I was looking for a Durango R/T. Just Whips had a 2011. When I get there, I meet Mike. We take a look at it and I test drive it. So far so good. I noticed a bump or something that I thought was the awd system. I also noticed a very serious vibration at highway speeds (60+ mph). When I returned, I explained my concerns and Mike said no problem he will make sure everything is in good working order. So we agreed that his mechanic will look it over and fix any issues and he would also provide me with a warranty. Long story short, the motor mounts were bad and I still have a bump when taking off from a stop. That cost me $1000 since the warranty didnt cover it. Im waiting to return to the Dodge dealership to find out what that bump is. Hopefully the warranty will cover it!! Also the trans cooler was bad and that cost almost $600 to fix!! Mike promised to order a seat back that I have yet to receive and Its been almost 60 days since I drove it off the lot!! I agreed to a price with dealership fees (dealer service fee as Mike calls it). I mention this because more than 30 days later, he couldnt get my plate transferred at the DMV (I think it was the DMV rep). Well I went the following week and was in and out with no problem. When I asked to be reimbursed for this, Mike stated that the dealer service fee was waived, that was the price reduction at the negotiation. Although its on the bill of sale And there was No mention of that during the negotiation!!!! He said that it couldnt be removed due to a law. So now Im out the $399 for the dealer service fee plus the $535 I paid at the DMV!! I give 3 stars because Mike is Really a nice guy and I Really wanted a Durango, however nice and wants translates to me paying an extra $2600 so far.UPDATE 6/14/21After speaking with Mike, he offered some restitution. Bottom line is after all Ive delt with and now the water pump ($500) and power steering cooler ($300) need replacing, Mike has offered to let his mechanic take a look at it. That was some time last week and he still hasnt gotten back to me about it yet. He has offered a total payment of $500 and stated additionally will give $350 back. So Im thinking $850! Nope, the $350 is included in the $500 and now the seat back he promised to order before I bought the vehicle, is now included in the $500. So now Im basically paying for what he said was included. Im Done! I just want the seatback sent to me and Ill make do the best I can with the repairs. Enough Is Enough!UPDATE 7/4/2021Im not here to go back and forth with you. Your response has a few things twisted, the main one being a bribe!! REALLY!?! You are the one who offered the money in hopes of a higher rating!! Also, the motor mounts on this vehicle are hydraulic, please show me a picture with the price of a $50 hydraulic motor mount that will fit my truck!! Again just send me the seat back that you said(2 weeks ago)was sent to your place of business. You stated you would ship it to me. Im still waiting for it to arrive as well as the tracking email.

Excellent experience at this dealership. They allowed me to take my time checking out a few different vehicles I liked. They did offer financing but before running my credit, they asked me a variety of different questions and directed me to a local credit union. I got approved with nothing down. I was allowed to take the vehicle for a prepurchase inspection at a dealership. Upon return their were a couple mechanical concerns which were quickly addressed and had me on the road by the next day. Great dealership! Will be back for my next vehicle, very fair people and are always willing to make things right for their customers.

Clean cars, friendly staff, super quick. Arranged financing and was in and out in less than a couple hours. Most of the work was done over the phone, just came in browsed inventory and picked out the one i wanted. Down payments did vary from car to car, so if seriously interested, visit the lot!

Would not at all recommend buying a car from here, the only reason people are leaving good reviews is so they will fill their tanks up with gas, it takes them forever to respond and contact you, I asked them to come down in the price of my car due to the bumper being messed up and mike told me no due to it was a cheap fix and I just got quoted by a body shop it would be 1300 to fix. I have lock lugs on my on my wheels that I can’t take off because they didn’t have the tool and didn’t bother to tell me they didn’t have it either. And I’m sure there’s other reasons that I’m not thinking of right now

I should have known just by the name of this used car lot what kind of experience I would be in for, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. As I pulled into the gravel and headed behind a big building, where the lot was located, I immediately got a sketchy feeling, but again, I pressed on. As I got out of my vehicle, I was approached by a nice man who asked if he could help us. We told him that we were here to look at a car that we had found online. He kindly said ok, and said hold on, Ill get the keys for you. He gave us the keys and left us to our own devices to look at the car. After going over the car and finding several issues with it, we closed it up and began walking back to the office. Another man met us half way across the lot and asked us how we liked the car. I told him that I wish I would have seen all the issues in the pictures online before I drove an hour to look at it in person. Come to find out, this man is the owner of the lot, and somehow was oblivious to the laundry list of issues that I pointed out to him. He then tells me that he will not budge on the price. Not even a little bit because he doesnt negotiate. After that he slipped up and told me he buys his cars from an auction service, which I knew anyway, but nobody seems to want to admit. He offered to let us test drive the car, which we did, and after driving it we found more wrong with the car. Upon return, the owner told me that he could have all the issues fixed because he knew a guy.. I handed him back the keys and wished him luck selling the car, because at that price, and his refusal to come down, this car will celebrate birthdays on this lot.. if he stays open that long. Dont waste your time or gas coming to check out anything here.

We lost our temporary tag(it fell off he had in the back window, so it wouldnt fall off but I moved because I got pulled over so I put it on the back of the car and then it rained and fell off.. Upon attempting to test drive it, the gentleman was very open to test driving wherever and however I please and pretty nice guy overallNow on to the bad: salesmen did not disclose accident information on the vehicle. Upon asking for Carfax he stated he didn’t have one but had a report similar. Upon pulling said report, he claimed nothing wrong. I found out later after pulling someInsurance info that the car has been involved in an accident resulting in $7000 worth if damage. Find it hard to believe he wasn’t aware. I don’t ask much but what I do ask is that a salesman is honest with me.
