Great employees, love the vacuums included with the wash but the carwash itself is worthless. I have never once had a clean car coming out of it.Photos of my car after the 20$ wash (and I clean it at least once a week).Save your money and just go to a self service place. Only worth the cheapest wash for the unlimited vacuuming.

I like it here, but I feel they can do better for the money they ask for. The workers are great, professional and do their best. But when I drive off from getting my car washed. I should not see dead bugs still on my car in the front grill, lights, windshield or anywhere. Like today, my windshield on one side still needs to be wipe.

These young men went out of there way to help the police push my daughters broken down car off the main road to safety. Then when the tow truck was too big to maneuver the car pick-up these young men jumped right in to offer there help again pushing the car to an improved position. So proud of you guys!!! Amazing young men still exist!!!

Used to be a member here for a long time. Great wash and service from staff. Only issues is that after much use, it can lead to swirl marks on your car. But they can be buffed out. Only reason I stopped going there. True for all brush car washes.

Its my favorite car wash spot. Its actually does the best job in Greensboro getting it clean. The people who work here are wonderful. They are extremely nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of no matter what level of wash you are getting. I have been washing my car here for two plus years and cant think of going any where else.

I would think if you go to a place and pay 40 bucks you would get a pretty decent car wash they sucked ..they really did not vacuum that well they didn’t clean the inside and that’s what I was really hoping for I had to come home and use a Clorox wipe to get the coffee spill off and there was still trash on the floor …terrible place I will never go back and I certainly will not recommend it to anyone.

I got a pretty good wash considering how dirty my vehicle was to start. However, I wasnt impressed with the overall value of the wash/price. It seems that they prefer that they want the Spa technicians to do the detail instead of the self-serve vacuums.

My husband and I go everyday. The prices are affordable,The employees are very friendly. the great thing about this place is that they supply products to clean your window and your tires and also if your just a bit to lazy you can ask one of the employees to vacuum and clean the inside of your vehicle with no hassle.. I would definitely recommend people to come to this car wash

Someone needs to be watching for vehicles stopped exiting so they can hit the emergency stop. We got pulled into the vehicle in front of us, and the guy behind us ran into us. All together, there was 5 vehicles involved. Employees didnt seem too concerned. Luckily, only my front plate cover was cracked. Dont know about everyone else.

Worst car wash we have ever gotten. Had to repeatedly ask attendant to clean this or clean that. Left windshield dirty, divers side was not touched. (see attached photos) Mud spatters on fenders and bumper. Will never be back! For the price of this terrible wash job we can have the truck hand washed by a real pro. If I could give it a ZERO I would!

Always a great car wash and always great employees. We have used them since moving here 2 years ago, but finally did the monthly subscription for the new car. Cant beat the price to be able to wash and/or vacuum it as much as you want or need.

Wash was good. Interior clean was a joke. Didnt even touch the back seat till I said something. Last time I will go there for sure.

Love the 3 min wash. Its fun to be hands free and let it guide u through a touch free wash. And the free vaccums are powerful enough to get the sand out the mats.

Out of other tunnel washes Ive been through this one is pretty good. A little pricey and the air dry isnt the best but gets the job done. Drying by hand yourself is easy since they provide towels and the free vacuum system is nice.

Did an excellent job,on my ride. The only place Ive been 2that got my rims & tires clean & shinen. Ima see how they do the interior next week. I highly recommend them👍👌👏.

Came into Tidal Wave over the weekend and had an awesome experience. The staff was super nice and helpful. I took full advantage of the amazing promotion for the club plan. I fully intend to keep the plan because it was a great deal. The young lady who assisted me was awesome, I think her name is Cassidy. She was very detailed in drying my car and customer service was on point! Cant wait to wash my car again tomorrow!

Very friendly! I had prepared to spend a few quarters to vacuum out my car but they were more than happy to allow me to use theirs at no cost. Contemplating coming back just because of this pleasant surprise when my car needs a wash.

