Both of them are fine right now, but at the time of the accident they were both transported to the hospital by ambulance in questionable condition. Glenn’s towing was contacted by law enforcement to pick up the damaged vehicle.After our family got our heads on straight and finally figured out where our vehicle was, I had contacted Glenn’s towing and their initial response was ‘we are too busy right now to answer your questions because so many vehicles came in this weekend. Call back tomorrow’I called my insurance adjuster, and told him that I was not able to get prices from Glenn’s towing today because they told me to call back. He told me that he will send them over what is covered by insurance so that I can get my vehicle out of there immediately. (They are charging lot rental fees, so unbeknownst to me, I kind of get why they told me to call back at a later date.)The next day I called Glenn’s towing again, and the same rude older woman answered and pretended like she never talk to me before.I told her that American family should have contacted them and told them that they were covering a portion of the bill, and I will pay the rest when we pick it up.She said, “no no no, it doesn’t matter what they are covering, we get screwed over by insurance companies all the time .. i need to be paid in full before you can touch your vehicle.I called the insurance adjuster back immediately and told him what the old woman had said. He stated that he will call back immediately and have the insurance portion wired same day so that they can’t force more storage fees.So five phone calls later, after Glen‘s tried to pretended not to receive payment, invoices, phone calls, etc. They finally admitted to receiving payment from American family. “Owner is out of town but this should work”I was at work on a 24 hour shift, so my stepmother had to bring my wife and child to Glenn’s towing so they could remove the remaining items from the vehicle and pay them the storage fee.HERES THE KICKER:The insurance company sent a tow truck over there, and the tow truck was going to also pay my wife a fee for the totaled car WHICH she was going to pay GLENS the storage fee out of. So wife arrived early which was my suggestion so she could start cleaning and removing things from the vehicle until the tow gets there to pay her (so she can pay glens) and take the vehicle. BUT.. glens towing says no.. you can’t even touch your wrecked car until we are paid our towing fees, storage fees, cleanup fees, etc. (by the way the towing fee for less than 3 miles was over $400. I’m told it’s because my wife is Puerto Rican and it’s a small community)Nevertheless.. that’s our story ..I’ll let you form your own opinion with good ol’ Glens towing.

Had an issue due to lack of communication from a third party but the manager was quick to resolve it. Very satisfied and Cody went out of his way to make up for it which was above and beyond.

We had a skid steer stuck in the back property and they came and pulled it out. They didn’t damage any property or any equipment. Fantastic job! I recommend them highly! I was staying out of town in Green Bay where my boat and trailer were hit by another vehicle while it was parked. I had to get my boat and trailer back to my usual repair shop all the way in Indiana for an estimate/repairs. I called Glenn’s towing and was in contact with Cody. He was able to get me an estimate for the towing over the phone and told me they could be there in an hour to pick it up and then tow it for a 4.5 hour drive on a Saturday no less. They were extremely professional and made sure to get my boat sitting properly back on its trailer once moved onto their flatbed, to prevent any further damage and ensure it made it to its destination safely. Glenn’s was very easy to work with and I cannot recommenced their services enough.

These folks helped me out recently when my pop up decided to blow a tire on the highway. They came out quickly to get me back on the road for my camping trip and were so courteous and friendly. I will be keeping Glenn’s in mind if something like that ever happens again. I give them high recommendation!

The driver dumped it on my lawn, instead of the driveway. And left it there. Because it was to much work. Had to call mr tire to move it. Response time is fast, tho. Customer service is the best.

I’ve never had such a horrible experience. We needed our boat towed as our axel broke and we warned the company before they sent anyone to us that it was going to be hard. They told us they could do it and sent someone so we felt good. They arrived super fast, so that was a positive! Our driver got here, didn’t say anything just got right to work. About ten minutes of frustration later he starts swearing and throwing his tools around. He almost got the boat on just to say “you’re going to have to call someone else.” He then started grabbing all his tools, lowered the boat, and drove away. I understand it was hard, I understand he didn’t want to ruin our boat or risk it falling, but never in my life have I been so disappointed in the professionalism of a company. Would not recommend.

Tow truck driver was kind and helpful. However, receptionist was the most unprofessional person I have encountered. My tan interior was covered in black dirt, when I called to make them aware I was pretty much told I was lying and too bad. I am now scrubbing out black dirt that will not come off. No help, no accountability taken, no discount, nothing other than a snooty response from whoever the lady was who answered the phone. As if I was some sort of annoyance when it’s my vehicle that has been ruined. Yikes.

Had my wife’s car towed last year after she was hit. Very timely very professional. Would recommend Glenn’s from a small car to a tractor trailer. Was also pulled out while stuck in the snow during a traffic accident in front of me. 35 mins I was out!

Great service and fast! One of our semi trailers sank in the gravel with 38k lbs. in it. Came out that night and picked it up. No damage to anything. Really efficient running the rig. Was in and out in 15 min! Will be our first call again for business or personal needs!

I’ve dealt with them a few times. Daryl pulled us out of a snowbank in the middle of the night and was a lifesaver. Shane was there when we got stuck in the mud in the middle of nowhere. I thought it was a lost cause but he had us out in no time! Drivers are also really friendly, they always wave back!

When they give an estimate for time, they usually get there around then. When they say 30 minutes they mean 30 minutes.

