This business is absolutely TOP NOTCH! They were extremely helpful, professional, courteous, etc. They were able to figure out and completely fix my Jeep. Could dealership do it? NO!!! Everyone treated me respectfully and had a great sense of humor to boot! Jorge even showed me what was wrong and explained very clearly how they fixed it. Price was very reasonable! She runs like a dream now after almost a year of being so frustrated. THANK YOU Websters and staff for being so amazing! I have found my forever Jeep fixers and maintenance staff.

Websters Import Service replaced a front valve seal and replaced the front brakes on my 2008 Volvo s60. The cost was about 50% of what the dealership quoted for the jobs. Though there were a few bumps throughout the process, at each step Websters took care of things and made things right. I have highly recommended them to my other Volvo-owning friends and they have become my go-to service center for my well-loved car.

I really miss this shop after having moved to Florida. I used them for about 10 years, first with a Honda and then with my Mazda 6. They did great work, at a fair price, in a timely fashion, and with great customer service and convenience. I would drop my car off before work, catch their shuttle, and my car would be ready later that day. When the work couldn’t be completed in a day, they provided a loaner for me. The proximity to my office, and easy to work with team is something I am still looking for again 6 years after moving to FL.

This place isn’t fancy with those high overhead costs (like big dealerships on major thoroughfares), but it is a place with honest mechanics doing quality work. Webster’s worked on our (former) 2000 Honda Accord and on our current Odyssey. I know they’ll call to go over items and expenses when they exceed anticipated costs. The waiting room is reasonably comfortable with complimentary coffee & water. We’re pleased with the quality and cost of needed repairs here and recommend Webster’s to folks looking for honest mechanics without games, gimmicks, up selling, etc.

Another great experience at Websters for me and for my 2000 Mazda Miata. I gave them a couple of annoying jobs requiring judgment, experience and creativity: add a clutch disconnect switch to my cruise control, which Websters had previously installed for me, and install a digital speedometer calibrator to go with the non-stock tall final drive gears they had also installed. The technicians did great custom work to my exact specifications. Cruise works perfectly, speedometer reads correctly, and the installation quality was first class. Websters mechanics arent just screen readers. They can think for themselves and come up with the right solutions. The entire staff is very pleasant to deal with. For regular maintenance or repairs, just go there with your foreign car and save yourself a lot of trouble.

Service was good. 3 years, 36K warranty on work they do is unheard of these days.Update 9/30/19- These guys are awesome. They replaced my timing chain and associated parts earlier this year. About a month ago it failed. I had it towed in to Websters, not knowing why it stopped running, and they went to work figuring it out. When they found the problem they let me know and not to worry, they would cover repairs since it was a part they had installed that failed. There was damage to the heads, bent valves... They took care of everything. When I picked up my car they gave me a copy of the work done. They covered almost $5k in work under theyre warranty. That is incredible. I can not recommend these guys enough!! Great communication, great service!

Webster’s employs shady, cheating mechanics. Went there for an inspection for which I failed, but I was aware of the problem and anticipated it might be an issue. No problem. They said they could fix it for me, as my control arm bushings were disintegrated and needed to be replaced badly. I told them no thanks, I’ll do it myself and bring the car back when done. They did warn it was a big job and something easier for professionals. I was up for a challenge though as I do all my car maintenance myself. The next weekend I went to do the installation and noticed someone had poked a hole, with a small knife, in my passenger side CV boot. It was a fresh, clean slit. Obviously done by shady mechanics at Webster’s thinking they would repair my car and claim the boot was leaking and needed replacing too.Car had protective cover over that area, so it was obvious it was the last mechanic, THEM, to have touched it.I was young, didn’t say anything to them, but will never, ever go back and never ever recommend them.Stay away from this place. The mechanics are cheats even thought they have trustworthy awards and plaques on the walls.

