I spoke to a very relaxed recruiter who I think may be on vacation or no longer work there because why else would a potential employee be treated like she is not a priority? When I gave her the bottom dollar I was looking for she offered me something less than that. I declined the offer. Later I received a better offer from her and gave references, my resume-the whole nine yards..I havent heard from her since. The emails have stopped and the phone calls have stopped. If you have outstanding experience and morals then dont come any where near this place. They will not take you serious because they are running people in circles at that office! This must be a start up or a scam. If I could rate it 0 stars I would!!

I dislike this place they are very unprofessional! I wish I could give them zero stars...they had me go through 3 interviews told me I had the job at the last interview but never said anything else to me I called them no answer no call back and email different people no one emailed me back! I absolutely would NOT recommend this place to no one!

I had email and/or phone interactions with Jenna and Elliot. Jenna reached out to see what time would work for a call, after I myself followed up on an unanswered email. We agreed upon and scheduled a specific time for her to call. She never called, and follow ups were met with silence. A few weeks later, I emailed Elliot. He contacted me via phone, and sent a few assessments to complete. He requested I follow up when completed. I followed up 3 times, but was also met with silence. We all realize these agencies deal with multiple people, but not following through with what you say you will do is unprofessional and insulting. I would rather you say my skills are not marketable at this time, etc. instead of being blown off. Kudos to those who have had better luck or received responses. I was lucky enough to receive employment from a higher rated agency.

They even paid me for some of the holidays that technically they didnt have to, because it was the right thing to do.Im employed, working for a good company, doing what I do best. Its a good company for the most part. They stick up for their people. For this to be a temp service they offer benefits (kinda high) and weekly pay. They have been known to put people off to the side if you are not needed, they wont return your calls. If you can get in with the right person it should work out fine. This is the Greensboro Branch.

I have been with Aerotek for over 4.5 years now. It is the only contract house that I have worked with, however, overall I have been very pleased. I have heard nightmares about other contract companies, and Aerotek has been anything but that. My only gripe on Aerotek is they need to offer more vacation time without needing to accrue it. Its a bit of a pain to plan trips and vacations while trying to figure out when you will have accrued enough time off to use it. Otherwise, they do offer benefits and a 401k which a lot of other contract companies do not offer. I have had a few different point of contacts over the years and they all have tended to my needs quickly. Rachel has been very good about following up with her clients. I would definitely recommend Aerotek to professionals who enjoy working as a contractor/consultant.

At first they called me and was very engaging about placing me in a position. I was set up for an interview at one of their sites and never heard anything as far as any chance of advancing or even placing me somewhere else. For them to be one of the top temp agencies seem far fetched if only they communicate better.

From the greeting walking in the door to meeting Liz and Randall to the position where I was placed (its like they saw more than what was on my resume and gave me a position that fit me!). Aubrey is horrible. She lies. I had a emergency with my son and communicated this with her throught the whole process only to wake up with an email stating that I hadnt followed protocol with them or the company they placed me with. When I went to the office Aubrey and another lady came to tell me even though I had phone records and emails from communicating with both her and the placement job that I could no longer be employed with them. If you have kids dont work here..

If I could give aerotek 0 stars, I would. Just like others have said, the recruiters will smile and promise you work yet they dont deliver. You can call and call, leave emails all you like, but if youre not prepared to go up to the office everyday just to speak with someone then you should find any other temp service to try. Complete waste of time.

I had an interview today with Brandon Martin, honestly speaking in the past in California I had a great experience with Aerotek but with this specific recruiter on Stanley RD in Greensboro NC he was very discouraging, he reached out to me and told me he had work for me so i went to my interview and after my interview he sed well I have to show all the info. you gave me today to my managers, like I literally wasted my time. He had a issue with my resume, he pretty much had a issue because it look like I have gaps in my resume, I explain to him that I was layoff and some of my jobs YES I quit because I found a better job with better pay, so I left with no hopes, we went threw each and every job I had. Please if you have him as a recruiter I advise you to ask for a other or just dont go there, I email him my reference i never hurd back from him. A total waste of my time

I havent worked with aerotek for long but Im very thankful for the opportunity. Kyle was very helpful and took a chance on me when most companies wouldnt. He gave me a shot to get my foot in the door and to show off my skills.

Not a good place to work for people with children. I had outstanding attendance, but was terminated after my children’s daycare called for me to pick my child up because he had a fever of 102.0! They were very unprofessional and inconsiderate about my situation, and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Well they waited till a day b4 my assignment start to tell me my background didnt go thru. Now im out of my previous job and now they will not even answer calls after saying they will place me somewhere different asap. Going to aerotek has changed my life for the worst

Service seems to be unorganized. I was working with one of their representative and during the process she left the company. I have left messages with two reps there and still no one has called me back. Seems that they need to work on their customer service.

The job I got from this place is the best I have ever had. HOWEVER it is impossible to get anyone to answer the freaking phone about anything. i have never had anyone pick up and have always had to end up driving up to the office. Also if you have a pay card then getting your paystubs is damn near impossible. I am trying to move and it has been a two week battle to get them. I honestly do not even know what to do. I have never had an issue getting intouch with my recruiter but the payroll team is a joke and is never available. The front desk staff is super friendly though and like I said; my job is the best.

This place is so unprofessional to give someone a job that they lied and say the hours are 7am to 3:30 pm then work the job and the company tells you that the hours are so totally different 7am until finish which may be up to 11pm is impossible to do when you have a famliy to take care of ( Kelly sliver was the recruiter from aerotek that lied complete about the job with ultacraft. Then after you have to quit the job because you cant work the hours you are told that aerotek ( Kelly sliver) you can no longer work for aerotek . I will not recommend this staffing company to anyone who may be looking for a job.

Staffing rep Keegan Johnson is extremely rude and unprofessional. He made me feel very uncomfortable speaking with him and asks very personal questions that I don’t believe is apart of aeroteks guideline. He got very upset when I canceled my interview the day prior and threatened me by saying aerotek will no longer help me with employment. Very unprofessional.

Horrible temp agency never finds you any work & the communication between them is horrible you have to constantly keep calling them I originally applied to this agency in December 2016 they have yet to find me any work. Just moved from PA to Nc and the aerotek in PA was fantastic they found me work in two weeks tops. I dont know what the problem is here. But I do not recommend anyone wasting their time on this agency theyre a JOKE

Im neutral about this place.. Went thru several phones calls... I did a face to face talked about jobs that were available and I called back to inquire about what happened.. I can only tell you what ive experienced so far, but ive been done very dirty 3 different times by this agency. They wont call you back. They will lie to you. They promise you a certain amount of pay and went you go for the interview for the job. Its not what was explained to you? This place is a joke!!!! Stay away from recruiters Jason B. Vanay and Corey Dalton better yet if you want my advice stay away from Aerotek... There are temp agencies out there that are alot better and actually care about their employees...

My fiance had an appointment with one of the ladys there and she led him on to believe she had a job for him the coming up week all he needed to do was provide her with references that coming up Monday, and he did and he continued to called her everyday the next week and leave her voicemails and he never herd back from her
