Lies. Dont let no one tell you or try to make it look like you cant do better. This is how the Resource made some of there employees feel. I been reading the reviews. Telling people yall are sorry things didnt work out. Your manager tried to put something like that in her own words before I quit. Yes the resource do be getting over on people pay. This is the worst tempservice I ever worked for. They tell you not to say anything about your pay cause they are the lowest paying. Then they will give others a raise and say they didnt. Also will ask you to train the new people, and have them making more than you. So if you like to be lied to your face and get cheated on your pay. Come work for the resource. (Never again) 👎

My experience with this temp agency was not good at all. I’ve went to the office several times to find work. I finally was able to do orientation for a job Tuesday after inquiring for a month. After orientation, the on-site manager asked everyone to verify their contact information and what shifts we were interested in working. It’s been 3 days since I’ve went to orientation and I have yet to start working. I kept reaching out to the on-site manager and haven’t heard anything back. I called the office Thursday morning to see what was going on and I was told that the on-site manager is very busy so I needed to keep calling and texting her. But for what reason? She knew she had orientation with 6 people that were waiting to be told when to report to work. Their pay is horrible. They offered to pay $10 for a company that pays its employees $16. Not only that, they try to place certain people at particular jobs regardless of their experience. I have a lot of customer service experience as well as correctional officer experience but yet they tried to make me do warehouse work. It’s unprofessional to tell someone to expect a call and then don’t keep your word. It’s unprofessional to have someone consistently reaching out to you, showing you that they’re eager to work and yet you don’t have the decency to return their call or text. I’m glad I was blessed with a better job opportunity today. I’m not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but I’ve been trying to find employment for a month with this agency and I never actually started working.In response to the owner: I was offered a 3 week assignment. Why would I take a 3 week job just to be back in the same situation.

Recruiters bend over backwards to help find you employment. They work as a team to help you and constantly reach out to you and respond to you quickly. Great contract to hire positions with great pay in as little as 90 days. Very patient staff of professional recruiters that really try to help.

This have been my first experience using temp agency and have to admit, Im impressed! I was contacted for a job after my resume was found online. Interview process was quick and efficiently done. Started position within a week after contact. Have had continuous contact with my recruiter (Lisa) and no issues. Pays have been accurate and on time. Hopefully Ill be hired on as a permanent employee, but if not...will gladly seek another temp position through The Resource, Greensboro!!!

Late October I was searching for design jobs in the Triad. The Resource found my resume on Career Builder and contacted me about an open design position in High Point. I was hired on in September, worked 90 days as a temp hire employee through the Resource, and now Im an official employee at my dream job. The Resource was really great about providing me the information that I needed, and connecting me to the job that I was qualified to do. I truly appreciate their efforts to make this process as easy as possible for me, and I would definitely recommend them.

Well, I came in with a pleasant attitude and a resume and I also passed my drug test. I never got a call back or a follow up. When I did it was low paying long distance jobs. Every time I called nothing was available for the minimum 12.50 is the least I could take and basically I feel like they owe me gas money for not helping me and wasting my time.

Michaela looked briefly at my resume and blew me off on the phone without even offering the core assessment that their website brags on.

Terrible place to work they make poor unfair decisions that are no justice and based on their own feeling they are a he say she say type of company, I will be seeking legal advice on going after this establishment, I dealt with a lady name Kelly that was unfair and she wasted my time made it seem like I was calling for one thing when she was just tryna get info out of me very judgmental lady and unjustly person

They just worry about them making money. They dont care about your feelings thats making there money for them. They try to force me to work 12hrs shift once I told them from beginning cant work, then tell try to force me to work nights. Then when I did finally get something from the I had appointment two weeks ahead let them know on spot and every week til then. When time for my appointment I get fired and no one at the resources could tell me anything but have to wait 6mos. The Resources is a big joke really.

This place is awesome and I cant thank lisa enough she got me the job I wanted made it so easy if your looking and a hard worker amd looking for a job this is the place to go.

Where do i start? Well i know this place holds two people that will completely lie to you over the phone, in a text, and to your face. Those two people are Lisa and Steve. So i was called about an inventory position at Haeco. The phone call, the orientation, and text was all about the position being inventory. My orientation was on 11/15/2019 and was giving by Steve. The whole time in the orientation he is talking to us about ithe inventory position.it was myself and two ofher people in orientation. Not one time did he mention any other positions or anything. So from 11/15 to the morning of 11/19 i am thinking i am going to do the position i was stated over the phone, in a text, and at face value. So 11/ 19/2019 i arrive at Haeco and was met out there by Lisa. Now she sat next to me not one time before my going back into the warehouse did she state my position was going to be any different. Not one time did i receive an email, text, or call saying i would be doing a different position. Well once in the back we found out that 2 was doing inventory and 2 was doing kitting. Now mind you if i was told ahead of time that i was not going to be giving the position stated to me and giving the position that was written on paper then i would have turned down the assignment. Kitting is not what i wanted, not what was told told to me, not where my interest was or is. When i saw Richard the guy we reported to he stated he told The Resource he needed 2 for kitting and 2 for inventory ahead of time. So Lisa and Steve ( the Liars ) knew ahead of time and was just trying to fill a quota and fill their pockets, as well as just fill positions. I dont do well with liars at all. If youll lie, youll cheat and steal and more. So yeah my working there was very short lived. I left that position 11/21/2019. Not working in a position i have no interest in, dont want any experience in, or what have you. Not working in a position for 2 complete liars to make their pockets fat or what have you. Instead of lying to people they need to be open, upfront, and honest. The only thing i can say is the pay was good. That was the only plus. If i was giving the position that matched what my paperwork said and what they called me about and what my orientation was for i would have stayed. But nope, Lisa and Steve are LIARS and will use you for their benefit.

Lisa in Greensboro and Amanda in Winston Salem offices are thus far being very helpful. And just as kind.

I have tried 2 of 3 temp agencys in the Greensboro area. I received a temp job through 0ne but it ended and afterwards no jobs became available for me nor did they email any afterwards. Since I have been with The Resource Co. with Lisa Wright as my agent. :) I have received two jobs as needed and during the lapse between the two jobs I received emails from Makaliah so I am very pleased with how Lisa handles me and her kindness, she is very personable.

I Worked for this company 2 months they sent to my job the company was racist when u ask about more money they will fire you I was being harassed on the job told the company about the next week I came to work the person was fired and myself a person who trained people no helped others willingly I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone they had no reason to fire me Im relieved because I had got a salary position somewhere else but please try other temp agencies they dont listen your request even when youre not satisfied they will replace you n fire u randomly Im going to the labor board on both companies
