Called Detail Towing for an unusual request. I needed to offload a 2300 lb swim spa off a tractor trailer low boy. Unfortunately, my load was on the upper deck of the trailer so there was little Detail could do with their equipment. However, the driver recommended a solution which ultimately worked! I was not charged for the Detail dispatch, which I appreciate, but felt bad about. Ill be sending the crew at Detail Towing lunch for their kindness. I highly recommend these guys. All day long.

Ive used The Detail Shop several times and when I was looking for a tow for my car to scrap, he gave me another alternative to use for my car even though it did NOT involve using THEIR towing service...I love it when any company truly outs the customer 1st.

Called Friday afternoon/ evening to get a tow, ended up scheduling for 10:00 am the next day which I wasnt thrilled about but the price was right so I didnt mind too much. Called around 9:00 to confirm our appointment and they told me they were in milwaukee on another call. Didnt bother to call me or anything. Ive honestly never felt so disregarded.

The Operators have a total of 70 accumulative years of experience. Great group of guys! Professionally ran! They do pickups for us on customers cars (usually all high end vehicles, old hot rods ETC) and they do a stellar job and make sure they take their time and treat these cars like as if it were their own!! Wont use any one else!

Incredible response time along with professional, knowledgeable,and courteous driver (Hank). Dont waste time calling AAA or the national towing services. Detail is faster, less expensive, and will provide you a receipt to submit to insurance. Id use them again in a heartbeat.

We were on our way to the airport and got into a pretty serious accident. The company my insurance contacted were 45 minutes out still. Dan or Don I believe showed up in 5 minutes. He was very understanding. Gave us the best option to get the car back to the dealership 30 miles out of town. It was much appreciated going through the accident.

Had my starter go out while at a Kwik Trip nearby. They were there within 15 minutes, wouldnt start with a jump. Very friendly and reasonable towing charge. Would recommend to anyone in the Depere area.

I was in a tight spot ... My car had coasted, dead, into a parking spot where it could not remain. I needed it towed asap, but I worked across town until 6:00PM. I researched online for my best options; there were closer choices, but I went with Detail Shop because of its user rating ... I Was Not Disappointed! I had told Ryan that I could be to the lot by 6:30 that night. I arrived at 6:20 and he already had my car loaded in a towing position, and was ready to follow me to my apt. We arrived, and as usual, the parking spots were tight and limited, but Ryan back his tow truck in, parking my car between two others, as well as I could have if it was running. Early, great service, and more affordable than I ever could have imagined. If you are in a tough spot, and need a tow ... Call Detail Shop. The reviews are legit, and you will not be disappointed!

Quick response. Just had a flat tire and needed the spare to be put on. Gave advice about repairing the bad tire. Positive and optimistic. Worked quickly. Even waited 5 minutes for my spouse to drive home (1 mile away) to find the tools for retrieving the spare. Didnt make me feel like an idiot.

Called The Detail Shop because one of our vans broke down in a customer’s driveway. We have used them before on the recommendation of our mechanic. This time we were told by the guy who answered the phone that it was cold and he was sticking close to home. When asked if this was how he normally did business he told us that it wasn’t his problem and since he was the guy on call he could do whatever he wanted. Definitely not 24 hours. Will also make sure they are no longer recommended by our mechanic.

They were very quick to respond to a car I needed to get towed. They were very nice on the phone. Will definitely call if I need anything else in the future!

This past Saturday, April 27, a group of 40 people were tearing out trees and shrubs at Pilgrim Congregational Church in Ashwaubenon, An employee from the Detail Shop, who is also a church member, Craig, was able to use a flat bed truck, from the Detail Shop, to haul the brush away to the Ashwaubenon dump site.
