We cancelled our policy. We signed paperwork to cancel the policy. I was still charged for the policy after the cancellation and had an over draft fee charged because I only keep enough money in that account to cover monthly bills. I am fighting with them to recover the fee AND I had to cancel the policy with the main customer service line because the agent did not do her job and was not helpful. This is the reason were with Farm Bureau now. If you want Erie or Progressive insurances, go somewhere else.It is now four days later and still no refund or resolution. After talking to Progressive--AGAIN-- they claim the refund of overdraft fees should be coming from the agent. My premium refund from Progressive is processed. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE UNCOOPERATIVE. Im out money because of their mistake.

Agents do not exercise care in providing information. Even when they have a policy pulled up on their computer and are questioned about what they are telling you, they dont pay attention to what they are doing and provide erroneous information. I would not recommend this agency.

We have been with them for several years. Been ok up until this year. Get incorrect info on important questions. Always?a different person a d they do not return calls. Called today and was kind of talked to rudely. Not good customer service lately.

I contacted David Peake Insurance 1 month ago for a quote on 3 rental properties. They were given all the information about the rentals to give me a quote. Never heard back from them, so 2.5 weeks later called back again. I was told the person was on vacation and would contact me the next week. Still have never heard back. This is terrible customer service and I will not call back again.
