They give me sound, objective advice and always go out of their way to make sure all my questions are answered and Im happy before I leave.I feel very comfortable having my insurance coverage with these folks because I know they have my back! Auto insurance was too expensive over all for the bad coverage, slow response to everything they do. Too many extra fees and late fees. Would recommend Geico since they have no fees even if youre late, sign up anytime, fast response with their great app, and cheaper prices.

Ive had the two major insurance companies in greeneville and farm bureau is by far the best insurance in and around greeneville. It has been a great experience dealing with the folks in the Newport Highway office and the adjusters they have.

My family went into this establishment and spoke with a woman named Ronda. They went in due to being sent their by their father and the woman was downright rude, disrespectful and absolutely insulting. To come into a business you expect to be treated like a human being and not a waste of time. How do you expect to keep good business if you treat your patrons like garbage?I hope that Ronda sees this so that way she will know that her horrible attitude and customer service is not accepted.Absolutely disgusted by how we were treated.
