Made an appointment online for a wheel balance at 2pm. I then called the shop about 15 minutes after I made the appointment to confirm that the time slot was actually available and was told that it was not but 3pm the next day was available so I confirmed the appointment for then. I show up the next day and was told that 3pm was already booked by someone else. What a joke.

I had been bringing my car here for awhile and everything was fine. I brought my car in to have something done and they called to tell me my right brake light was out. Funny because the time I had brought it in before they supposedly changed it. Was like two months prior. I paid for it to be changed but yet it was still out? I dismissed it as a one off thing. I brought my car in again recently because I was hearing a noise in the back right hand side. I was told the tire was warped and I was also needing shocks. But my steering wheel was clicking which I had brought in before to be checked and told no big deal, contact Hyundai dealership they see it all the time. The person this time talked like I was probably going to have to spend thousands of dollars, had me in a panic. When I asked them to replace the tire they basically wouldn’t saying why spend money on the tire when I might not want to invest because of the cost for steering wheel. Anyway get my car to the dealership and surprise there is NOTHING wrong with my shocks. I had already replaced them once. The dealer also said there was nothing wrong with the tire but tread wear and no warping. The steering wheel Firestone had me freaked out about?? Simple fix under warranty I didn’t pay a dime. I won’t go back and my parents who use the place said they won’t go back there for their car either.

Gentleman at the counter was efficient. Technician called and said he couldnt find the key for the wheel lock, we told him where to look (in the spare tire area). He called back and said he still couldnt find it. Once we got my car back, we looked in the spare tire area and the wheel lock key was sitting right there in plain sight.

They’re sorry, especially Dillion the manager. He’s very disrespectful, didn’t even offer a partial discount or full new repair since he obviously didn’t fix the issue and he must not know much about cars like he claims too, crazy he’s the manager running the shop he doesn’t even know how to run. I spent nearly a $1000 on a Radiator replacement and thermostat and guess what? Didn’t fix my car. Now my cars sitting at another location and Corporate isn’t even getting back to me and it’s been a month long process. Now my car has a bad head gasket. Don’t understand how you don’t see that when it was at your shop. I recommend to stay away far as you can from this place, they’ll just try to take your money and leave you with more issues. Very sorry location and company.

Would take my car here pretty regularly for all sorts of things, but I always suspected that they were telling me that things needed to be repaired when they actually didn’t. The last straw was when they said my spark plugs needed replaced when I had LITERALLY gotten them replaced the day before. I cannot believe the amount of dishonesty from Firestone, and I don’t even want to know how much money I have wasted here on things that didn’t even need to be fixed.

Today was the first time I have ever used this location. Dino is a true professional and runs this business in the most efficient way I have ever seen a repair shop being run. I will be back and I will recommend this shop to my friends.

Sometimes its tough to find even adequate customer service. IMO, not here. Was here years ago and they were great. Returned recently and they were over the top accomaditing and helpful. Mr. Navarro, the tec, and all involved were good at what they do and Im glad I stopped back in again. Open until 7, unlike all the other places on Battleground, and still busy. Very impressive and highly recommended. Thanks for what you do.

Prices are generally high. Also, when I buy the tires from Firestone the tire rotation should be free for the life of those tires. Instead you have made me pay for an oil change in order to get the tire rotation free. Ive been to other Firestones, and they told me it was supposed to be a free rotation for the tires (no required oil change). Im disappointed and feel a little cheated.

Had to have all 4 tires replaced last year (great service then as well) We just had an issue putting air in one of the tires... they took a look at it right away. Lifted it up, took the tire off, replaced the nut by the air valve... all for free. They were very friendly and really fast service. Would defintely recommend them.

Do Not Go Here Under Any Circumstances.I took in a year old vehicle for its first inspection. After having issues with this location on my last visit, I gave specific instructions to not do any other work on my vehicle unless it passed inspection. These instructions were ignored, and they failed my vehicle for the tread wear on the attached picture. They began an oil change and gave me a list of $1100 in repairs/tires that would be needed to pass inspection for a 1 year old vehicle.After complaining they removed my inspection from the DMV/DOT system so I wouldnt be charged but Im certain it is because they did not want a record of it on the state system.

Bought tires online and paid for installation online. I get here and they want to charge me for installation again. Tell me its going to be 2 hours and it took 4 hours for putting new tires on and an alignment. Been here a few times before and every time I wonder why I come back. I would pay double if I had to just to not come here. Ridiculous service.

Talked me into 4 tires instead of 2 and did an oil change. For a thousand dollars I had to bring it back in and wait to have them actually put the screws in the oil guard they left hanging. Now I remember why I stopped going there.

I had excellent service here. I went to a different location first, and they said Id have to go to dealer. They said they couldnt fix my a/c problem(without looking at it). Jeff the manager was super busy at battleground, but fixed the small issue for $20. It meant alot; he went above and beyond to help. Ill definitely go to his location from now on!

Just had an oil change done! In and out no hustle or finding other things wrong. Friendly staff and fair prices!

