I was hired for a job making $18 a hour. I noticed the assignment said $16 a hour I asked the recruiter about it. They told me Id be paid for $18. Well my gut feeling was right they only paid $16 a hour. I shouldve looked at the ratings before going here.

They been blackballing me for 6 years over something that was their fault.They also withheld my last check off an assignment that was $841.00 and I didnt get it til 10 months later after they finally realized n noticed their mistake.Everytime I see a job I like on indeed,they have the contract for it,and soon as I apply,I get an instant email declining my application. Im blackballed for speaking out about their lack of accountability as a temp agency and unprofessionalism....

I had the worst experience at the one in Greensboro on Market St. Went for an interview and ended up filling out an application for a place called Endura Products (also In Greensboro). They told all of us in the room that we were gonna be working for this place on 1st shift from 7am-3pm $12 an hour, all they were waiting on was just a start date and they would let us know. The next day, I get a phone call about another job in Mebane that they needed somebody for, not even 10 minutes after that I get another phone call from the same place about a different one in Greensboro. So I told them about the job I originally filled out for and then they told me that one was taken. So the job I originally filled out for, I DID NOT GET. So I said, I’ll just take the job in Mebane, she tells me that that one was filled as well. So I the only one left was the other on in Greensboro that they offered me, so I took it. I went to The Matrix that following Friday morning (the job they offered me in Greensboro), that job didn’t even know I was suppose to be coming, because ResourceMFG didn’t tell them. On top of that, turns out it wasn’t even considered a first day of training for me, I was just sent there ONLY to help load and unload on the dock which I was only needed for 2 days, that Friday and that following Monday. Today is March 10th, 2020. All of this has happened within the past week. Today, they offered me another job paying $15 and hour, not even a minute went by after I texted them back ASAP, it was already filled. If you ever want to work for this temp agency, DON’T. They will have you there looking stupid. I still don’t have a set job yet..

I have had nothing but good experiences with Resource Mfg. The staff was nice, polite and professional. I received my pay on time and was sent to 2 good jobs. As for the negative comments posted here: Temp agencies can only work with what you bring. For instance, your work experience, education and attitude.

Ashley Boyd reached out to me on 8/9/2018 about a position I applied for. She said she received my application but could not find my attached resume and cover letter. I told her I was heading out of town but would send her my resume and cover letter again the next day on 8/10/2018. She told me she would be out of the office on the 10th so I assume she would receive my email when she return on Monday. Apparently she was off that Monday to because I sent a follow up email on Monday 8/13/2018 and I received a automatic reply. I waited til Thursday 8/16/2018 and sent another follow up email. No response. Finally I called Friday only to be told by the receptionist the position has been filled. Ashley didnt even have the consideration nor confidence to tell me herself. Its currently 8/25/2018, and I still havent heard from her. I can see why this place is not well respected. The communication is horrendous. I will not waste no more time here.

The only issue I have had is trying to get my information on the website after I continued with my career somewhere else. I called them and they did not want to give me my W-2s. They said it was online, but I cant get on my account to get it. I told them that, and they still did nothing about it.

Please dont waste your time in applying for this company they are not professional and they dont pay there employees on time! Nor do they like to pick up the phone when you call them!! And they dont have any jobs for anyone!!! This company really needs to go out of business if you ask me

Is it possible to give them 0 stars theyre unprofessional and when I went to them for employment went through all the procedures and they never called back just very deplorable service
