I absolutely love this place!! They took my 2005 focus and made it drive like its brand new!!!! I never even considered this being a possibility when I got it, but I am beyond pleased and excited. They are open and honest about what needs to be done and are fair when it comes to price. If you need work on your car take it here!!!!

I have found my new forever mechanic! If I need anything done I will be going here if at all possible. These guys are trustworthy and honest and arent there just to take your money like a lot of mechanics are. My uncle recommended these guys and I can see why. I wish I had known about them sooner! I am beyond happy with the service and quality of service. I wish I could give 10+ stars!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Its important to trust your Auto shop. I had a clear conversation with Alan over the phone to the reason why I was having my car towed to their shop that I wasnt able to accelerate and apply gas but I have power to the car and that my service engine light was on. Jake advised they found my distributor unit needed to be replaced. I paid to have them replace the distributor $600! Jake also expressed he spent hours on my car trying to figure out what was wrong with it as well as doing a diagnostic to the reason why he couldnt wave the diagnostic $100 fee (even though they did the repairs). Once I picked up my car and drove it, on the third day, my check engine light came back on. I went back up to the office to share this with Jake. I asked why wasnt the diagnostic readings addressed 3 days ago. He said he didnt do an AutoScanner he did a physical evaluation. I said that cant be true because he told me he did a diagnostic last week. Then he looks at my receipt and he says it shows scanner codes. SO HE MISSPOKE! He did a terrible job explaining to me why he failed to communicate this 3 days ago. He even made the comment it cranks up right? I said but that doesnt address the issue with Serviced Engine Soon light. So I brought the car back up there for them to rectify and address the codes again then I spoke to Alan and he quotes 2000k for additional repairs. Needless to say I refused the additional repairs with this shop. Then they did an inspection without my permission knowing it wouldnt pass inspection with the service light on. (All I requested them to do was explain what I needed to fix and what the codes said needed to service)My experience:1. Terrible customer service. Information isnt straight forward, uneasy tones as if theyve already decided the customer isnt paying.2. Their not consise, Communication Needs ImprovingAdvice:1. Give thorough feedback on diagnostic/evaluation2. Explain in a tone that is friendly3. Explain Necessary Repairs4. Explain what repairs are to come in the future (customers love this)

After calling around for a spot to replace an engine in an older truck, they had the best price among the reputable shops I had asked for a quote. But since it was my first experience with them, I was, of course, nervous.Everything went great. The work was done very quickly, no hidden costs, and courteous, no-nonsense staff. Ive been back once since for an unrelated issue and again found they were quick and competent. Glad I found this place. I would recommend them to anyone needing automotive work.[There are two locations near one another, but with the same name. Shops are related but certain types of work is referred to the Soabar location. This was the case with my repair]

EXCELLENT and TRUSTWORTHY service. I would have given them 10 stars if it was possible. I took my 2007 Tahoe to a well known chain that I will not name and they said my ball joints and arms were shot and needed to be replaced at the tune of $1,400. I went to Caseys for a second opinion and price quote to do the job, which I normally do not do. After taking the truck back in the shop and three test drives to confirm there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. They could have easily just confirmed the original problem from the other location and grabbed some quick business but they had too much integrity. To top it off, they refused to charge a diagnostic fee since I had already been screwed over from another place. Talk about customer service! They have made me a new lifetime customer. If you are looking for a honest and trustworthy shop then this is the place. Thanks Ted and your staff!

I have been to Caseys time after time and I have never had any trouble with any of the people or service there. The wait is never long, and I am always welcomed with a smile and treated as if I were family. They always try to get you the best deal possible, and even give you discounts. This is a wonderful place filled with warmth of family. I would recommend this place over any other auto service.

The prices here are fair and comprable to other mechanics in the area. However, what makes this place stand out is how honest and accommodating the owner is. Also, he does the job right the first time. You wont have to go back or go to five other shops to fix what he does. You can trust him. Im actually sad it took me so long to find him and Im about to move out of Greensboro.

Fantastic communication and service. I have had my radiator replaced here as well as suspension and engine work and everything has been top-notch. They even suggested that I not have a repair done that they saw was unnecessary. I will be returning here for all of my future repair/maintenance needs.

This is where mechanics take their cars to get worked on. These guys know cars and stay consistently trustworthy. We have taken all of our many used and aging cars here for years. Highly recommended if you are struggling to find honest and professional mechanics.

Its a ok place to take your car. Probably on the expensive side but they get the work done fast and warranty it.

Customer service is completely awesome! Waiting area is very comfortable very friendly with coffee snacks and sodas and water. Technical service is very poignant and on target highly recommend anybody go to Caseys for automotive needs!

When I needed tires I called around for pricing and found that Casey’s indeed had the best prices. Once I decided where I was going to buy my tires I then had to figure a way to get my car there since my schedule is so hectic. I couldn’t believe it when they told me not to worry that they’d come and get my car, put the new tires on and return the car to my work place. They were absolutely the best! They won my business going forward!

Super helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my girlfriends Prius, and didnt overcharge for unnecessary services. Prices were more than fair and they even cleaned her car interior because she left it a mess when she dropped it off. 😂Well definitely be back.

Caseys Tire and Automotive does great work and has amazing customer service. They have very fair prices and go the extra mile to insure everything is takin care of on my vehicle. They dont try to sell me a bunch of stuff i dont need. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody in the area, for any of your car services or repairs.

Brought car here for check engine light work for a random misfire, spent over $600, light came back on for for the same code. Brought it back for the same code, when I brought it back didnt really care to fix vehicle for the reason I brought it in. Its a tire pro place so I know about some of the perks of going to a tire pro shop, Jake the service writer failed to give me tire pro things like roadside assistance for doing business with them. Customer service is everything, didnt get this from here. A place I use to work. Though my money was green, just didnt feel my business was valued.

Went in with the check engine light on. Paid close to 500 bucks for a repair to turn it off. Engine light came on not 30 minutes after I drove away. Came back in and informed the guy. He said there was nothing he could do about it but... do diagnostics and keep fixing things until it disappeared. Not sure if this is the standard, but never went back. Wasnt prepared to replace every single thing under my hood just because they couldnt figure out what was wrong the first time.

Allan was very rude to me infront of his staff. If you cant fix my issue dont be rude to me, its the duty of your techs to know if an issue can be solved before they start taking things apart on a truck.

Been dealing with Allan for several years now. Whether its been them working on my ole junk or towing vehicles in to them, they always have treated me great.
