Walked in with a bent bracelet and a very helpful and nice staff helped me and the friendly man fixed it for me real quick and charged me nothing.

Great service. Friendly staff. They resized and repaired several of my rings for 1/3 of the price given to me by my local jeweler north of Green Bay. Extremely pleased and I highly recommend.

I brought in my watch for polishing and to get the hands changed. They did that but when I stopped by, it wasnt done properly. It wasnt polished very good. They took it back in and polished it to the mirrored finish and now it looks amazing! I really appreciated that they took the time to make it right and I will definitely do business there again!

Today I stopped in at D&M to ask if they could repair a Brighton necklace for me... nothing expensive, but one I wear often. It needed a new jump ring. They repaired it on the spot... at no charge! Even though I hadnt planned to look for a wrap for my wedding ring today, I asked if they had some I could try while waiting for the necklace. As I was trying some, I noticed that my diamond was dirty and actually said so out loud. They promptly offered to check the stones and clean it. Very nice! As I was waiting for my ring, I picked up a jar of jewelry cleaner, planning to purchase it. The sales associate asked me if I needed a jar and gave it to me... again free of charge. I was astounded and pleased at the customer service I received today! Ill definitely go back to have them create my custom wrap. :-)

Absolutely amazing service all around. Had great very helpful email exchanges, when I came into store I got exactly what I wanted and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I had a ring resizing and refinishing done and the end result is perfect. They even sent me a handwritten thank you letter. Top-notch on all aspects.

I brought in my ring to have it re tipped. The ring is so clean and pretty now and I can wear it without having to worry about losing my diamond. They also had it done before the date they gave me. I like that the work is done in house and they won’t send your pieces out. The only thing was my bill was a bit higher than quoted, but not a major difference in price.

They have the friendliest workers who love what they are doing! They also have great prices compared to everywhere else! You can designed your own ring and they can make it for you. Mine turned out fantastic! I am so glad I came here and I plan to come back!

Dave and company at D&M are absolutely wonderful! We recently moved to the Green Bay area from Appleton, and I have to say that I wish we wouldve known about D&M before. I wouldve made the drive from Appleton for all of our repair and purchase needs. Theres just something you cant put into words about this business. WISH THAT THERE WERE MORE THAN 5 STARS ONE COULD RATE WITH......These people are awesome !!! I took my sisters watch to a place that was recommended by a jewler on the East side of G Bay..... Well.... that guy tried to force the pin out of the band vs unscrewing it. Then wanted to charge above and beyond, bent the pin and also didnt replace the battery.I searched the internet and found D & M - so I brought it in to them.....WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS MY PLEASURE WITH THEM. They were not only accomodating but replaced the battery and also fixed the pin for the band while I waited.Im so pleased with them that they have a return customer for sure in my book.KUDOS TO YOU D & M....KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!!! :)
