Got some body work done here and was thoroughly impressed. Im in the process of selling my old jeep and wanted to get some body damage worked out of the trunk so that it was functional again. Other shops quoted me $1800+ and told me that a full replacement was the only possible route with the Jeep. Well, the guy at Greensboro Auto Works told me that if I didnt want any paint work done, he could fix the functionality of the hatch and make it look better for just $300. No cutting required. Left the Jeep there for a few days and came back to it looking more than presentable, and being fully functional. Thats exactly what I wanted, what we agreed upon, and what was delivered. Not much more you can ask for.

UNFORTUNATELY, I could not work with the guys there but it wasnt their fault. They treated my family and I so well that we will surely do business with them in the future. If you are looking for some truly cool people, go see them. You will not be disappointed.

Was skeptical at first but I Bought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Mohamed, has a rebuilt title got a good deal on it. Got the alignment done there at the shop they noticed while doing the alignment that the control arm was bent and because I just bought it they handled it for me. Excellent service they have been very honest and straight forward. I will be purchasing from them again when I need another vehicle. Highly recommend if you want honest straight forward car buying experience, check them out.

Ive been going to this place for over 3 years. I appreciate the manager helping me like he did, but after the things theyve said to me and that Ive seen them do, I no longer trust the judgement or the work of their mechanics and will not be going back. After going to them multiple times to find out what was going on with popping and clunking sounds I was hearing and feeling, the same mechanic that kept working on my van told me that they couldnt find anything wrong and promised that it was safe and nothing was going to fall apart on me.. He also told me my parts needed to settle I took it to another shop that I now go to full time, and they immediately found a bad tie rod, bad control arm and bad ball joint on that same control arm. They also found a bad a bad sway bar linkage, that Greensboro Auto Works had just replaced under warranty, but also mysteriously couldnt find.

They have an amazing and very knowledgeable staff. The customer service experience was amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone!

I bought a Jeep Wrangler that had a rebuilt title here. Awesome experience. The staff is awesome and very helpful. I was skeptical about buying the Jeep with a rebuilt title but the Jeep had zero issues. Three months later and still doing great.

Do not ever get your car fixed here. They will break a part on your car and hold YOU responsible. Then argue with you, denying accountability. Also they will not give you a chance to speak to get the facts across because they don’t want their other customers to hear your conversation and walk out on them. BEWARE if your a woman bring a man, if your young explore your options. Just let this place never be a consideration.

Some bones from roadkill started giving me a flat about 5 miles out of town during a bad storm. Pulled in and asked if they could patch my tire quickly, since I still had a few hours drive left for the day. My car was in the garage within 20 minutes, and I was back on the road with a perfectly good tire 15 minutes after that, for less than $20.

Came in today to figure out was going on with my car front wheel. They took it back and rebalanced it for me and didnt even charge me! I will be back when its time to have more repairs done in the future. I will also be recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks Guys

They will try to squeeze every penny they can out of you. Do not go to them. I paid $1555.00 total to get my car fixed to get them to inspect my car after a month of having my car in the shop they told me it still wouldnt pass inspection because I had to pay them another $250 to get a brake booster. Decided not to pay them nothing else and picked the car up took it to another shop were it did pass the inspection. Like I said dont go to them they are not good.

I’m so heartbroken you guy failed in so many ways. I trusted you and I was extremely patient in waiting for my vehicle to be repaired (almost three weeks). I’m not sure if you, Anita Auto Inc. and Superior Insurance company have a scam running together. However but what is being done to me is extremely wrong. I purchased this car ( 2004 Audi from Anita auto sales in Greensboro) which cut off on me in the first 24hrs of purchase on the high way ....I could have been killed. In running diagnostics test they found bad exhaust system and both catalytic converters need replacement, in which this company installed. I get the car back three weeks later it’s now louder in sound and leaking coolant every were. This again almost three weeks of you having it. I returned to have the driver side converter wielded because it was missing the first time. When I get it back is still loud and the exhaust pipe are not a-line driver side is hanging and then the check engine light is on. I have no words I’m so heartbroken I can’t believe there a companies in this world who prays on the common hardworking person. Your lack of work has this car on the side of the road and potentially put me in harms way on the highway. I can’t afford to put another penny in the broken vehicle. Mechanics are like Doctors people place their trust in you (which also includes their lives and you should aim to do your best or say you can’t rather than gamble. I waited patiently for you to do the work to insure you had time to do it right. However you took advantage of that and still left me stranded. This was a huge and expensive lesson that I’ve learned about companies and TRUST.

