I have to rave about how awesome and informative Samantha is at Paradise Pools & Spas! I walked in Leslie’s pool place without a greeting or an “I’ll be right with you “ absolutely nothing! I walked around the store for 20 minutes before the girl finally asked to test my water, she handed me a print out and said we are all out of what you need. So we went up to Paradise Pools & Spas, clueless on what we needed. When we walked in, we were greeted by 3 people!!! Samantha hopped right up (close to closing time too) she explained everything we needed and why. She was not rushed either, she was patient and so very helpful. Now we know exactly what we need to get our pool ready for the season. Thank you so much Samantha for your knowledge and great customer service!!! This will definitely be our go to pool supply store from now on!!!
These people are super friendly. And I had an issue with a return and they took care of that with care and concern. The owner even looked up on the spot when an order of pool vacuums would be arriving. I really felt they took time even when it was busy in their store. Great place.
Ray, I want thank you and your staff from educating me on the kind of pools you carry, which helped me make the best purchase for us and right on to the install. I dont think I have ever had a install of anything go that great !My pool was delivered on Thursday, Grading done on Friday and pool was installed on Saturday. When installers got there, everyone knew just what they were suppose to do ! They were done by late evening and returned Sunday morning for finishing touches. thanks again to all of you !
Recently bought a pool from another company, didn’t even receive all the parts to the pool, and paid $1,000 more for it! Went to Paradise to buy a new pool, got a better deal and a greater pool! Will only go to Paradise for all of our pool needs. Great customer service!!

Hi, I recently purchased the Vogue Conquest LX pool from the Paradise Pools, Greensboro, NC store. Let me tell you, my family and I are truly satisfied with the pool and the outreach by the store owner (Mr Ray Kopp) and his team in ensuring that we were satisfied with our purchase. They still remain available to answer any questions we may have about our pool. Friendly people selling and outstanding product. I kept having problems of my pool pipes corroding when using the salt water system,I contacted Pool Paradise and they educated me on the oxidizer that eliminates the use of chlorine by using zinc, sliver, and copper to kill algae and keep the pool water clean at a safe level is awesome. I would advise anyone currently using a salt water pool with a salt water system to switch to an oxidizer. Call the store and the knowledgeable staff will tell you all about it. Its a money saver. Completely Satisfied.

Purchased my Carvin “24 rd Downtown “pool from Paradise In Greensboro . Couldn’t be happier it’s a beautiful pool and the guys and girls at Paradise made it a easy process. I highly recommend getting the Ionizer with your pool well worth it . Their install team is top notch. My water is a crystal clear and very easy to maintain while my neighbors brand X pool same size is not . You will be very pleased when dealing with Paridise .

Ray and his crew are phenomenal in every way. The hot tub I got from Ray is SO much better built than the comparably priced hot tub I had bought from an area discounter. Not only is the product better, but the SERVICE and FOLLOW UP I got from Ray have been incredibly good. He is a guy who cares and it shows. Very refreshing to do business with someone like that!!! I liked the product and service so much I bought a second hot tub from Ray for my second home and both hot tubs have been 100% problem free and Ray is always there to hold my hand and answer my questions about proper chemical balance etc. If I could give Ray 10 stars instead of just 5 I would do it since as a retired general contractor I know how hard it is to find subcontractor and vendors who do what they say they are going to do and follow through and follow up and CARE. Ok, for those of you starting your Hot Tub / Spa shopping journey Im going to write this review in two parts.. (1) Shopping, (I did buy) (2) delivery and operation (later this Spring).Like a lot of folks experiencing purchases during our COVID times .. expect longer than usual lead times unless the tub is already in front of you. After a good bit of research of retailers within 90 miles of Winston Salem, I visited Paradise Pools and Spas (PPS) in Gboro. It was not an impulse buy, but frankly after the almost 2+ hrs of questions and discussion, I didnt need to go anywhere else. These folks are not a discount outlet. While various price points are available, based on Internet research (which comes with a fair amount suspicion), they carry quality brands at fair prices. The key for me was that the buying process was all about information (Im a newbie to hot tubs), alternatives, options, and the sales person wanting to know what and why I was interested in particular products.The model I did purchase is on order. PPS has been great at handling all of those I forgot to ask and things I thought about after leaving their store. If youve done a little homework and now are looking for a place to review your options, these folks are my suggestion for your first discussions.As I said, more to come after I get it setup and running, but theyve already been helpful in prepping for that phase.

