Without Christina Lee and Pangelina Marshall I would be lost looking for another job, and struggling to stay afloat. The ladies at BG Staffing are the greatest. I have use them for over three years to staff my maintenance team when I worked in Burlington. Taylor is very thorough and she keeps great communication with you if something were to occur with a staff member. Dena is truly a pleasure to work with. She always goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the temps she refers. When I needed someone last minute she was able to have someone there the same day to help my maintenance team. We were so pleased with one of the temps she sent that we continued to have him help out our team until we found a permanent team member.

Honestly it was a good opportunity that I wanted to get my foot in until actually getting into the business! Starting off I got hired but wasn’t offered an assignment until MONTHS almost a year later. Tried to reach out never had a response. The lady I “worked for “got a new assistant which is fine but they didn’t communicate correctly and when they did it was always via text, never a phone call or email. When I asked for someone to reach out I was ignored with no response until hours later. Also asked for a name or number to someone above the 2 specific people and was ignored as well! Then when I asked a question about my pay the response was “my last day with BG Multifamily is today. Please call or text so and so” (not mentioning names) No one has reached out since the day the last message was sent to me, so now I am left clueless and have no job! Very unprofessional! I don’t recommend working for this company!

Deena is fantastic and so is BG Staffing. They have always gotten me work, and in almost every case that temp position transitioned to full time work. Deena keeps her word and BG has never done me wrong. I highly recommend them and tell people every week to contact BG and Deena for work. I really like this company and have always been pleased with their efforts. 5 stars isnt enough.

Dena was a HUGE part of me transitioning back into property management. She really advocated for me, and got my name out there. I am forever grateful. Great Staffing Agency. Ben Scott was a wonderful maintenance man for my community for over six months! They also communicate well and always ensure you are happy with their service!

They found the perfect position for me, and I was able to get a full time permanent job offer. There were several issues that came up with the timesheet system, but they were always very responsive and resolved the issue every time.

I’ve worked for Bgmultifamily for about 2 years I started in 2017 then stopped for a short time and started again in 2018. My experience with this company has been interesting to say the least, out of all people I’ve had contact with within the company Ms. Dena has literally been a saving grace, clear communication, she’s always been very sweet and hospitable. Ms. Dena wasn’t even my staffing supervisor but she would come to different properties I would be assigned to to make sure I was ok and comfortable at the new property. I started with little to no experience as a maintenance technician but working with Bg and going to these different properties I had the chance to meet a lot of people who were very skilled in their field and were willing to teach me the ins and outs of the business. I’ve definitely come out with a better understanding of property management and a set of handyman skills that hopefully will help me procure long term employment so for these things I am thankful. Of course there are cons my supervisor was Taylor Wilson, there are a few things I would like to address if your thinking about working here.. firstly make sure you send in your time card from your phone to the number provided for communication. I’ve had situations happen where my phone would die or possibly be off and I would ask the property manager that I was currently working with to send in my time card and my supervisor would claim that the time card wasn’t received witch results in you not being paid. Secondly, from my experience communication is inconsistent, we communicated through a text system they would send texts but when I had questions and would text the number the responses were selective some questions were answered and some weren’t. I signed up for health insurance in December and asked about it a few times as far as when it would be put into effect and when it would show on my pay stub I guess it was never processed and I got no communication back about it. There’s also been 3 times where I’ve had issues with my check, either not being correct for the right hours or not being paid, and we work for a weekly check so if this was my only job I would have been screwed a few times. I was actually fired from Bgmultifamily on 02/20/2020 because I called to figure out where my paycheck from the previous week was. My supervisor fired me because of personal reasons, not because I didn’t go to work or not because I was upholding Bgmultifamily’s name in a bad light but because I was upset about not getting paid for hours I worked the 2 weeks ago and wanted to speak to a manager but was declined that request.. Thirdly as a employee of Bgmultifamily you have the option to work as a temp or a temp to hire I was the latter, and as such there is a 3 month waiting period from when you get an assignment to when you can be hired on to said property I’ve had a few experiences where I was right at that 3 month mark and was taken off an assignment only to be put back on the same assignment 2 weeks later basically starting the 3 month period over. Essentially the whatever rate that you are told you will be paid for a assignment let’s say you get 14 a hour bg will be making 25 a hour off of you and then your given the 14 dollar cut out of the 25 dollars per how many hours you worked no overtime and if a company wants to try and hire you before that 3 month period they have to buy you out of your contract which comes with a nice little fee. I did enjoy my time and the things that I learned while employees at bg but the things you had to deal with to try and get a position with a property you were working at and the poor communication and the nonchalant attitude about employees pay is definitely a major downfall for this company.

BG Staffing is a great company to be a part of. They have a great team to make sure they find you a position. I really like how they take you through a 1day class to teach you and at the end give you a certificate of the training. Awesome!!!!!. I give BG Staffing 2 thumbs up for great customer service, understanding what they employees need and just being a great company in all. Keep ip the good work BG Staffing!