I have been going to Greensboro Tire and Auto for years. Whenever I had a problem with my vehicle they would take care of it in the manner and fashion I was expecting it to be done. The prices are VERY reasonable based on the other shops in the area. I would like to stress the Auto Service portion of this establishment because that was mostly what I went there to get done. I have a BMW 330XI and if anyone knows anything about these cars, its that they have a whole bunch of problems. But whenever I couldnt fix a problem myself, the staff here took care of me and my car. Whenever I someone asks of a place to get repairs done I ALWAYS recommend this shop. They staff is willing to work with you so give them a chance.

EDIT: I appreciate the management and owners for rectifying this issue. They refunded me some of my money back and gave me a very good deal on fixing the necessary repairs.I hope that something like this never happens again to another customer: especially one who does not have access to online ratings and reviews.————I went to the shop yesterday (6/11) to get my car looked at because I noticed a sound the car was making. I took it to the shop and manager had an associate named Ivan to ride my car around and listen for the sound. Ivan told the manager what the issue was and the manager quoted me $192 to repair the damage and fix my car. I came in this morning at about 8:30am to get my car fixed.When I arrived they took my car into the servicing area. About 10am, Ivan came back out and said that he would need to do extra repairs to fix the car properly. Trusting their expert advise, I authorized the new service (which now went to $304) to get my car fixed. Shortly after paying this new amount, Ivan came back out and told the manager that there was more to fix the car. They took me in the area and showed me what was actually wrong with my vehicle and when I went back inside the manager quoted me $358 to fix my car.I feel like this was dishonest because (1) if the new issue was why my car was disabled, why was there no assessment to determine this BEFORE they did the unnecessary work on my car and (2) why tell me that paying $300 would fix my car and turn around right after I pay to ask for $350 MORE. Unable to afford the new price, I drove my car off the lot sounding much worse than it did when I brought it in. I feel like I was being price gouged and furthermore, I took my car do a different shop right after that and they told me that someone had emptied my power steering fluid. I think this was done dishonestly to scare me into having to pay them the additional $350 for the work. No one should have to deal with this type of dishonesty from a business.I didn’t tell them what was wrong with my car; I trusted this business to do that for me. And I feel that my trust was misplaced. As for me, I do not trust them as a business anymore.

After going to this shop for over 4 years, I will never go back. The manager seem to be a fair & straight forward guy but I explained to him about my trunk latch not working, he explained that it may b $500, to repair.... I said ok, let me discuss this with my husband but upon leaving a truck pull out one of the stalls blocking the exit I wanted to take, I waited patiently but than I driver exited the truck & has a conversation with a young lady, I waited...than the driver gets back in truck backing back into same stall but the young lady stood in front of my car with her back toward me, I blew the horn one short beeping but than another guy ie mechanic approached my car saying why are u blowing at her?? I said so she would move, he says back your d car up.....I refused & an argument preceded. This mechanic approached my car 3 times, i never exited my vehicle but told him to get the f away frm my car, it wasnt until another man told him to leave me alone did finally go bck into his job, still yelling & acting belligerent. By the way after to speaking to my husband, we found out this trunk latch that I needed was less than $40 on line and took less than 30 minutes to repair. Ive suggested family, friends & coworkers to this shop for car repairs but never again.
