I was very pleased with Bay Area Diamond Company. My husband purchased my engagement ring out of state, so we could not take it to the original keeper to resize. After doing some research, I decided to take it to Bay Area Diamond Company. Due to the complexity of my ring, and the fact that it had to go up two sizes, they explained that it might not be able to be done and had their jeweler take a look at it. They were able to do it, and did it beautifully! They originally gave me a date two weeks out for completion, and it ended up getting done in one, even during the holiday season! The staff made me feel 100% confident in them, even after explaining the potential difficulties. I appreciate the honesty they gave, and felt comfortable with the decision to move forward with resizing. The staff was welcoming and informative, and the store was beautiful and clean. There were hand sanitation stations located throughout the store and the staff was masked. Overall great experience, and I will be going back for any jewelry needs.

This Company is a joke and fraud And they Will NEVER get our business again. My fiancé purchased a diamond necklace from them and was advised that the product had a warranty when he bought the jewelry then recently the necklace broke and he brought it in and now they’re talking about hundreds of dollars to fix a simple necklace and there is no warranty when it’s clearly on our original receipt. Once brought to the managers attention they act like they don’t know what they’re doing or what was said and do nothing whatsoever to help the customer. This business will not get any one of my associates friends family to come here and I will make sure they know how this company “appreciates” their clients.

Every time I come in I can’t help but leave with a smile. My boyfriend and I went in with no clue of what I was looking for in a wedding ring and Lindsay (sp?) helped us out! She is has the patience of an angel and helped us narrow down to what we each like in a wedding ring. After my fella proposed, I went back in to get the ring checked and she immediately recognized me! I have been trying to get my ring sized for a while now through the regular jeweler that we have used for years and they just were not willing to help! I brought my rings in the next day and was told about 3 weeks and they were done in 6 days. They looked even better then the day I got them! Will be doing our shopping here from now on! February 2018 I was looking for the perfect engagement ring. Walked in the door at Bay Area Diamond company. Was immediately acknowledged by Leigha. She was fabulous. I had my mind on something specific. Multiple rings had different features I liked but not in 1 ring. She asked it I would like to have the perfect ring designed and made by Mark Schneider. Well that’s exactly what we did. I also didn’t give them much time to get this accomplished. After they gathered at the bits and pieces of what I liked and disliked a wax mold was made. After final touch ups the finishing product was complete and in the time I was hoping for. I’m sooooo happy. Could not have worked with a better group of people to get my dream ring. Mark Schneider is an amazing jewelry designer. Thank so much to all and Leigha for all your time, hard work and sting pulling to getting this accomplished!

My wedding ring was bought in Appleton 35 years ago and that jeweler closed, but I have been bringing my ring to Bay Area Diamond for over 15 years to have it cleaned. They also fixed the band and a prong on the diamond years ago, and did great work at a very reasonable price.

I had a ring that I wanted reset, and Bay Area Diamond came highly recommended. I brought in my items, and Linnzy could not have been more helpful, patient, or knowledgeable. After almost two hours, I settled on a new ring for my old diamond and a beautiful little necklace slide for another. Picked them up WAY before they had been promised, and told Riley (Linnzy was not there) how utterly delighted I was with their work--and how beautiful everything looks. 💍 Im going back to get appraisals later this month.

I absolutely recommended Bay Area Diamond company to anyone looking for jewelry or looking for a place to repair jewelry. After a stone fell out of my engagement ring, the original Jeweler refuse to do any repairs even though it was less than 4 months old. Because we had Bay Area Diamond resize the ring originally, we asked them about repairs and they took care of the problem in less than a week with no charges. Great place.

This place is amazing. I literally have bought over a dozen gold dipped roses from them now. Linnzy is on top of her game when it comes to follow up and customer service. I have never actually met her in person as Covid has come down. But she reached out to me seeing as I had not bought anything in awhile and all I have ever bought is gold dipped roses. Kinney called me up out of the blue and I almost never answer, she was super polite and she told me she could ship out the rose free of charge due to covid-19 and my wifes bday was right around the corner. I said hit me up with that payment. Then through text I said hey can you ship it out under some crazy name so my wife who gets the mail would have no clue. She was all over it. Then to really top off the cake, I said hey, whenever you put these things on sale hit me up. Fast forward 3 month and again she calls and I again usually dont answer, Linnzy hits me up with a killer deal. This time Im like tell me what colors I dont have and we will talk, she then texts me with the last three colors Im missing, I tell her hit me up again with that payment, but ship it to my work....two days later I have a box on my desk with three Gold dipped roses. The only constructive criticism I could make, is that it would be nice if the store carried more watch brands.
