Romanoff Renovations completed a laminated flooring installation (replacing original carpet) for me yesterday and I was very pleased. They showed up on time, worked efficiently and completed the job quickly and it looks great. I did have to do some light clean up but it was minimal dust/debris. Overall, Im very happy with how the project turned out and would recommend their services.

Romanoff Renovations were phenomenal to work with for our flooring installs. They offered great communication and instructions for everything that was needed to be done before the install team could arrive to do their job. When the team arrived they worked very fast and took great care to make sure that my wife and I were pleased throughout the entire process. The install team spoke with us before removal of the old floor to confirm the area, during the install process to make sure everything was accurate and we were going to be happy with the final product and then did a thorough walk through with us to make sure we were pleased. They cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with where our furniture was put back before leaving. Excellent all the way around and would use them for every project possible in the future.

The two installers arrived as scheduled, and went to work immediately, hardly took a breath all day, were constantly attentive to every detail, and checked at every decision point to be thoroughly certain they were proceeding as we wished. Gracious, earnest, very skilled guys. We were amazed at their efficiency and care. Wonderful results! This one-day project has improved our house significantly!

On the day of my install a slight scheduling rearrangement had to be made at no fault of the company. I was notified well ahead of time.Martin Rodriguez and his crew were amazing! They arrived and immediately got to work. We did the verification of my carpet purchase and then they got down to business. This group of guys were professional, fast, efficient, and they cleaned up after they were finished.I initially hadnt planned on carpet installation for the living room, but now I believe that I will. Im hopeful the same crew will return.Job well done to Martin and his crew and Romanoff Renovations.

These guys were contracted by home depot to put in our carpet. Did a great job, and the carpet looks great. Just a couple annoyances to mention. They said theyd take about 4 hours to finish the install, so we left to do some errands. When we came back about the time they said theyd be done, they said they needed another hour, so we ran back out to run another quick errand. When we came back, again, right around when they said theyd be done, we passed them leaving our neighborhood on our way in. We got to the house and found the door unlocked. He had my phone number, so they could have easily given us a call, but didnt stick around to even show us the job or call to ask us if we wanted him to lock the door or anything. Nice install, just an annoyance.

I had laminate floors installed by this company and the end results were very unacceptable. The company refused to repair the damage on stair paneling done by them. Im in the process of filing a claim. Also, the stairs are not uniformed throughout. I will not recommend this company to anyone. They text you before the project is initated stating they want the customer to be extremely satisfied but when you are unsatisfied in the end. They dont care, be careful and do your research before using this company.

Romanoff Renovations were amazing to deal with. Extremely professional, communication from day was through the entire installation was top notch. The installers were on-time, knowledgeable and installed the flooring so fast. A job we thought was going to take a couple days was done in just a few hours and my floors look amazing!! Highly recommend and I look forward to having them do additional work for us.

They did an excellent job on placing carpet in two bedrooms. Arrived an hour earlier than scheduled and were done within 2 hours. The crew was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

I am very much pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of my installers. They went above and beyond to make it happen. It rained practically all day. Could not cut the carpet outside. Came up with an alternate plan. Which was driving to their warehouse which was about an hour away. Cut the carpet. Then came back to install. All went well. We are thrilled. We Would definitely recommend Romanoff Renovations.

They communicated well, letting me know what time window they would arrive, arrived within that window. Did a nice job of installing, and cleaned up after themselves. Went about as well as it could.

We ordered flooring through Home Depot, and Romanoff Renovations came out to install it. The installers did not install a threshold at the front door because it wouldnt fit, which is fine, but the edges of the flooring are jagged and uneven, which is not acceptable. I contacted them by email the next day after not getting anyone on the phone. We received a call back during which we were told someone would be in touch with us to schedule a time for someone to come out and address the situation. That was almost two weeks ago and was the last we have heard from them.Since then, weve found two additional issues that need correcting, as well. We were initially very pleased with our new floor, but the lack of follow-through by Romanoff Renovations since then has been very disappointing.

Contracted through Home Depot, these men did a great job and met my every expectation.