Ive been using Tidal Wave for several months now and even joined their club. I like being able to drive up any day, or ever day, and get a quick wash and dry. Their team does an excellent job when I get my vehicle detailed and Ive had many compliments on the cleanliness of my vehicle afterwards.

I have 3 vehicles on the monthly plan, that past few times I did the interior I’ve had to spend more time fixing what they did. Drive through is hit or mis if it will actually clean or get what you pay for.

I loved it you cannot get the full effect of the convenience of it until you experience it. Such a quick and easy process and I can do it once a day for 30 days all less than $20.....oh and the car looks like it was professional done.

Male employees not wearing masks, while women employees are wearing masks. Not sure what that says but it is SERIOUS problem when an employee stand 2 feet away and is talking to you when he’s not wearing a mask. Not worth the risk of getting Covid-19 for having a clean car. Go somewhere else where they care about the health and well-being of their customers. As a health-care worker, I have seen too many sick people in the Piedmont Triad area to not take this seriously.

The staff is good. They are all nice respectable. I heard one kid say yesterday he never wanna leave work! The best prices in town get yall a monthly plan.

I’ve about tried all car washes in Greensboro and this one is the best by far and all the workers are so friendly/nice. I will always return to this one now. I need to become a member. My car always comes out spotless!!! I love the pina colada smell! Only thing is some of them don’t wear masks.

Very good wash as always with Tidal Wave, but I was very bothered by the unmasked and pushy attendant leaning in my window while I was trying to choose a wash.

I will be the first to admit I am not the best when it comes to washing my vehicle regularly. I just happened to be close to Tidal Wave on Battleground Ave and stopped in on a whim. Chasity Bryant came out and explained my options and helped me choose the best deal for me. Everyone on site that day was friendly, professional, and made sure my vehicle was spotless. Im from out of town, but visit fairly frequently. It was a way better value than I expected... Their staff took the time to explain everything, so I received the best value for my needs. Their facility was clean and everything needed was at my fingertips.

$35 plus tip and my roof looks just like it did before i went through. What a waste. Ill be going elsewhere from now on.

Great friendly staff and the wash seems to work well. The pricing structure is a bit much to take in all at once, but once you figure it out, you can get what you want fairly reasonably priced.

I was extremely disrespected when I signed up for my monthly plan I saw online that there was a family plan for 2 or more vehicles was told it didnt exist when I went in to wash my wifes and sign my truck up was told I had to pay full price for both I asked if I could go through a second time because it didnt clean mine very good the first time I went through and was told no I also went in for full detail and Im not sure if the guy cleaning mine was not wanting to be there or not but missed a bunch of dirt and crumbs also didnt clean the fuel tank door like I asked if they could he told me to open it for him so I did and he just closed it back

Good for a quick rinse off. Just dont expect it to be a detail service. Bought the monthly and an interior clean. Windows are not clean, same dead bug splatter on the front. Dash and gage panel still smudged. This might not last long.

Service was good but their is always a spot somewhere that doesnt get clean inside. Never fails but thats across multiple different car wash places so I guess its just fate. Still a good overall experience on price and quality of work.

Exterior wash was great. Paid $20 plus tip for interior—NEVER AGAIN! Team of 3 did a very superficial job, 2 stood around while the third one finished. Absolutely not worth the money. Will not return.

As a longtime customer of Golden Touch, I checked out the updated facilities at Tidal Wave recently. Well organized, clean, well-appointed, and everything in good working order. That said, I was disappointed to pay more for significantly less services. If I want a machine wash & wax alone -- and have to do the interior myself -- there are many less expensive options to go elsewhere in Greensboro. The reviews from others and the retail prices make me wary to lock into a membership plan.It is important to note, however, that there is no extra charge for self-vacuuming and cleaning on-site -- thank goodness!Nonetheless, I wish them success.

Do not go here! This place took advantage of my mother several months ago. They are dishonest and sneaky- when asked for a simple car wash, they took her credit card number and started charging her $30 monthly WITHOUT HER PERMISSION! Be careful!

