By far the best with a flat bed had a broken lower ball joint tire could have ripped the fender right off the hauler took their time and nothing got destroyed beyond amazed with the work 10/10 recommend

I called after my Verizon Roadside Assistance service failed to find me a towing service at 11:30 p.m. at night. I was originally quoted a 2-hour waiting time and they came an hour early! He was quick, prompt and not nearly as pricey as I thought. (Less than $100.00 for a tow under 10 miles).

Im not from Green Bay and my truck rear differential broke on my vehicle and I called all these other 24hr towing services and they gave me some ridiculous prices for only a 1.5 mile tow and all of their wait times was over 3 hours. Desperately in need of a tow I tried Wilsons Towing. Not only was their price at least 20% cheaper than what the others had told me, but get this. From customer service...who I would also like to thank. Was professional and understanding to my needs. I was told that they would be there in about two hours and would give me a call 20 minutes before arrival. Wow...is all I can say. Not even a hour I was recieving a call from Lucus who towed my truck. Long story short call Wilsons...I know that I will whenever I need a tow or a family member.Thanks

Wilson’s towing is very reliable. We were able to set up an 150 mile tow within 5 minutes and a time for the following day. Customer service is also great and very helpful! Thank you guys for driving all the way up to save us! We also used their towing service for our vehicle that went into the ditch off the highway in a snowstorm. The same guys arrived within 10 minutes. We will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone who needs a tow service and will be coming to you for future needs. Thank you for everything!

Efficient and friendly. When your car breaks down on a Sunday that is also a holiday and it is 11PM you 2ould expect to pay a premium price for any kind of service but I was caught by surprise to find that I would be paying $60 less than my personal estimate. When you are already down on your luck the last thing you want is to deal with is second-rate service. Ill be sure to tip my hat and wave the next time I pass one of your drivers.

My car had lost the ability to steer on a busy street as I was coming home from work. I was able to stop without incident but the car ended up in an awkward position. The driver Tony showed up and worked quickly to hitch up my car into his flatbed truck. I was extremely impressed with both the service and the cost. I will definitely recommend Wilsons to anybody who needs a tow!

While helping a friend drive an older RV home, we ran into a problem. The rv ended up broken down on the side of the highway. At a fair price, Justin delivered the rv from just outside of Green Bay up to Algoma. He was professional and very easy to work with..Definitely one of the better experiences I have had with a tow.

Wilsons had great customer service and very prompt response time. There trucks are newer and equipment worked well. They came with an Autoloader and were in and out fast! No time wasted! The driver knew how to operate the equipment properly as well! If your looking for a very prompt and polite towing service this is the place to call! I highly recommend using them!

Great service. Worked with me even tho I was frazzled for needing the tow and had to switch drop off destinations upon the drivers arrival. The driver helped me answer the questions on the shops drop off packet as I was dropping of my truck after shop hours. He then waited with me until my mom arrived to drive me home when he could have just as easily left me there to wait. Thanks so much for all the help!

I got a flat tire on the freeway, and safely pulled over to call a towing company. This was the best service I have ever gotten from any kind of towing company, I had AAA for a year, and they were awful to me and careless about my car. As soon as I called Wilson’s Towing, someone was there in 2 minutes flat. He changed my tire in record time and another tow truck made sure I got into on-coming traffic safely and also got me to a gas station safely to get air in my tire. Thank you so much again for making sure your customers are safe and well taken care of!

A flat tire on the motorcycle put a glitch in our plans, lucky for us Matt arrived quickly to tow us to the shop so we could get back on the road. He took great care in securing the bike while making sure the straps would not scratch the bike anywhere. He is professional, friendly and polite-if you need a tow Matt at Wilsons is the way to go!!

