I rarely write reviews on anything. However, if you are a curly haired 4A 4B 4C person... I just want to warn you: This place is not for your hair, if you want to get a good trim in its curly state. I should have ran the other way when the stylist saw my semi-tight curly coils (when stretched theyre only down to my bottom neck) and asked (with a worried look) if my hair will still be curly after she washes it... By the way, she had seen my hair before and assured me that she would be able to trim it.Anyway, it only took her 20 to 30 minutes for the whole process of quickly washing and quickly conditioning and quickly trimming my hair. And during this time, as she roughly raked through a section, The Stylist made comments about how her arms were tired and such from allegedly working on 3 other natural heads this morning. I wanted to cry and run ... but I was a wimp. If you are a curly haired girl, you know that it takes us maybe 20 to 30 minutes if not more to carefully wash and condition our hair in sections and comb it gently. I was worried the whole time especially when a towel was rubbed on my hair (!)... And sections of hair were seemingly randomly chosen (to put it nicely), roughly raked out with a fine-tooth comb (!), and quickly snipped/cut here and there. I regret trusting another stylist with my hair instead of just trimming it myself as I have done in the past.(I was hoping to treat myself to a relaxing Salon visit.) Though the people are nice, I cannot give any stars since this a review about my hair experience....So help me, I will never take my curly-headed hair there again. If you wear your black hair in a flat ironed way or in a relaxed way or in braids, etc. then maybe this place is for you. However, if you wear your black natural hair in a curly state-- and you enjoy taking care of it and you want it to be healthy and to be treated gently and with TLC....-- then please think twice before getting your curly hair done in this establishment. After this very disappointing experience, I ran home, jumped in the shower and conditioned and deep conditioned my hair. Now I will have to fix this so-called trim... Eventually my hair will grow back... :( [ Google is making me give at least one star before I can post... sigh]

Put down. Accused of lying. Not entirely dissatisfied because my hair and I are doing much better now. Its grown back and Im choosing to wear it natural.