At first I was really impressed with the club and service. I went once a week if possible and was pleased with the service and price. But without my knowledge the price doubled with no refund. I immediately dropped my membership and will return to autobell.In response as I said there was no warning that the price would double. I was told that I could cancel at anytime that was it! I was never told what the regular price was. I signed up while I was in line (nice tactic) basically I was bated and like a idiot I took it. Enjoy!!!

Very disappointed. Pulled up and someone was at the machine (which you would think is helpful, but he clicked through the menu very quickly without telling me what I was paying for) asked if I wanted the inside cleaned and I said yes. He said $32 and placed a paper on my dash for “standard care”... standard care is $32?! Okay. I don’t mind paying money to get a job done correctly. However all the $32 paid for is a basic wash and vacuum. And it wasn’t even done well! I could have done that myself for three dollars at a regular car wash. This place is a ripoff. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Paid for Gold service and carpet express. Wash was fine but the $40 carpet express was not worth it. Mats were cleaned well but beyond that, not so much. Vacuuming between the seats did not happen at all. Lifting the mats revealed little vacuuming also. Also for that price I would imagine the trunk mat to get cleaned also. Overall it took them about an hour an a half.

I went to get my car interior detailed. It was $42 & they didn’t clean windows, wipe down anything. They shampooed & all the spots were still there. When I pointed it out his response was “I tried my best. You saw me got hot water” I won’t recommend to anyone. Should have paid $10 not $40

The quality of the wash is on par with most any car wash of this style. The staff are polite and efficient. However, if you drive a pickup truck and use the bed of your truck as a truck this is not the place for you. They require every last item to be removed from the bed. For me this even included a padlock that was locked to the tie-down ring inside the bed. They even went as far as sweeping the leafs out and removing the tow chain that was stowed under my tool box. I understand protecting their machine from damage but a very small application of common sense and logic would go a long way. The items in the bed of my truck have been through dozens of other washes of this style without issue. By the end of it all it was simply excessive and inconvenient. The non pickup truck washes I’ve had here have been good and they do better job on interior detailing than Auto Bell.

Exterior wash was great. The interior not so much. I had left a brush on my back seat and it had not been moved so I knew the seats hadn’t been vacuumed. The little cubbyholes on my doors hadn’t been wiped out. My console and radio and my glovebox hadn’t been wiped down the rearview mirror hadn’t been cleaned and there was still debris under my seats. Never again

This use to be golden touch which had spotty service in the past. It has been renovated and a new process. I had the full car detail, with 4 kids I need the professional help. They took great care to get all the places I pointed out and made my car feel brand new. I do not like having to point out dirt left- it can be uncomfortable. I leave a better tip when the work is done correctly the first time. :)

Typically good place but after paying 30+ dollars at kiosk at 730pm I was informed they stop interiors at 7pm.they should have that advertise correctly on their website and not say that theyre open until 8 PM. I specifically looked it up before I drove across town to come here.

Great service for a drive thru car wash! My vehicle always comes out sparking and their staff goes the extra mile to take care of any dirt or grunge that didnt come off the first time. Will go back again and again!

Great place to get a car wash

Had my car washed last Sunday and discovered that my antenna was broken off. Called and talked to the Shift Manager and she said they had found a broken antenna. Gave her my information and the manager called me. He told me to get an estimate to get it fixed and to bring it by which I did, not only did he write a check on the spot, he told me in run my car through the wash while I waited.This is the way to do business, I highly recommend this place and will continue to do business here.....maybe I unscrew the antenna, but they have a loyal customer!

First of all they get a 5 just for customer service! The guy at the kiosk was super helpful and kept that smile on with not only the customers in front of me but with me as well. Now i wanted my inside thoroughly cleaned so I got the full wash ($32.00) which is a bit steep but I’ve been wanting to come here for a while and I drove 22 mins to do so. I sat in my car for the automatic wash but for I got put. 5 people worked on diligently cleaning my car but one stood out. Didn’t catch her name but she was a light skin, young lady with soft textured hair. I told her what was my concerns and she addressed them. I could actually tell which side she worked on and when it was all said and done I only only saw 2 areas that needed to be touched and she fixed it with a smile. Will be back!
