We had them reglaze a tub and paint the tile surround. They completely exceeded my expectations! I LOVE the new tub and regret not having it done sooner. Ashley arrived BEFORE her quoted arrival time and did an amazing job. I will say plan to leave your home while the work is being completed and stay gone for about 24hrs because the fumes were extremely strong! Other than that the price was great and it really saves tons of money on the bathroom remodel! I’m going to have them come back out to refinish the counter tops!

I had the 80yr old tub and tile reglazed today in my rental condo. It made a drastic improvement in the appearance of the bathroom. I cant wait to see how things look once I finish the rest of the bathroom. Im so glad I didnt need to replace everything. The person who completed my job was Scott, who was super nice and professional. If the glaze lasts, I will definitely be considering this service in my future rental properties.

These days it is hard to find a vendor that checks all the boxes but Specialized does! Prompt communication, excellent customer service, and the job looked fantastic. We had our bathtub and tile refinished. We chose this company after such great reviews and were happy with the price. Overall, we are happy with the work- the tub looks great. My only complaints are:- I was told multiple times before the scheduled date, they would arrive between 8-9 am to begin the service. After nobody had arrived by 9:30, we called just for someone tell us they’re on the way, but no reason or apology for being late. Finally at 10 am, someone arrived. Again, no apology.- Prior the service, there is an email that you have to reply to confirm you’ve read and understand what to expect in the appointment. Something that should’ve been mentioned- the fumes from everything used are so strong and fill up the whole house for more than a day. I am currently pregnant, and had to find somewhere to stay for a day until it had aired out. Just would’ve been nice to be alerted to this previously. I think of other families with children or elderly, may not want to breath that either.

The master shower at my rental property had some bad cracks around the perimeter of the floor and needed to be refinished. It was also very old and the whole shower was dingy. This company did a great job on refinishing the floor and making the whole shower look brand new. I am very pleased with the work. Even more, they were great at communicating and had great customer service. I highly recommend.

I decided to keep my 1950s cast iron tub but was very apprehensive about having it refinished. Cameron answered all of my questions and I was able to get an appointment that worked very well with my schedule. Bladimir Disla worked efficiently, was careful with the new surfaces in the bathroom, and left me with a gorgeous new tub. It is smooth, shiny, white, and beautiful and I am not stuck with a textured floor so many new tubs have. I will definitely call on Specialized Refinishing Co. again when I decide to have my old steel tub refinished.

They did a great job of repairing my tub which had some cracks in it from the installation. Was much cheaper to have it refinished than replaced as the cost of redoing the tile work was prohibitive. Caleb, the manager, was quick to respond and provided a very reasonable quote for the service. Brian, the technician, called to tell me when he would arrive. He arrived on time and did the work which turned out great. He cleaned up after the job was done and even came back in the afternoon to re-caulk around the tub. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Specialized Refinishing to anyone need a repair for a damaged tub.

Honestly, I didn’t think this would be worth the money. After their initial visit to refinish, there were imperfections and small particles in the finished job. While I did have to make a few calls for someone to come out, they were loyal to their warranty and came back to buff and polish the imperfections. It looks beautiful.

I cant say enough about what an amazing job our technician Bladimir did on our two shower/tub units. He worked tirelessly all day by himself, taking only a short lunch break. He finished both units in one day! Great quality. Great company. Amazing value!!

My old tub could not be cleaned to look clean, so I chose to have it refinished. I failed to read their emails which meant the installer disconnected the hardware on the tub. The tub was there since the beginning, 1954, so the drain pipe was galvanized. A plumber was called in and everything went south from there. Plumber refuses to reconnect the pipes because they werent up to code. I called Specialized and they were there every step of the way, I highly recommend this company, but I will say, perhaps it might be best to tape over hardware rather than disconnect, because you never know what is under the floor.

Eddie re-glazed a tub in my house that had a few chips in it. The price was very reasonable, they were on time, very professional and did excellent work. Highly recommend!!
