I’ve known Scott for a very long time and his work and services for his customers match the same thoroughness I’ve known all these years. Took my brand new 2020 Shelby GT500 to him and all I can say is WOW! The paint looks incredible. There is no one else I would even trust with my car as I do with these guys! If you are on the fence, don’t debate any longer. I can promise you there will be no regrets once you get your vehicle back. Hands down the best!

Im changing my review. I left a negative review because I could not get in contact with this place and I left a message and never heard back from no one. I was very disappointed. I felt that this is no way to treat a potential customer. But I was wrong even though I still havent heard from anyone from this business I did get a reply from the owner on my review. He writes that he was on vacation and when he came back he had over 30 messages. I was not aware that this business was runned by one person and no one else worked there. But for future reference maybe you should leave a recording stating that you are on vacation. Its just good customer service and people might not have a negative feeling about your business.

I recently had a polishing and ceramic coating on my car and I just love it. Scott and his team really did a fantastic and professional job of making my car become brand new just like I bought it five years ago. If you want to protect (and perfect) your cars paint with a paint correction and coating-there is nobody elses hands Id want my vehicle in. I recently had a ceramic coating applied to my car at Shine Shop Automotive. From the initial inspection of my car through the final inspection, Scott Connor and Shine Shop could not have been more professional, patient and excellent in every area of work. From explaining the process to providing a quote to explaining after-care to anwersing my many questions, the service was absolutely top shelf. And oh yea, my car is absolutely stunning. They were able to remove minor imperfections and made the car look like new again - maybe better. I highly recommend them!

The best automotive detailer in the Triad area. You can ask the best paint and body shop in the Triad and they will always recommend Scott and the Shine shop. The shop is very nice and clean, as one would expect from a high end detail shop.We had a GL550 in sapphire blue get the full details inside and out. The car looked better than we first bought it.Family owned and supports military vets, they have children serving in the military.I cannot say enough good things about their service.

I haven’t experienced the services as of today, but this company is so professional that I’m so excited for my car detail in the upcoming month. I went in for my quote ready to be overcharged, because I had no idea the prices of the services I was seeking, but I know I’m willing to pay for quality and things to be done correctly the first time around.To my surprise, Scott refused to charge me for things that I could honestly do myself like removing the stripes off my mustang, and he advised that I take care of my bumper first, and provided me a recommendation. I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing, but I know what I want, and its such a blessing when professionals choose integrity over taking advantage of gullible customers like myself. I truly feel like I’m in good hands. I believe when people are doing what they love, financial gain is a plus, but not the motive. Thank you Scott for loving what you do wholeheartedly!

I was referred to Scott by a co-worker. Took my 2019 Camaro ZL1 1LE to Scott for a paint correction and ceramic coating. From the moment I walked into the door Scott treated me as a valued customer. He explained the entire process to me on what they would be doing with my vehicle and told me that it would take approximately 4 days to complete and I was fine with that because I wanted it done right. With the things that I wanted done Scott and his team completed in 3 days. When I saw my car I was amazed. The quality of his work is phenomenal. If you are in search of a paint correction and ceramic coating look this guy up. Top notch quality service. You have a customer for life and I thank you.

Could not be happier with the results on my black Acura MDX. My three year old vehicle looks like new. I haul around two dogs so lots of hair in the cracks and crevices . I also had small scratches and dings on the body and especially on the back gate from loading/unloading. Shine Shop took care of it - 100%. The wheels/wheel wells and engine also look shiny and new. This is the second time that Ive used Shine Shop on my now 3 year old MDX. I highly recommend this business.

Ive used these guys a couple of times on the recommendation of some buddies with exotic sports cars. I am particular about my cars, and Ive been impressed by their work. I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth.

I would give 5 stars for the space and the way it’s organized but you need to be rich enough to use their service. I received $350 estimate for my 100k driven corolla detailing and $900 to make it look awesome! Maybe their quality matches the pricing but I’d to say thank you and leave the place. The owner is welcoming and professional. If you don’t much care for budget maybe this is the place you want to try. If not look elsewhere.

Body plastic that was repainted on car (black paint) went grey within 1 year, shine disappeared within a year as well. Tried to get me to renew for same services within 1 year as well. I was told that the work they provided for me would last 5 years. Inherited the car from my father, was sentimental about keeping the quality the vehicle up since he passed. Decided to spend the $1,500 which I was talked into and now the work is no good. This is not that old of a car, the year of the car is a 2012. Also had it repainted before the treatment and it still didnt last.