My husband had an accident with our car. The police department contacted this tow company to have the vehicle removed from the scene. I called the company and the woman I spoke with was so confused, she had no idea what I was talking about and kept asking me if I “ was sure they had towed my car”. I wasn’t sure, so I contacted the police department again, and they let me know that this company did pick my car up. I called the company back, and was put on hold for nearly a half an hour. The lady came back on the phone and said she didn’t think my car was there. I drove past their lot, and my car was in fact there. I called the next morning and spoke to a different lady that knew exactly what my needs were. My insurance company needed me to release my car to them so they could tow it to their own lot. When I went to the tow yard, the lady again was very helpful, had the paperwork I needed to release my car ready for me, gave me a bag to get my items out of the car, and had a gentleman ready to help me remove the license plates off my car since I forgot to bring a tool with to do it. This was in below freezing temperatures as well and he still came out to help me open the doors, since the frame of the car was bent I couldn’t open them myself, and took the time to take the plates off for me. 4 stars since the first woman I spoke with was terrible, everyone else was wonderful.

Absolutely terrible and rude service. Contacted Roadside assistance for my vehicle that wouldnt start and was told it would be 2 hours before Wilsons Towing would arrive. Called Wilsons towing and talked with a very rude woman who said it would take the 2 hours. I waited and after 2 hours and no tow truck, I called the woman back and she said another call came in and it would be another 30 minutes or so, but then received a text stating it was going to be another hour. I called Roadside Assistance back and they canceled Wilsons and sent a very reputable and well known tow service (Heavy Duty) who arrived very quickly and towed my vehicle to the dealership. Thank you Heavy Duty for your timely response and professional service.

Great service! Took a while, almost 2 hours from initial call, “miscommunication” on they’re part, but Brad the Tow operator was as professional as it gets. Outstanding job! Thank You & I would call again. Would have been 5 stars but long wait!

Hello there,I had put in a request for a tow and this was the worse experience of my entire known life! I’ll start here with please call Auto Select in Green Bay if you need assistance around this area! They are friendly and efficient. Now unto the tale of despair. The lady on the other end gave me a working estimate of “within the hour” and sure enough no one showed. I get it. Really I do, things happen so I gave them a call back. The first time the lady answered it sounded like I was on speaker along with previous times! But this time she could literally not hear me and hung up. Ok cool let me just call again, same thing on speaker. This time I was heard and given a “they will be there in 10 minutes” and sure enough they were not there in 10, or 30! I called back and cancelled. Super unprofessional and profoundly annoying. It was a joke really. Anyway other reviews say their drivers are nice but I did not get to meet them. Call the other guys or literally push your car to a shop! Good luck! :)

There are great people (Ryan) out there who care! I had an unfortunate very flat tire and Ryan helped change it over to a spare. The timing couldn’t have been more perfect. I thank you very much and I highly recommend this company.

4:04am in the ditch on the way into work. Called Wilson Towing (because we used them for of a previous tow when the transmission went out). They were super nice, towed the car to the body shop, AND...price was very reasonable! Thank you Wilson Towing!

These drivers have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. They were hired to come into my community and take unregistered vehicles from my neighbors property and while doing so they backed into a garage and left extensive damage and ripped the skirting from another neighbors home. They had total disregard for the vehicles they were towing and dragged them down the road, leaving tire marks down my street. If I ever need a vehicle towed I will be calling an actual tow company that handles themselves with professionalism and courtesy. Not people who have absolute disregard for others property. They should be ashamed.

Super friendly service, picked my car up on a Sunday afternoon and after towing it to a mechanics shop offered to give me a ride home. Really nice guy, loves his job and Is happy to help you. Honest business.

Was given an ETA of 45 minutes, 45 minutes roll by and no tow or call from Wilson with any updates. Called for an update and was told it will be another half hour. Another half hour rolls by and still no tow or phone call from them with update. Called Wilson AGAIN to see how much longer it’ll be and now they have no idea where the driver is and don’t have an ETA. Wasted two plus hours waiting for them. Called Glen’s Towing, and they showed up in 15 minutes!