As a new customer I was impressed by their courtesy and quick troubleshooting. After my former mechanic retired, I brought my Subaru in for an inspection and a wiring problem which had to be fixed before it would pass, and they were able to find and solve the problem quickly. Luckily I didnt need to take advantage of their shuttle service, which, unlike many services doesnt just take you home after you drop off your car, but will come and get you for your return. First, the positives: I have been there on a few occasions and found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Also, their work seems to be of high quality. Now, the negatives: Although their labor prices are in line with most shops (a little pricey but OK if the work is good), they charge a premium for the parts they use- sometime to what seems to be a ridiculously high over-head. I have two examples of this: They wanted to charge me $336 for a new radiator. When I mentioned the fact that I could find one online for somewhere between $100 and $200, they reduced the price to $280. I had them do the repair since I was leaving town and did not have time to go elsewhere. I later found out their cost for the radiator was in line with what I could have purchased it for online. I forget what they called this parts surcharge but I think a >50% charge is exorbitant. The second case was for getting my power steering pressure hose replaced. The hose can be purchased almost anywhere for around $25, yet they want to charge me more than double that price. The good news is that I learned how to do the repair myself.I understand charging a bit of a surcharge but their policy is very extreme and they do not allow you to bring them a part you purchase elsewhere (for obvious reasons). I have worked with many other mechanics, including dealerships, that allow you to purchase the part and bring it to them.Even thought they do good work and otherwise good service, I would recommend going to a dealer before choosing Websters since the labor cost is the same, there is not a surcharge for the parts, and in the end the quality of the work will be the same.

My VW failed state inspection, because of a faulty MAP sensor. I did some research and replaced it myself. Passed inspection. But, a few days later, the check engine light came on. More research indicated the on-board computer needed to be reset. Took it to Websters. $300 and change to tighten intake manifold bolts and various other minor tasks. Engine light comes again after a few days. Back to Websters. $600+ this time to replace the valve cover. Engine light on again a week later. BACK to Websters. This time, the recommended repairs totaled $2200. Elected to not have them take a 3rd crack at fixing it. Took it to Flow VW. They updated the computer and reset the OBD codes. 1 hour of my time and $185. Engine light off. Passed this years inspection. I wrote a detailed letter to Roger Webster that laid out my concern about unnecessary repairs and excessive charges. Havent heard a word back. Id give them zero stars, but the shuttle service was efficient.

I have been taking my vehicles to Websters for about thirteen years and have never been disappointed with the service I received. Prior to that I had been going to a host of major chains and various locally-owned shops and been routinely disappointed in the service I received, and often the price I paid. Roger and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional and perform good, quality, and clean work that they have always stood by. Are they they least expensive option in town? Most likely not, but after years of cycling through disappointing shops Ive found that often times you get what you pay for. That being said, I still find their prices to be very competitive. I recommend Websters to anyone who asks, always.

After springing a surprise coolant leak on the way to the shop to pick up my truck, they went out of their way to try to help us find a suitable replacement hose to hold us over until we could order a replacement. My truck is running great, and when it comes to your daily driver, that kind of confidence is what you need. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Three months ago I came in to get the timing belt, water pump replaced and valves adjusted...was quoted around $1000. I come to pick up the car and the bill was $1700! They said the engine mount was bad and some other s$&@ had to be replaced...they never contacted me to ask if they should replace that! The engine mount was fine I know for a fact, because the engine wasn’t shaking...I paid the money...figured they have warranty and the initial price for the tb wasn’t too bad. About a month ago I see a puddle of oil in my garage...and it’s coming from my car. So, I broght the car to websters to fix the issue...my guess was the valve cover gasket. Mind you now, I work on cars and have been working on cars since I was 16. I have replaced timing belts, clutches, transmissons on jeeps tjs and other vehicles. Now I have been working a lot lately and with two kids and wife...I really don’t have the time to do this on my car...should have made time. :( So, I go in and Will takes the car and the next day calls me and tells me that spool valve is bad and that needs to be replaced...the whole assembly with parts and labor should cost you only $900! My car never leaked oil until they replaced the tb and valve cover gasket...still charged me $127 for the gasket and a spool filter...why?! Their warranty is great for toilet paper and nothig else! Whoever worked on my car, my guess is when they replaced valve cover gasket...must have leaned on the valve spool and damaged it or who knows? I am slo missing some bolts from the top of the engine and my hood latch is broken now. I am going to make time this weekend and just do it my self...very disappointed with the professionalism at Websters...maybe a long time ago they were reputable, but now I am nit so sure.