I took my car in because I had some severe hard water spots on it that werent going away by conventional methods (black cars, ya know??). These folks were incredibly friendly and worth every penny. My car looks better now than it did when we purchased it. I will definitely go see them again.

My car looks BETTER than when it rolled out of the showroom! I had a paint correction, buff, and ceramic coating applied and it has made a world of difference. The Shine Shop takes their Perfection Redefined to a whole new level. The work is second to none and is absolutely excellent. The maintenance now is effortless, what used to take hours now takes minutes.

I just had my G37S receive a full interior detail, exterior paint correction and polish, and a Ceramic Pro 9H coating. When I picked up the car I was completely blown away at how it looked. Everything about the car looks better than brand new. Im amazed at how Scott can completely transform a vehicle. The paint looks better than most show cars. The interior looks like it just rolled out of the factory. I tend to have overly high expectations, and am rarely surprised by the work someone does, but this completely exceeded what I had imagined. I would recommend Shine Shop to absolutely anyone who is looking to be impressed. An incredible experience.

Shine Shop is the place to go if you want your vehicle to be the best it can be. When I purchased my car I thought it was in excellent shape. That said, I also wanted it paint corrected and Ceramic Coated. I did my due diligence and found Shine Shop was highly rated and recommended so i went over for a qoute. The owner took the time to look it over and point out minor swirl marks and micro scratches I didnt even see. He also noted that the repair shop hadnt done their best on a fuel door and said no worries we can fix it. The turn around on the job that was done was more than resonable. My paint is now better than new no swirl marks no micro scratches it is like glass. Do your homework know what the price range is for the service you want. The good folk at Shine Shop will tailor a plan for you. I have had one done and will probably in a few month have another done. I highly recommend this establishment for you vehicle investment protection. After all other than a house your car is usually your second biggest investment.

I am disappointed in their service. I had a ceramic coating done on my Tesla model x and spent $3000 for it. After one year or so they did a car wash and interior exterior cleaning service (to protect ceramic coating) and it seems like it was only exterior wash they performed and it cost me $500.Also, the front staff seems rude and doesn’t appreciate the business.Highly disappointed after spending $3500 with the shop.

Scott and Summer have made a very special place where you, the customer, feel like family. Scott went way above and beyond in restoring our Honda van to better-than-new condition! I was shocked at how it almost glowed. My car is next!!!

@johnathan enoul I have known the owners for a very long time and worked for them they are good people. non racial for sure. they are honest and if it is something they can or cannot do they will tell you. for you to come out and blast them like that is not true. i had my car done with them before. they even told me somethings they wont be able to make it perfect.

Very professional. Owner explains the benefits of protecting the value of your vehicle. Products and stages of services are superior to the copycats out there. Due to the high quality of the entire process from washing, decontamination of atmospheric airbourne teeny fine sandlike particles adhering to vehicles paint, which cant be seen until you feel the surface up close, even on the windows; on up to final delivery back to customer of a beautiful gorgeous brand new glass-mirror like car finish. You will LOVE your new (old) car!!! You wont be disappointed!

My truck had a lot of swirl marks they got out that others couldnt do.

Zero is to good for these band of half assed criminals. the work is average at best they lie on what they are doing to run up the bill. just a few weeks after the do their magic my car looked worse than when I took it in. Stay away at all cost this is a horrible company to do business with. My Mustang was near perfect when I took it in, it looked better for about 3 weeks after that when their magic solution wore off the car looks 10 years old.THE WORSE AND MOST ARROGENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!

When only the very best will do go see Scott at Shine Shop. Some guys might come to your house and wash your car for cheaper, but what Scott is doing is on a whole other level!

I just got my truck back that the dealership messed up when they where detailing it. There is no more scratched and I went ahead and got the truck coated and it really makes the truck shine.

Called to try and get a ball park price, was told they didnt do quotes over the phone because they were a company who was recognized by dupont as amazing detail shop museums use us and we are not a typical detail shop... Which I understood and was exactly why I was calling. When I continued to ask about possible getting a quote after hours, because I work the same hours this place is open, I was told this was not the place for me and I would have better luck looking elsewhere. The lady who answered the phone dismissed and hung up on me with a have a nice day and refused to speak to me any further. I was looking to spend around $500 for a buff on my Subaru STi... But thanks to her I will GLADLY take it somewhere else. No matter how nice your business is, HUMILITY and kindness go a long way. Treating customers as though they are below your business is mind-blowing to me.