I have a low mustang that had got a flat I called detailed tow and they left me stranded because they said it was too low especially after the flat. Glenns 24-hour towing had a truck that was able to safely secure my car the driver even put wood under the car to help lift it and after safely making it to my home he even helped me pull it into the garage. They are more neighborly then my own neighbors! Great deal great service, God bless!

Ive had to get towed twice this winter back to the auto dealership after breakdowns on the highway at night, after working a 12 hour shift. They were great. On site in the 30 minutes, worked safely and courteous and offered to give me a ride home to my warm bed. Their rates are excellent. I actually carry the drivers card in my wallet.. although I hope I dont need it again. Best folks in this area by far.

Called about 12 tow company’s, not a single one would tow my truck from Reedsville to Appleton because it was 11pm at night. Called up Glens and they came right away with no damage to my truck and my driver was very nice. Not bad pricing and will definitely use this company again.

I recently had my vehicle towed by Glenns. Ill admit that the young lady that arrived initially had me concerned, but not because of gender. I was worried about how much experience she had towing. Alyssa had my vehicle on the flatbed and on its way to where I had requested in less than 10 minutes after she had arrived. I asked her if all her companys drivers were as competent and she said her boss demands it of his employees. Found out later her boss is her father, and the absolutely DELIGHTFUL lady that I spoke with to request the tow was, in fact, her mother. Were anyone to ask me to recommend a towing company, Glenns will always be first. Well done!

My teenage daughter was in an accident and needed her car towed. Police called it in and Glenn’s showed up right away. So that was nice (but they are just up the road). Towed it 2.1 miles and nailed her $275. Called it in and asked why it was so high and was told it is what it is. Calling around to other vendors and found a customary rate would be less than half that and some are 1/4 that price. I can tell you what it is....unethical.

A week ago I got a flat tire on my way home from a weekend trip to Marinette, WI. After being stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours, thinking AAA was on their way, I called Glenns 24 Hr. Towing in Green Bay to help me out. Rocky was on-call and came to help me out. He showed up and was most helpful! He was even willing to stop at a gas station on the way to Green Bay so I could use the restroom after being stranded on the side of the road for a few hours. As we drove, he helped me figure out a next step for finding a place to buy a new tire in Green Bay. Although it was a stressful day overall, Rocky helped make the rest of the day fairly smooth. Have to put a good word out for Glenns 24 Hour Towing. They saved me on Christmas morning when I locked my keys in my car! Incredibly, the service guy got to me quick, got the job done and was personable, telling me they do everything from small jobs like this to very complicated large-vehicle jobs. These guys kick ass. My truck was cashed in 10 of snow, these guys worked some magic in maneuvering their beast of a tow truck on a tiny street and managed to clear the both of us. I had a tree fall on my car from the storms last night, and called Glenns to come help. They lifted the tree off my car and towed it in to be fixed, although I dont think it will be able to be fixed. They were really nice and professional and cant thank you enough.

I am an owner operator from out of state and glenns towing is the only company willing to rescue me, my truck and my load. Weather was bad and theyre response time was fast and theyre service was super fast. They were a great company to deal with and very reasonable. Definitely #1 on my list. Ill be calling them again if i ever have problems up this way again.

Car was broke down on the side of interstate 43. Was there less than an hour and was impounded by Glenns. Called them and was told the office opens at 9 am Sat. I got to the impound lot at 10 am and heard people working in the yard but no one would answer the door. Called them again and was given the run around and that I have to wait until Monday to get the vehicle and would have to pay storage fees for the weekend. These guys have a great scam going here.... the best part of this is that the car was not in traffic and should not have been towed in the first place....

Glenns 24hr Towing has excellent response time and road side assistance. They arrived quickly during the middle of the night after my car was roughly introduced to a deer. They provided my daughter and myself a ride back to there shop location and kept my car in a secured location while I waited to get it back home.

My daughter was quoted $90 for a tow and the driver seen the ball joint was broke and never told us it was going to be an extra$40 because of the extra work. We waited there for a little while while the tow truck driver prepared to hook up the chains and he clearly seen the wheel was inward and besides that he had our number to tell us about the $40 price increase. We were not given an option. THEY WOULD NOT LET MY DAUGHTERS JEEP DOWN AND HELD IT HOSTAGE UNTIL WE PAID $130 AND NOT THE $90 WE WERE QUOTED. These tow companys do this all the time to people. The owners response is not accurate and please learn from my mistake in choosing to do business with this company.DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. LEARN FROM MISTAKE

My daughter was involved in an accident, and Glenns had arrived very quickly and got the scene cleaned up real quick. My daughter was recieving medical attention, and the driver had waited patiently for the paramedics to finish their job. After everything was cleaned up, one of the drivers even checked on her in the ambulance. Once everything was cleared on thier end, he gave her a ride back to their shop for me to pick her up.

My family has used Glenns for many years and we have always had great service. They are very quick to come get your vehicle. Also what tow company will come to your work and pick up your keys. They do go out of their way.

Very disappointed with they provide, I would say NO SERVICE at all. I had there 2018 truck that was involved in the collision. They got it to their yard and left windows open during a snow storm. Now there are more damages to the truck as they were not able to close the windows, and decided not to cover busted windshield with plastic. I would of pay extra money to make sure no water / snow getting inside the truck.When I talk to owner Dave and his son they were rude to me and when I asked them whey they did not close windows or at least cover them with plastic they laugh at me.MY RECOMMENDATION IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE DO NOT USE GLENNS 24HR TOWING.
