I drove by to see how long it would take to replace a light bulb. He took me right in and replaced it in less than 20 minutes. Charged me way less than what AAA would have. Would recommend.

Joe is amazing and honest. I went in on a Friday morning to drop my car off. I hadn’t gotten a quote from another automotive company and told Joe what they said it was. He said He would take a look and let me know. Needless to say it was not what they said and Joe fixed it for a 1/3 of the price I was quoted. He was extremely accommodating to me and I appreciated that tremendously. My car runs so smooth now. I received services on my coils, spark plugs and got an oil change. Also I had gone to him back in November where they sold me breaks. They started squeezing so when I came back and told him he said they were covered under warranty and changed them out no cost. Again he is super honest and knowledgeable! Thank you Joe!

Waiting for my truck to be repaired for a rear main oil leak. Its been at Abondolo for almost 4 months. 1st time they said they fixed it, it leaked and transmission was not put back properly. I have phone conversation with Abondolo recorded. Filed complaint with the NC Attorney Generals Office and waiting for response from Abondolo? I have video of all conversations. You wouldnt believe it? Want my truck back and fixed properly.

Joe, and his crew take care of all of our vehicles. They do outstanding work, at a great price. There are few things in life I feel as comfortable about as I do telling you to go see Joe! I could go on, and on, but the bottom line is Joe will take care of you.

Stay away stay away stay away from this place. Did I say stay away? We paid him $3217 for a rebuilt engine for our 93 Camry. It took over 6 months this to get the car back. When we finally did there were only problems. Weve had the car 3 times to Rice Toyota and even they cant figure out what Abondola did to screw it up so badly.

The old man who is a mechanic and works in the front office is rude and price gouges you. He had given us multiple quotes all different for the exact same thing. He double charged my dad and couldn’t fix it on the machine. The owner had to go to our bank and fix the issue. I will never bring any vehicle there ever again and will tell everyone about this service they provide. The owner I will say is awesome and nice but the employee they have working for them has totally ruined the service for me at this shop.

I didnt have a good experience with this company. I dont think I will deal with them, the mechanics werent reliable.

My transmission went out and Joe and team ordered and installed my new transmission. They had some complications over the course of the installation process. On Saturday morning I called Joe and asked if it would be ready that day. He assured me that it would be ready. About an hour later he called and asked if it would be a problem if I picked it up on Monday. Normally it would not be a problem, but I had already been borrowing a car for 4 days and did not want to overly inconvenience the person that lent me their car, so I communicated that Monday would be too late. Long story short, Joe and one of his team members worked until 8pm on Saturday night to get my transmission installed and the car running. I will say that their communication could certainly be improved upon (I.e., giving daily calls to let the customer know the status), but in terms of commitment level and dedication Joe and team are second to none. I appreciate Joe and team working 7 hours after closing time to fulfill their promise to me. Joe and team have my familys business for all future auto care

Never would I charge irrelevant parts to a customers problem.I brought my car for a dianosis, and repair. After being told it was a egr valve I agreed to the $300 price. Then, I was told it might be the catalytic converter...another $300. I cant afford this.This is why I went there..I was throwing parts at it blindly too.New spark plugs, New wires, New fuel filter, New pcv valve.I decided to take it to the pros! Accurate diagnostics. Then repair exactly what is wrong.They failed me. I didnt mind the over four hour wait if it was repaired.Although I know someone there, who tried his best to deal straight with me, I still feel taken.

Very honest family business, Joe has a lot of experience working on all types of engines,we had a problem with our family vehicle after it was in an accident and repaired by the body shop,we had several mechanics check out the vehicle for months after the accident and Joe was the only one that could figure it out.If you want quality service without the up selling of a large delearship,this is your place.

Runnnnnn! I took my Neice car to them about a week ago. They said motor was blown and it would cost 4,000-6,000 to fix. We had to towe it home and had another auto shop check it out and they said the battery was out! We replaced battery and now its running! Dont trust this shop. If they think your stupid and dont know about cars then you can forget using this shop! Runnnn and find honest people!Btw- service is rude!

Air pump was broken. Drove around to them asked if I could fill my tire with air and they told me yes for $3. Unreal high way robbery never in my life.
