazing. I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past and have never had a company do such a great job. I moved out of my rented condo about 2 months ago and had pretty significant pet stains on the white carpet. The service guy was upfront with me that the stains may not come completely out of the carpet, but he would do the best he could. He was finished (4 bedroom condo) in about 45 minutes and did a fantastic job. There were no stains! I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, punctual, and did outstanding work.

Had my carpets and area rugs done. Loved the white glove service, they picked up and delivered for a reasonable fee. Not only did the house look and smell fresh. 14 days later my rugs were returned, looking just like they did when I bought them. Will definitely use again.

Ronnie did an awesome job on refinishing our hardwood floors after the holidays. The floors are over 20 years old and have never been refinished. The whole process took less than a day and I wish we had done it years ago. It is well worth the money!

Be very careful with their quotes for rug cleaning. They quoted me $85 and then charged my credit card for $410! Their salesperson failed to tell me the $85 was only for pickup and delivery. I could have bought a new rug for the cost of cleaning. Very deceiving. Be sure to get a written quote. We were taken to the cleaners!!! Will never use them again

This is our second time using Rons. We had (2) white linen sofas and a headboard cleaned and they look good as new. He was careful not to tack in mud or dirt from outside as he brought in equipment from his truck outside.

We have used Rons for area rug cleaning and we also use them for house cleaning and spring and fall cleans. They do an amazing job at everything. Cant imagine using anyone else!

I was excited to try Rons to strip and rewax the floors at my wedding venue, but they have totally flaked. They were scheduled to show up on a Monday and complete the project by end of day Tuesday. Its now 3:00 on Tuesday and they have not even started. They came Monday afternoon but didnt have the equipment to start and said they would be back on Tuesday and stay until the project is finished. Its now Tuesday and they havent shown up and are saying they cant come back for two more weeks. I spent $200 in labor to move furniture AND have cancelled multiple client meetings to accommodate this, and they cant do it. I will now have to find another company, which means it will be weeks before I can fit it in my schedule to get the floors get done. We are booked with events all the time, which means its hard to get these kind of projects scheduled. Im incredibly frustrated that they would be so casual with starting a project at a business.

For as many years as I have lived in Greenville, at the recommendation of friends, I have used Ron for my carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning needs . They have always done an exceptional job for me. As an example, a number of years ago, just after having a chair reupholstered, a guest spilled red wine on the chair, upholstered in butter yellow. I blotted up as much as I could & called Rons in the morning. Ron, himself, was there that day and, to this day, I defy anyone to find any sign of red wine or any discoloration of the fabric; it still looks new! Their equipment is state of the art, their knowledge extensive and their competence, desire to please fantastic. It is always a pleasure to deal with them.

Never even had a chance for technician to come out. The person handling calls was either overwhelmed every time I called or incompetent. Either way, it was a frustrating experience. Was promised a call back with a quote for cleaning service and never received the call. Needed to reschedule an appointment for furniture cleaning and was never given the opportunity. I guess they are too busy to need more clients, which is why i gave them the benefit of two stars.

I recently purchased a new to me home, based on the lack on cleanliness I found the home in & the fact that we were having the floors sanded & restained, I made sure to put duct cleaning on the list of things to do before move in day. I called got a quote over the phone, set up an appt. This truck backs up in my driveway, 2 guys get out introduce themselves & go to work getting setup. I went back to working in my office. When I came out I was pleasantly surprised how professional & careful they were on my floors that had only been finished for a couple of days. After a couple of hours they started packing up & I asked whats the craziest thing they found doing this, they said today we found an entire roll of paper towels in your ducts, he then produces the core of the roll, along with plastic letters, some small dolls, 3 balls & magnets, I was stunned. I have never had this service performed but will make sure I add it to the regular deep cleaning schedule. Thanks Ron & the guys!
