My watch clasp was not holding. I came in and they fixed my watch for me very quickly at no charge. The other place I went to wanted to send it out for 4 weeks. Great customer service and experience. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

They were very very helpful. I thought that it was great that they had you wait in your car and text them when you got there to limit the amount of people who came into the store as to protect you from COVID. Although they did this it took no time to be able to go in. I would definitely go back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. EXTREMELY disappointed with Meyer Jewelers in Green Bay and would not recommend to ANYONE. Customer service is HORRIBLE, along with knowledge of the staff. They do not know what they are doing and I would not trust them with my sentimental jewelry. Just trying to save someone else from going through what I went through with them.Horrible, rude, uneducated within their profession.

Amazing store! Always over the top helpfulness! My dad purchased my moms ring here and my husband purchased mine here as well. Add a pearl neclaces have been in our family for traditions. We now started a pandora tradition. Hometown helpful :)

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on all their inventory. I had a very pleasant experience during my short visit. And I will definitely visit them again when I come back into town.

The lady that helped was very very nice. HOWEVER she told me to look at the Pandora charms that were 40% off. I picked one out that I liked a lot. Meanwhile she couldn’t get my braclet open and had to call for help THEN the charm I picked out WASNT 40% of !!!! Just said sorry !!!!!! I won’t EVER be back. Know your prices at least !!!!
