They will sent you only one guy to do the job. if job if too hard for the person, they simply wont do it . Also very hard to contact them by phone, even when you leave a message they dont call you back. 0% Recommended. Try at your own risk!!

We had Realized Renovations install new sink faucets in two bathrooms. Scheduling was a breeze, and Sam was meticulous about doing a solid job and being neat in the process. He was professional and courteous. We would definitely hire him again.

Horrible customer service. They never answer. It took them 2 weeks to deliver a dishwasher only for it to be damaged. They never set up a time for the new delivery. I had to call them, they told me they werent mind readers and the hardware store had to call them. The hardware store called their corporate office to find out they had it ready 3 days prior. The delivery of the 2nd dishwasher was going to be another 3 weeks. The hardware store was able to reach out to another delivery company and scheduled it for 3 days out. Smh, dont use them.

Realized Renovations has been doing work at our home for around 4-5 years. They are very professional, do great work, return calls and show up on time. Ive called them for emergencies and they have responded promptly. They have performed small jobs along with very detailed large work and weve been very pleased. Its hard to find people in this business that you feel are trustworthy, and Realized Renovations is a company that I am confident you can trust to do honest work at a fair price.

Horrible companyHorrible communicationYou cannot get a hold of anyone, they will only call you back and leave a message (hours or days later) with the same call back number that you called in the first place, and schedule appointments without even telling you. Seriously unless they change their ways DO NOT have them install anything. It took over 3 months to resolve my issue (it wasnt even the company that did anything it was the original Installer who went out of his way, no appointment and it was his last day working for the company it to that fixed the issue) honestly I almost gave up and called someone else.

I purchased this stove from Best Buy. When the stove was delivered, there was only one person sent to haul it into the house and install it. The stove was clearly too heavy for him to handle alone and he was unable to handle the weight and could not get it into the house on his own. He then asked me to help him lift it in. I have peripheral neuropathy and a host of other physical problems which prevent me from doing a host of physical activities. I did find someone to assist him and they got the stove into the house. This was totally unacceptable after I had paid them $140 to install this stove for me.Then, much to my dismay this morning with the morning light shining in through the kitchen windows I noticed a chip in the paint off to the side of the top which is right at the counter level and not all that visible, but still, I paid good money for this stove and I want it right. Again feel certain that this problem was caused by the installer not being able to handle such a heavy appliance on his own. I am not blaming the installer. It was not his fault. Two people were needed for this installation
