Carlene helped me find a great plan. More importantly, for me, she listened to me talk. I was upset with my previous provider and found myself venting my frustration to Carlene. She took the time to listen to me. That meant something, even though I couldnt expect her to fix my old problem. Yet, she listened, actively. After I shared my recent experience Carlene took time to explain everything to me. By the end of the meeting, I had better coverage than before and Carlene saved me around $140 a month.
