Not the place to go. We were referred to Henry by a friend who has used him before, though not for what we needed - an inspection of the brakes on our horse trailer. My fiancee and I woke up at 6 AM in order to drive across town to our barn, hitch up the trailer, and take it to his place. We arrive there and wait in a nearby church parking lot as he did not arrive until 8 AM - which also meant having to shift her schedule and miss her first hour of work since he arrived not a minute before 8. Upon arrival, he informs us that he is not comfortable working on the horse trailer and suggests another business.He said I mentioned to (your friend) that I wasnt sure about doing this but he clearly wasnt adamant enough that our friend decided against making the referral. He also spoke with both myself and my fiancee in between the referral and our arrival, and NOT ONCE did he say I cant in good faith do this, take it to Business X instead. He also had multiple days between our phone conversation and our arrival where he could have called us to inform us of his change of heart.Because of this, my fiancee and I woke up an hour early for no reason and then had to rearrange our entire morning, because he changed his mind - or at least told us that he had changed his mind - at the last possible opportunity. That is EXTREMELY poor business practice, and I know of several other businesses in the area where I will instead go for my own auto repairs as well as for any referrals I make in the future.
