Great fast service had the part I needed

I called three appliance repair services, and this is the only one that called me back in a timely and professional manner. The owner who serviced my dryer ran into some issues, but he clearly believes in putting the customer first and making things right. This locally owned small business maintains old-fashioned quality service.

The former owner left the washer and dryer in our new home, and they both needed attention. Appliance Services Professionals gave me excellent and thorough service. They are experienced and helpful, making suggestions on what is best for my situation rather than pressuring to spend more. They are a small business you can trust.

Had a problem with my fridge, they came in two days and were actually on time. They diagnosed two broken parts, got replacement parts, and replaced everything in less than an hour. Price was also reasonable. Highly recommended.

I asked to have my appliance repaired. They told me they could be at my house in 3 days and they would call to confirm a time. They never called, and delayed my repair an addional week. They left me hanging only to find another company to repair my appliance. It is very obvious to me that a cutomer has very little value.

Paid $80 for a service call to diagnose a dryer. I was informaed the part was no longer avaiable. It is a Kenmore dryer so I called Sears Parts Direct and was able to buy the replacement control board. The dryer is working fine after ordering and replacing the part. Called the business to complain. Was told the $80 was for diagnostics and that they only buy from specific vendors. I guess buying from Sears Parts Direct is not reputable enough for them. I would be very careful dealing with Classic Maytag Home Appliance Center. I believe they wanted me to buy a dryer from them and orginal offered half of the $80 back if I bought one from them. What a lack of integrity. If I can steer anyone away from this company I will do so.
