We had them clean and inspect our existing chimney, and the service was easy and professional. We ended up hiring them to install a fireplace insert, and the process was a breeze. Randy was very helpful in taking his time to show us how to use the unit as well.

Hey guys, this is a GREAT company! The office staff was so pleasant and accommodating when I had to change the date of my appointment, I was curious to see what the servicemen would be like. Well - Randy and AJ arrived on time, they were friendly/professional, they did a great job FAST. These guys provided education on their procedure as well as proper maintenance of our fireplace which I really appreciated. AND - (drumroll please) the cleanup was phenomenal - not a speck of soot anywhere!THANKS for a great experience - well see you again next year!

I Called several other places that were al lot closer that never even return my call! The technicians that came out for the initial inspection and cleaning were professional and courteous! We had A Clean Sweep come out and clean our pellet stove. They came when they said they would and they were very fast and efficient. It can be a messy job, but there was no sign at all when they were done, of what they had done - clean up was amazing. We will use them again!

A Clean Sweep is a top notch company! I had questions about code compliance for installing a Pellet stove. I chased my tail for about a week before calling the dealer of my stove. Apparently they forwarded my questions to A Clean Sweep. A Clean Sweep called me back within an hour and effortlessly answered all the questions that I had, and even asked me questions about my chimney and asked me to take pictures and text them to him for verification. I was texting back and forth with him for the next few days with questions and he never acted irritated or too busy to answer even though I wasnt spending any money with the company. Most places that I talked to wouldnt answer questions if I wasnt purchasing parts from them. I truly appreciate the kindness of service that I received from A Clean Sweep. I highly recommend them!

I recently had a fireplace insert installed in my fireplace which was built in the late 60s. The crew arrived at my house on time and immediately got started with cleaning the old fireplace and chimney, They obviously knew their business and were excellent with keeping all the debris from the cleaning contained making virtually no mess in my house. The company owner and installer arrived with the insert and various other materials for the installation and immediately got to work with preparing for then proceeding with the installation. The installation was completed by 4:00 in the afternoon and the installation was tested and found to be working correctly. Im very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of everyone on the installation team and would recommend them highly for anyone looking to get a fireplace insert installed in their home.

They showed up on time and were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They did a terrific job cleaning my woodstove pipe and checking it for safety. But more than that, when they encountered a problem created by another company that affected the pipe, they fixed it on the spot, even though they didnt have to and it cost them time and effort. I couldnt recommend them more.

I have been in contact with this company for a few weeks to set up plastic around my house while my hardwood floors get finished. A few days before the job was supposed to be completed I got a call from a woman at the company. The number came up on my caller ID as Not Available so my immediate thought was that she was a solicitor. She asked to talk to the wrong person so I explained to her that she had the wrong number. She hung up and called again and when she answered I explained to her that the person she was looking for was not here at the moment. She abruptly hung up the phone and called again, this time fuming. She was screaming at me through the phone threatening to cancel my job because she couldnt talk to the person who scheduled the job. I explained to her the situation, gave the cell phone number of the person she was looking for and politely hung up. She called the correct persons phone this time to talk about the job and immediately started yelling at her saying Do you want this job completed or not? This is the most unprofessional client I have ever had.I have NEVER in my life talked to a customer service representative that was this rude and disrespectful. I was shocked by the attitude the lady had with me and will NEVER use this company again. For those of you who are interested in having this business assist you, consider yourselves warned. All of the negative reviews of this company are true. Talk about being unprofessional. I am absolutely surprised this company is still in business given its horrendous reputation.
