Very friendly and fast service. Roy was at our home within half an hour of taking our call. He was friendly, fast and clearly knew what he was doing. Well worth making a small repair that was the fraction of the cost of a new appliance. Highly recommend this business!

Super impressed with his work. He came to work on our refrigerator first. Then we called to have him repair our oven. Very friendly, and gave great suggestions for our new refrigerator search. He explains everything thoroughly. We will be using Roy’s appliance whenever we need to.

I had a 13 year old Speed Queen that was not staying hot and drying the clothes. Roy answered his own phone, was able to do the repair in a timely manner, did the repair, gave me couple maintenance tips and did at a very reasonable rate.

Charged me $411 to change a drain pump on my washer. Took about a half hour and said the pump cost $228. After he left I decided to see how much a pump really was. Turns out you can buy 1 for $40. Called to confront him about it and he said the had to be mark up on parts, apparently a 500% markup. Next he offered me $100 back without a valid explanation of why he charged that much. He knew he had been caught. If you use his services do your own research or you will get taken advantage of. He did return the $100 but will not use him again.

Very honest business owner. Called to have him come out to my house due to a severely imbalanced washing machine. He gave me some tricks to try before he had to come out. Thank you for your honesty and you will be highly recommended in the future.

Set up a time for him to replace my glass top on my stove, I took off of work because he said it was a two man job, he no showed me, I called and left many messages, and also texted him to reschedule, never replied. I would never give a person like that any business, unreliable.

I called 4 appliance repair companys only to get an answering machine and/or to never get a call back. One stated he was 24/7 and called me back 2 days later. When I called Roys Appliance he answered his phone on the first call. He schedule the repair for same day and fixed my problem immediately at a very fair price!. Roy is the man to call! Dont waste your time waiting for others who dont care if they get the work or not! The old saying goes..if you dont take care of your customers someone else will!
