Started out with good service, but the repair didn’t last and it was supposed to be covered by their 1yr warranty. It took them multiple trips to try to diagnose the issue (evidently a service advisory from GE which they said they would help me contact GE to get them involved since the unit was only a few years old with a known issue) but they just stopped returning my phone calls for over a month.Finally someone out of Pennsylvania called me after leaving messages every day for almost two weeks and said they would refund part of what we paid for repairs within 24hrs(still haven’t seen it). We’ve been without a dishwasher for months. If I would’ve know this was the type of service they provided, I would’ve just bought a new dishwasher last year instead of calling them. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I made an appointment to have a dishwasher serviced, and a upright freezer. It was going to be a $125. Service charge for the first appliance and $95. For the second appliance. I pulled the trigger because I want them both fixed. Made appointment today for Sept 3rd. I just got a phone call and they cannot fix the freezer because they do not have enough technicians to do a no coolant call. Wth do you think that means. I need both appliances fixed. Am I just stupid, but if a freezer is not cooling, I need it fixed and Mr Appliance fixes appliances...correct????

Excellent service, the communication was amazing, the service was even better! We won’t hesitate to ever use them in the future! 100% best of the best!

The rubber hose/tube that feeds from the soap dispenser to the washer tub was leaking and needed replacement as well as the shocks. John assessed & identified the problem & provided a full quote at the initial visit. The office staff was super friendly & scheduled us as soon as the parts were available. Fortunately the tube was available & installed the following day so we could do laundry right away. The shocks needed to be ordered but it wasn’t too long of a wait. John is a great technician. Super friendly & attentive to the job. He was training a new tech, Rob when the shocks were replaced. They were both great & finished the work quickly without any mess. We’ll definitely contact them if we have future appliance issues.

It is important to know that this business is a franchise and if you have any issue with the work as I did, you are not protected. After paying the $160 charge I was given a full page legal disclaimer saying they are not responsible for the workmanship. In my case the serviceman did not fix the machine. I called immediately and was told it was the answering service and they would call back. After a number of calls I realized it wasnt an answering service i was talking to but the franchise operator agents who of course have already said they are not responsible. . No one from the local office returned my calls. I emailed them and they eventually got back to me and agreed to a partial refund. To date, I ve received only a fraction of their offer. After all this frustration I will be going out to buy a new washer. No I do not recommend them!

Great service. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help resolve my issue dealing with the manufacturer. Would highly recommend.

They are a very busy and I can see why. They came in assessed the issue ordered the part. When the part was in they fixed my dishwasher in less then 10 mins and it works great! I felt the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely call On them again.

Actually came early, discovered problem right away, didnt have part in stock but getting overnight and coming back tomorrow. Veryimpressed with professionalism and customer service. Came back next day, didnt take as long as he thought so he lowered price. Fixed problem wonderfully well, he will be my go-to handyman for any future repairs. Highly recommend!

Our fridge and freezer broke the week before Christmas. We called GE and the earliest they said any service could be provided was end of January.I did my own google search and found Mr. Appliance. They were able to come the same week I called, and they had my part within a few days of that. They had my fridge and freezer working again. They were on time for both appointments.I will definitely be using them again. The best service I’ve had in the valley to date.

They were responsive, prompt, and my dishwasher is as good as new.

UPDATE: because of my misunderstanding I am updating my review.. My negative review was actually meant for GE CUSTOMER SERVICEWith that said, Mr.Appliance who is a GE authorized repair service has done been outstanding in attempting to repair the issues with my GE Dryer. They are working Diligently to get the issues resolved and on track.

We are very pleased with the service we received. Jordan was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. He had our dryer apart in no time, diagnosed the problem, and showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. He actually had the parts on his truck, no waiting for parts to be ordered and a return trip to install. Very happy.

It was extremely easy to make an appointment. John was very polite and fixed the issue within an hour. I will definitely be using Mr. Appliance again if need in the future.

Very experienced and diligent technician fixed the problem in a very timely fashion. He replaced the pump and I was watching him during his work. I admire him for his skills, quick service, and courteous attitude. Overall, the whole job cost me a lot less than I expected.

Excellent service!! Fridge wasnt staying cold, called on a Tuesday, had a rep there the next morning. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the needed part and were back on Monday to install the part. Very friendly reps across the board, will definitely be using in the future.

Mr. Appliance repaired my Bosch dishwasher, which was under warranty, promptly and professionally. The repair was easy to schedule, and the technician arrived on time. Highly recommended.

Technician John was great! Found the problem and worked quickly. Downside was cost of visit and repair. Value for visit and fix seemed disproportionate. Upside is problem fixed.

I have used mr appliance 3 times and the first 2 times they we pretty good. I recently had them in to diagnose a problem with the ice maker in my 13 year old refrigerator. The tech spent about 10 minutes with his flashlight checking the unit. His recommendation was to replace the unit for a cost of $360. We elected to pass on the repair. Total of 20 minutes from arrival to departure. The ice maker remained off for a few days until my wife flipped the unit on. The ice maker dropped ice in approximately 1 hour. It has been making ice on demand since. I called Mr Appliance and spoke with the lady who answers the phone and asked to speak with a tech regarding this issue. She danced around my question briefly and said she would have someone call if they could do anything about it. It’s been 3 weeks.....

I would definitely recommend this appliance service. They are very friendly, prompt and thorough. We had a icemaker replaced which is in an enclosed compartment in the refrigerator. The work space was very tight, but he “ Gotter done” in 35 minutes.

Wonderful customer service from the scheduler to the tech. Very responsive, professional, and did a thorough job explaining the problem to me. The repair they did was at our rental property, and they were very respectful and helpful to our tenants as well and identified a workaround to allow our tenants to use their broken refrigerator while we waited for the new part. We will definitely use them again if needed!

Our dishwasher was unable to have the water work. Turns out we needed a new water pump. Dishwasher working like new.

Mr. Appliance got us in earlier for a repair because they knew the inconvenience a broken dryer was causing. I appreciated the receptionist thinking of us when someone cancelled.

Repairman actually listened to what I had found that did not work prior to his arrival. Parts were ordered and the dishwasher was working correctly on his departure.

We had the repairman come over to take a look at our 3-year old Samsung dryer. I explained to him the situation, symptoms and the HE code that was appearing. He took a picture of our model information, said that he had never heard of this problem before and that he would have to research it. It’s been a week and we haven’t heard from him since. I guess he didn’t want our business!

I have used Mr. Appliance to service a local business that has 12 locations and had really good service from them. So good I have used them for personal issues I have with appliances.