Where to start?1. I was on a tight schedule, so I made an appointment in advance for a routine tire replacement and was assured I would be done in 1 hour 15 minutes tops. Instead, I sat there for 3 hours.2. The supposed out the door price given on the official website did not match my receipt and was NOT upheld despite my pointing out the discrepancy.3. The mechanic forgot to replace half the bolts on my undercarriage cover after changing the oil, leaving it to drag and flap around in the wind, destroying it. The whole cover now needs to be replaced entirely.My car is quite literally in worse shape than when I brought it in.

I love this Firestone location. They are convenient to my home and offer great service including tires, alighments, flat repairs, and basically complete service. At this visit, Bobby was able to fit me in unexpectedly and my alignment was completed within 10 minutes. WOW. I also have lifetime alignments on this vehicle for a great price. One of my best decisions ever.

They went above what was expected and made me feel like a long lifetime friend and went through every step they were doing with my vehicle as well as showing problems and explaining it in a way I could understand. I will be back, and greatly appreciate all that they did for me.

These guys were great. Jeff was extremely helpful, knowlegable and personable as was everyone else. It was very busy, yet the job was finished in half the time originally anticipated. I would highly recommend calling them first.

Their friendly and knowledgeable staff evaluated our vehicle to the best of their capability (it had major internal engine trouble). They quoted us estimates before running any tests. When the tests were complete and they discovered they couldnt repair the damage they suggested alternate options and referrals for those options.

I brought my vehicle in to get checked out because it shook at 55 mph. Dylan said front driver bearing needs to be replaced and two rear tires need to be replaced with an alignment. The bearing was fixed, the alignment was done, And the two front tires were replaced (not the two back tires). The car still shook at 55 mph. I brought the car back and everything was fixed right and now the car is smooth and 55 mph. I will never take my car anywhere else because of Dylan the manager at Firestone on Battleground In Greensboro North Carolina!

I needed tires the same day and they had them delivered so that I was able to make a beach trip. Very nice staff and very knowledgeable. I will continue to use Firestone because I know they will take care of my car. Most of us plan to keep our cars for a while and firestone makes that possible. I highly recommend!!

These guys were great! I have a VW Rabbit, which can be tricky to work on. They realized that I needed a new air filter as well as an oil change, they took their time fixing it and now my car is running great! Awesome job guys!

Took my car in for a tire rotation and alignment. It took about an hour. That was longer than I expected since I had an appointment, but I figured out my car was inspected as part of a promotion. They recommended I purchase new filters and also gave me a list of recommended services. My main complaint is that my steering wheel and shift knob were filthy after. My hand was covered with black dirt/grease after driving home. I had a previous experience at this location and it was much more pleasant.

I had a flat tire almost right in front of this Firestone. Lucky for me! I told them what happened, and that I didnt have but about $15 on me, and they found me a decent used tire. They took off the old one, put on the new, and the guy even balance it for me. All I had to do was borrow their floor jack out in the parking lot and take it off and on myself. All for $15. They saw that I was in trouble and they did what they could do, which was just enough to get me back on the road again. Thank you for the hometown service. Every business should be this way...,

While I wasnt thrilled to be overcharged for a set of new tires, Ive had good luck here with service - particularly Mary, who works the front desk and is simply awesome. I brought it in for a tire rotation on the Friday before Memorial Day. They were slammed, and I expected to wait a long time for the (free) service. However, when I mentioned to Mary that Id be hitting the road as soon as my car was done, she bumped my car up the list and cut my initial 3-hour wait time to about forty-five minutes.

I will never take my vehicle(s) here again. Soon after I left from getting an oil change and tire rotation my abs and traction service light came on. Took the vehicle back and they said wheel hub and control arms. Took it to another shop and my abs wires were split and unfasten from car. I never go under the hood and pay good money to keep up maintenance. Will never go to firestone again.

Went in with leaking coolant.... they replaced both hoses n said I needed a coolant flush n total was going tooi be 435$.. . Really felt like they were rude n majorly overcharged. 155$ for labor.... come on now. I am a female but not dumb! I DO NOT RECCOMEND!

I absolutely love this place. Best mechanic is Kyle, he actually knows what hes talking about, and wont BS you. I brought my Jeep here, and they could fix that. And I recently bought a 2012 Honda civic from impex auto sales, and theres a lot wrong with it that they didnt inform me about, but every time Ive had something wrong I brought it to Kyle and hes fixed it. Couldnt ask for a better mechanic.

Ok let me start by saying that this is the first review Ive ever done. That being said, this place was bad enough to warrant it.First, we dropped a car off for a simple tire change. This took 5 hours.Second, we stopped by for an oil change. After 2 hours, they said they wouldnt do it unless they changed the oil pan for ~$600. The oil pan had a dent in it (which doesnt really matter).Third, went to get alignment with an appointment, showed up and they said they couldnt get to it today (this was at noon). So we made another appointment for the next day. Show up yet again and it takes just over 5 hours to complete.This is by far the worst place Ive been to in my life.Id give them less stars but I cant and I suppose the work is ok, just not done in any sort of a timely manner.

I needed a battery. They had the one I needed across the street from where I live. So I bought it.

This place gives slow a new meaning. I scheduled an appointment a week ahead at 8am to get an oil change done an a wheel alignment. I was told it was going to be 1hr and it took them 5 to get two things done. The manager was having sport conversations with people and could care less about doing his job. Worst service I have ever had had anywhere.