Aaron and the staff at Paradise helped us get our hot tub started just in time for quarantine. If you have to have a stay at home order, it’s good to have some leisure time with it. I went in knowing zero about chemicals and ph strips. I have a small tub that was purchased for us for Christmas. After a little lesson on hot tub 101, we were all set with our chemicals. So far our hot tub has done perfect. After a week or so I had a follow up question for Aaron. He was quick to offer advice over the phone quickly. Thanks so much!
Been a long time since we had a pool, and thanks to everyone working here we have one again. Between covid-19 and everything else going on...patience is important. As we all know an overwhelming amount of people started shopping online, and due to people being at home and not being able to go on vacation...lol...A LOT of people bought a pool. This overwhelmed the manufacturers. The employees and employees at paradise pools and spas are doing everything they possibly can to meet all their customers needs and are willing to help you in any way they can. I have seen reviews where people are agitated due to waiting a little longer then expected. This is not their fault. Please be patient. I myself am waiting on a couple pieces from the manufacturer (not paradise). My pool is up, and is already almost filled and due their help, I know I can use my pool just fine until the few parts arrive, and paradise will take care of those parts when they arrive. Again, I am happy with all service and help I received from paradise pools and spas, and I definitely recommend them for your pool services!
Paradise goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. This year has been crazy with sales so the negative reviews are because of people becoming impatient. You got to remember there’s only so much you can do in a day and they’ve never seen sales like this. They always communicate and keep you informed of deliveries and installations. They follow up afterwards as well and strive to make you happy. I’ve had some issues after my above ground pool got installed and the store owner came to my house for repairs himself. So if you’re in the market for a pool or hot tub this is the place to go!
I just recently bought a new house, and it had an old hot tub there that was left to me. I had no clue about it or how to operate or maintain it. So I decided to come into Paradise Saturday because of the great reputation I’ve heard. Aaron was there and he helped me understand how to maintain and balance my water. We had been wanting an above ground pool for a while, but finally decided it was time to take the plunge. We went to Paradise Pools after seeing a pool that we liked on their website. Upon getting there, lots had been purchased due to more people staying at home and the style we wanted was no longer available. Aaron was extremely helpful with finding us something that we needed and could fit in our space. He helped us plan everything out and has been a huge help to us since. First Class customer service and great prices. Our salesman Arron was great, no pressure at all. Aaron took the time to explain about all the different hot tubs and what they had to offer. We selected an Alps spa hot tub for a great price and since it was a floor model we had it delivered within a week. The day of delivery was a breeze. Having a swimming pool is high maintenance . In life man made things are faulty or have malfunctions. My shut off valve cracked . Ray swapped it out . Educated me on how to fix it . My pump went out . Ray came in a thunderstorm and swapped my pump out same day I complained . If that is not good customer service . I dont know what is. Things happen and it can be stressful . To come to my house after a long day of work in a thunderstorm means so much to a customer. Companies these days do not go that extra mile . Ray is a solid business man . Paradise Pools definitely stands behind their work . I know having a pool can be stressful and alot of work but to know Paradise Pools got your back if you do run into some problems . Stop by just to see what they had for Hot Tub covers and to my surprise they had a few in stock. They don’t even carry my brand Spa, but they had one. Aaron was very professional and helpful. Went over the top to make sure we were happy with it. Even contacted me on Sunday after the purchase to make sure it had fit correctly. Not many company’s out there go out of there way to make sure your happy. Couldn’t be happier with the price as well, nothing on the internet came close. We purchased a spa about 2 years ago from Paradise Pool and Spa. Great experience from the purchase to installation. Great spa we love it. We recently had a small leak in one of the tubes in the spa. Ray, the owner came out twice. Once to find the leak and then came back with the parts and fixed the leak. Excellent service and the repair was very inexpensive, even though my spa was out of Warranty. Can’t say enough good things about Paradise Pool and Spa and the owner Ray.

The owner, Ray Kopp, is an honest, hardworking, reputable dealer who stands by his products and services (something that is hard to find in the cut-throat spa industry where cheap knockoffs compromise quality for bells and whistles).I purchased a top-rated spa. Unfortunately, the spa I received was missing an advertised feature. Ray stood by me and contacted the manufacturer and acquired the missing parts. He also personally installed the parts at his own expense.Because I researched his business and reputation before I made my purchase, I felt at ease since I knew Ray would make things right - which he did.If Im perfectly honest (which I strive to be) my only criticism of Ray is that he cares too much. Decided to get a hot tub and found these guys online. The reviews were phenomenal and prices were better than here in our town. We went in with the plan to just look and ended up with a great deal on a hot tub instead. When it was delivered there was a slight issue and it wouldnt turn on but they ordered parts and Ray came out on a Sunday to fix it. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased. I would recommend all of my friends who are looking for a pool or a hot tub to them!

