The office and maintenance staff are great! The property is located in a great area.

I have not moved in yet and havent seen the property in person, but my experience working with this company from halfway across the country has been awesome. They are quick to address any of my questions and are doing everything they can to make our move as easy and smooth as possible. Their pet fees are very affordable and they were willing to work with me for me to bring my cat. Thank you!!

Where would I begin to express our gratitude to customer service Ms. Blanca. We lives out of town and was assisting our grandson in finding a home until he completed his studies at one of the local colleges. Ms. Blanca had the patience of “Job” all of this process was online, I will not try to give an accurate number how many times we had a concern and Blanca was always so kind, returned our calls in a very timely manner. The staff as a whole is performing at a high level of efficiency given these difficult times. Management has been courteous and responsive to my requests in matters they could control without upper managements consent. Our maintenance supervisor is especially skilled and diligent in his duties. I wish I had my own parking space but that thought is for another day.

I have been staying here over a year. I don’t really have any complaints. I get along with my neighbors and maintenance responds quickly to my work orders. The staff working in the office are friendly. Not too much goes on in the neighborhood. There are lots of kids. I would recommend The Arbors if you are looking for a place in Greensboro. They are affordable and in a nice location.

This place is trash all they care about is money. I wouldn’t suggest this apartment complex to my worst enemy. The arbors is a upscale (projects) they should be a shame for even doing a credit check on these run down apartments if your looking for a place to call home PLEASE BE WARE OF THE ARBORS...

Ever since I’ve moved in of July of last year I haven’t had ANY problems with the leasing office. Everyone in the office and even maintenance has been super nice and helpful to me. I look forward to staying here in the future.

I have lived here since September of 2015. I love the location of the Arbors because they are minutes ways from a lot of shopping locations and restaurants right off West Wendover. The staff we have now are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance are quick to respond to all issues. The grounds are keep very nice. I have enjoyed the time I have spent here so far and plan to spend many more years here. Come join me!

Umm welcome to the Westside

I just moved in 2 months ago and everything was great. Then all of a sudden fights are breaking out and its all BC of bad kids from other neighborhoods come here to act a fool and mess with the residents. I cant live like this something has to change or I will be breaking my lease!

I’ve worked at this place for a long time and i’ve been grateful for every year of work. all of management is like my family and i always give them my 100%

There is no privacy when it comes to maintenance they walked in my apt multiple on multiple occasions without knocking or notice after leaving - they also use some of my condiments in the cabinet- I felt totally violated and uncomfortable in my own home

Generally its quiet, office staff are the bomb diggity lol rent is fair and I love my apartment. Its the perfect size for me ☺️ its also nice being so close to everything!

At the beginning it was nice and pleasant office staff was very helpful. My last 2 months there Tiffany (office manager) screwed me and my fiancé over to cover her ass with corporate. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I did read the reviews online about Tiffany Stong and this apartment complex. Since people can be unfair, I decided to call the office regardless of the low ratings the community received. I spoke to Ms. Strong and she was unprofessional and unfriendly. Her communication level seems a bit hood and she was hesitant to answer my inquiries; consistently trying to refer me to their website for answers. I think these residents are being very honest and I am sorry for anyone who has to deal with the lack of class in the Arbors administrative office.

Their new way of renting will put residents in distress who do not want a spectrum service, they want to force everyone to pay the internet and cable service to receive juicy profits and that the client is screwed even if they do not use that service, they want it I must necessarily implement that is unconstitutional because one only requires housing, internet cable service or another is personal.

Beware of Bad Business Practices..The office manager lied about availability that we needed to meet. After paying the application fee and being approved they called to inform us that the next unit would not be available for 4 more weeks. I did reach out to the district manager two weeks ago but have not heard back from anyone with Capstone.

I love it;; I been staying here for bout 2 years &&Im definitely renewing my lease for another year. In my opinion, the staff are friendly. They are willing to work with you and get the job done. The only thing that may needs to improve is the maintenance after hours emergency and seasonal pests outside near entrance way ex. crickets/snails. Other than that, its nice. They have a park and outside pool for kids..Also, its a Lindley park nearby with a track and plenty parking space and The Arbors are fairly closed to shopping centers on W. Market area. Miss Felicia and Tiffany is professional workers, at least with me, and I would refer these townhomes to a relative/friend.

I currently rent from capstone management aka The Arbors. Ive been here going on two years and when I first moved there the original property manager Felicia was wonderful and very accommodating. But since Capstone has hired new property agent or assistant, and it has been the worst experience ever! Melissa is extremely lazy and very unhelpful. Please dont have a real dilemma because they will take their precious time to follow up with you. Then when you have to reach out to someone higher than Melissa which is their district manager Lisa she is even more insensitive and very unhelpful. I had to experience my registered vehicles being booted not once but twice and instead of them helping me to come to a conclusion where I wouldnt have to come outside each day to my cars being booted they gave me the run around and passed blame on everyone else but them. I wouldnt advise no-one to move here and waste your money or time unless its your LAST result because these people could careless about you or your loyalty of being a great resident. Plus their properties are very nasty just like their hired help.

This place is awful very bad management the apartment are price to high for the quality of the apartments and the little smart mouth apartment manger show no companship when things are going wrong I dont recommend these apartments to any one

Nice quiet neighborhood

It was becoming a nice community, Sadly now it is less then desirable. I am currently a tenant disturbed about the things that go on with the unsupervised children who a very disrespectful to adults, fight daily, have burnt and tortured kittens, liter all over the place and make it look terrible. The parents of these children rather argue, curse or fight, rather then discipline them. The fact that your application and guidelines say no pets allowed, is a insult to when some residence have several and dogs of violent natures at that. Now you must watch where you walk when taking out trash so you dont step in it because the owners dont clean up behind them. I have lived in my apartment many years and have enjoyed and have a profound respect for Mrs. Miles, Lord knows I have witnessed her attempts to talk with some of the problem makers, however things seem to just be getting worse. So unfortunately for me I must relocate not seeing any near changes in standards of Residence happening before school gets out and things get out of hand. An idol mind is the devils workshop and thats what the Arbors now reflects. I wish the people who remain the best and to Mrs. Miles I hope that when ever and where ever I go that we can remain friends and stay in contact for you are a wonderful human being and it has truly been a blessing knowing you, I cherish our conversations over the last 4 years,
