They were very helpful and are able to work me in without an appointment. So good work. Waiting room is a little crowded, and they dont require masks or social distancing. Smoking in the garage area and, especially just outside the door, made breathing a little harder for me.

Well. I just want people to know to not go there between 11:15 and 12:30 during the day. Apparently theythey dont care how long a customer has been there they ALL take a lunch break ! I guess they think all buisnesses do this which is not true. Most businesses have different times that their employees take a lunch so that a customer can be taken care of.

Took my vehicle to have it checked they were supposed to call us when they were finished but never did we had to call them BK and if we hadnt called when we did my vehicle wlda have been stuck all weekend! So I was peeved

Well know when we get the bill & vehicle this evening. The vehicle repair took an extra day due to trying to find parts. There remains approximately 2-3 of play in the steering of the truck and Im not quite sure what to make of that. The bill came in under budget which is fantastic. But not if there is still something wrong with it. Going to give them a call today to see what they think. The folks there are super friendly and I most definitely would recommend them to you.

Be careful. Check your lug nuts. I had four of them Loose. I almost had an accident

We had brakes replaced, tires rotated, & an oil change here. This business has great service & they are very honest about what is needed. We expected to have to pay for a larger replacement job & were pleasantly surprised when we were told we did not need to have back brakes serviced, therefore the charge was much less than expected. They could have done replacement & charged us for it & we would not have known otherwise. We would highly recommend Porters Tire Store for sales & service.

Worst place to go for an alignment. People have bad attitudes and the alignment dont come with a warranty! It was so bad that when I called them back to tell them something wasnt right they got all huffy and puffy and said to bring it back theres no way I would go back not even if the alignment was free! Waste of my time and money I had to pay a friend to eye ball the alignment and he done better then their machines! Car rides amazing now.

Worth every penny... Didnt even have to ask for them to reorient my steering wheel

If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would! I live in GA and was on my way to northern VA when the trailer I was towing got nails in two of the four tires. I attempted to plug them myself but they continued to lose air. I pulled up to Porters in Greenville at 4:15pm, just before closing time, and hoped these guys could help. They could have easily taken advantage of an out-of-towner and said I needed two new tires. Not only did they not do that, they made permanent repairs on my two tires FOR FREE! Southern hospitality at its finest. They had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Im not a local so its not feasible for me to become a loyal customer, but if you live nearby, these guys will treat you right!

Porter went above and beyond to help me. Sammy sent a young man out to put on my spare so I could get there safely. Once at Porter tire I was treated with respect and courtesy. They were quick to repair my tire and did not try to pressure me into buying a new tire. I will be back when I need new tires.

Today I took my garden tractor tire in and they repaired it in a jiffy with a new tube. Reasonably priced, and pleasant folks. I also bought all four of my car tires there, great quality, 70,000 mile tires, at one of the best prices I found, and they have held up very well.

I needed front brakes, and needed to find a place to do the job that day. I called around 1 and was given a 3pm appointment. The staff was super friendly, the waiting area was clean and nicely decorated, and the price was very competitive. On top of all of that, there was no hassle nor dishonesty, which seems to be a huge problem in Greeneville. I only wish that I knew about Porter Tire sooner. Thank you!

We have been dealing with Porter Tires for years. The prices on the tires and their ability to get you in quick is great. Love the warranty plan works really well. I have pulled in with no notice and been on my way in 15 minutes. Make sure they are an authorized dealer of the tires they sell you, that has bitten us once. Thats the good stuff.Not so good. Tire pressure is never right when I leave. All the tires read differently. They never wash the blue stuff off the tires. I would never get anything done here, but new tires. They dont seem to know much about balancing, etc.Guys outside are fabulous...pleasant and easy to work with. The woman inside, obviously a family member, is a complete witch. She totally igonres you if you are sitting inside waiting. So rude. I actually killed her with kindness the entire time I waited just to get on her bad side because she had been so dismissive.

Went and got brakes changed today they were very friendly and I love the office remodel they did. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely go back in the future..

This place is amazing, Ive had a couple issues over the last couple of years. They are always so nice, and fair. I can honestly say Ive never left and felt taken advantage of or over charged. They actually found a steer wheel cracked and informed me, as to where I bought a full set last year after a blow out on that steer and the other shop neglected to tell me.

They provided pretty quick service selling me a tire, taking the old one off of the rim and putting the new one on. I hated it a 4 instead of a 5 because they acted like they didnt have any interest in any interaction with customers other than making money.

I had my tires rotated. Cheaper than other places. Excellent job. Quick service. Nice people.

These guys are awesome. I’m from Kingsport. I was in Greeneville to attend a wedding, It was 40 degrees, raining and windy, I was in dress clothes. After a horrible experience at autozone, trying to find a jack to fit under my car with a flat tire, I found this place. These people were so nice, took my tire off and and patched it then replaced the spare with it!! They were so nice and so quick. I arrived at my cousins wedding right before she walked down the isle. I appreciate all of you so much!! When I need tires, I will drive to Greeneville to purchase from Porter tire. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I am probably a little biased to say this because I live fairly close to Porters, but I can say that when I call, they do answer. Cant say that about all the other tire and lube centers in my area. Price is worth their work though. Ever drive by? I can almost assure you they have a parking lot full of work, with vehicle owners that would tell you the same thing.

Excellent tire and service center, there is a reason they have been here all this time. They handled an ARI account perfectly, when others lie about doing them . They handled the aggravation spot on and got what I needed to do my job . Ill keep going to Porters.

Well Ive had problems with Porters for the last couple of years. Starting with a rear tractor Tire that has never popped out to seal correctly over a year now. Ordered 2 front tractor tires clearly stating that I need tubeless and got there only to find out that tube type was ordered resulting in being down for another day waiting on the correct tires. Then I noticed that one of them had been placed on the tractor with the rim turned the wrong way resulting in damage to the lug bolts and lug nuts. All 6 lugs and nuts had to be replaced at my expense. Now I have a back Tire ordered through Porters in Morristown which was to be on the 9am truck and Just FOUND OUT That Maybe It WILL Be Here Tomorrow