We bought a spa from Ray about a year ago. there were several issues (not the fault of Paradise Pools and Spas) that had to be addressed due to factory defects including a new cover, and replacing the UVC system. This involved numerous trips to our house and several hours of troubleshooting. Everyone was helpful and didnt seem to mind all of the extra time and effort that was put in to resolve these issues.The Alps spa itself is excellent(this is not our first hot tub), maintains great clarity and functions perfectly.I would recommend Paradise Pools and Spas to anyone interested in a quality hot tub at an affordable price with excellent after sale service.

These guys are great & easy to deal with. We had a mix up on where to deliver the hot tub & Ray didnt charge anymore for having to drive 2 1/2 hours to deliver & set up the tub. When they set it up there was a problem with the power going to the tub. (it was the electricians mess up) Lee took the time to figure out what was going on & fixed that also at no extra charge. Highly recommended.
This was a no hassle purchase. I like that I could walk in the store and browse the selection without being pressured. Ray, Arick, and Mike were great with answering all of my questions and taking the time to explain the joys of owning a hot tub. The hot tub we purchased was an upgrade from the previous one we bought at the Greensboro, NC annual Home & Garden Show (The April show, I dont recommend going to the show in the fall). The space we used was not leveled and they connected us with someone who could build a custom base to support the weight of the hot tub. We have been using it at least every other day and it was money well spent.

After several years of searching and researching a hot tub to replace our first one that had failed, we purchased an Alps spa from Paradise. They rushed to accommodate us and installed the hot tub the Saturday before New Years. There were unfortunately some electrical issues and we needed to get a different box. Our hot tub had to sit for a week while we went out of town with temps in the teens. The new electrical box was installed but the tub still had a problem starting, we called Ray, he and Lee came out to get us running.There was ice in the tub but it is all is well and it is heating now.Cant wait to get in!

I purchased a customized Calspa hot tub from this dealership. Excellent customer service and explained every detail and features of the tub. Pricing of the tub is very reasonable too.As far as the tub is concerned, we are enjoying the most of it.If you are placing the tub on a concrete slab ( as in my case) you may have to instal with equipotential grounding of the tub (required by county)
I can’t say enough good things about this business. After relocating from Charlotte and saying goodbye to our pool we quickly realized our new yard would not accommodate a pool. (Drainage easement). Decided we had to have a spa. We met Aaron and he was fantastic, very knowledgeable and very professional without being pushy. Visited a few more places but decided we really wanted to take our business back to Paradise P/S. Aaron went above and beyond, he even spoke with my husband after hours and helped us out. From purchase to delivery and set up (I wish I could remember their names) all went above and beyond. Most spas are comparable, but it’s the staff that makes the difference. Thank you!
I first spoke with Ray in the winter as I was doing research on hot tubs and ended up purchasing my spa from him last week. I found him to be the most informative person I spoke with and also had excellent pricing. My hot tub was delivered a day early and Donzi and Desmond were the two installers who helped make it a great experience. They came out later in the evening both nights after a long day of work in the rain no less. My electrical wasnt right the first time they came out for delivery and install. Even though it had nothing to do with them they promised to come out the next day if I could get the wiring corrected. They showed up as promised even though it was 8:30 PM. I havent come across more hard working guys in a long time! Nice to see someone do what it takes to get things done and keep customers happy. Thank you guys! I definately would recommend Paradise.

An to the guys that came out to install did a great job the weather couldnt been worse pouring tons of rain this was when N.C. was flooding . These guys did a outstanding job! This place was my first stop in our search for the perfect spa and man did we find it. From the time we walked in the door Arik had us covered. Whether your looking for a 110 plug and play to a 240 volt spa they have it all. We were sold from the time we walked in, but still decided to go to backyard leisure where the people are not nearly as helpful and for the money we wanted to spend the spa was not great quality. The following Monday I was back in Paradise...literally...we got the Nordic which I could not be happier with and was installed by a well versed technician the following day. Crazy right... not as crazy as the low price we got this thing for. Check em out and make this your one stop shop for all your spa needs.

Went into paradise pools and spa looking at the prices for 30 above ground round. I had done some research but still had alot of questions. I have nothing but positive things to say about sale rep Aaron Whitman. He thoroughly explained the different types of above ground pools, lines, filters ect. He spend time going outside with me to show me with a measuring tape how big the actual pool I was thinking about was. He took alot of time making my family and I feel comfortable with our potential purchase. He was not at all a pushy salesman. He wasnt trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. I told him I had plans to purchase a pool and put a deck around it. I was looking at a cedar edged pool and the kamika. Arron suggested I look at the kamika; it was cheaper than the cedar edge but provided the support I needed and would give even more support with a deck. I left that day thinking about that pool. I went back the following Saturday and made my purchase. Thanks for everything you did for us Aaron. I highly recommend going to paradise pools and spas if you are looking for great customer service, knowledgeable staff, non pushy salemen, and good pricing.
