We were very pleased with the continual conversation that transpired keeping us informed of daily progress. Upon completion we are now extremely pleased with the quality and new appearance of our deck. Many Thanks!

They did an amazing job on my back deck. I would highly recommend! They replaced my window with a sliding door and constructed a 12x16 deck with stairs down to the back yard. They got it done very quickly and final product looks great!

Quality remodeling rebuilt the deck at the rear of my house. The deck was over 600 square feet and the work that was completed was of excellent quality. I couldnt have been more please of the workmanship that was involved in the rebuild. Paul Miller and Sons did a great job and I would highly recommend Quality Remodeling for any remodeling job.

Paul and his sons did the most amazing job on my sunroom. They listened to my dream and made it beautiful! They even did some sweet things like fixed my mailbox that was falling over and pressure washed the sidewalk and driveway after the contractor dump was hauled away. I cant say enough good thing about what a great company this is.-Beth W.

BEWARE!!! After researching this company I decided to contact them about replacing our kitchen counter tops and deck. The owners son, along with another employee of theirs, (Curtis Underwood), scheduled a consult for the job. Days later I received a formal email with the contract proposal and a list of materials I would need to purchase before they could start.Their contractor began working early Saturday morning and informed us it would be a three day project before he could finish. We said Okay and left the house trusting him to take care of everything. Later that evening when we returned from playing in a golf tournament, we were astounded by what we walked into. The counter tops were not assembled correctly. They had sizeable chunks missing out of the laminate that could be seen from across the room. There was spilled carpenters glue on the laminate. The end caps were not glued on flush with the corners which led to jagged edges being exposed (safety hazard). There were broken pieces from the underside of the laminate with blue tape holding them together. He also cut the holes for the sink faucet on the wrong side of the countertop and was not going to tell me until I later called him out on another mistake I noticed from him not measuring correctly which resulted in the entire counter being 3.5 inches too short for that wall. He did at least have the decency to later tell me he would cover the cost of the countertop that he damaged. He also had us return to Home Depot to purchase the damaged section and sent a diagram with new measurements. Needless to say, Im glad my wife and I decided to return home and do our own measurements before ordering the custom laminate. Not only did we discover that his measurements were incorrect, but they were also backwards on a few of the diagrams. He also forgot to include one of the countertops on the diagram which means we would have been short an entire piece when placing the order. Last but not least, the biggest shocker was noticing the permanent damage he caused to our corner cabinet hutch which I was later told by another carpenter would cost at least $1,000-$2,000 to fix. He used a sawzall to shorten the corner hutch at the bottom so he could remove the countertops from underneath. When I asked Curtis about all the damages, the next morning, his response was They make a permanent furniture marker that will cover the imperfections and once I purchase one and go over it, no one will ever notice it. His response to me asking about the corner cabinet hutch being completely ruined was that it had to be done in order to remove the old countertops.(See picture) Ive since, had licensed contractor from Home Depot tell me that was entirely inaccurate.) Curtis then proceeded to tell me he needed a $600 down payment check before he could return and do any further work. After hearing his responses to my concerns, his request for a $600 down payment check, and hearing him say while working in my kitchen, Oh S***! That aint good!, so many times I lost count, I informed him I was not writing him a check and wanted to meet with the owner of the company to discuss my concerns. Curtis Underwood then stormed out of my home and shut the door very assertively with no further response.Following the incident, I attempted to contact the owner of the company several times so he could see the damages first hand and discuss reimbursing us for all the materials we paid for that cannot be salvaged. 3 weeks later, I was lucky enough to have the owner answer the phone after repeatedly calling. To my surprise, he refused to accept any responsibility for the damages his employee caused. He also refused to tell me their liability insurance carrier so I could at least file a claim to be reimbursed for the damaged materials. When I reminded him I had a formal contract from them with their letterhead on it, he again refused to take any responsibility. In conclusion, Quality Remodeling was not a Quality experience!

Wow - these guys did a great job at our home. Laid a brick patio, erected a roof top off my garage using 8 x 8 treated posts and rough sawn 2 x 10s and a red tin roof. Looks awesome and adds so much more functionality to our backyard area. They also installed some windows. I will have them back out here again. My search for a quality contractor is over.
