The BEST! Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and intentional. They listened to every thing that I wanted and took great care of me. I’ve been carefully considering engagement ring options for the last 2 months. I’ve gone to 3 different jewelry stores, been referred to diamond wholesalers, looked at COUNTLESS online shops, and had all but made up my mind. Walked into this store one day to kill time before I went to a movie (and, I must admit, to reinforce my belief that I was getting the “best price” by going the online route). I had no intention to make an engagement ring purchase/decision that day, but Alex showed me an offer I genuinely could not refuse. I was blown away. They sized it for me, helped me pick the perfect setting, and worked with me to find a simple payment plan. I’ve heard negative things about jewelry stores my whole life, but Marc Samuels totally proved me wrong. 11/10 recommend.

We can not rave enough about this jeweler. I knew I needed a custom piece done for my engagement ring and was referred to Marc Samuels from my family. I didn’t feel like this store was trying to “sell me” or “take advantage of me”, which is overall something we were experiencing at other places. They really just laid everything out on the table and let me choose exactly how I wanted the ring. The custom piece turned out absolutely stunning and is my dream ring. How they made it even better than what I imagined is beyond me. I really thought this would be a transaction and I’d be done, but can tell that we’ll be back for life for any and all jewelry needs. While the staff was very nice, I still would find another place to purchase from here on out. I’ve owned my ring for 2 months and have had the same diamond fall out twice now. The first time it was replaced but I was told to be more careful. I haven’t done anything except wear it. So now I will have to find a place to pay and have it replaced. It tells me that they didn’t fix it right the first time.

Rizwan at the Grapevine location is AMAZIMG. I came to Dallas on a family vacation a month ago and spotted the perfect wedding enhancer bands for my unusual engagement ring. He was very helpful then but we decided to wait. I tried to find a similar ring I my local stores and online and had no luck. A month later I found out I was coming back to Dallas on business and called the location to verify they still had it. Rizwan placed it on hold for me and honored the price he gave me a month prior. I had the enhancer and my engagement ring sized and fitted to fit together and was able to pick it up before I left town. The setting is beautiful. Wonderful craftsmanship getting the rings to fit flush and align. Its beautiful and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend them!

I love this place! I bought my husband ring from Marc and he was very professional and nice. He let us do a payment plan layaway and we put little down. Ava is also so very nice during this time she made sure we got our ring before our wedding May 8,2020. She even remembered our day and sent us a text of congratulations! When shopping for an engagement ring, I went to Grapevine Mills Mall to another jewelry store. In the other store I had a good experience, however, I wasnt quite feeling it there. I left that store and while walking the mall I spotted Marc Samuels. I thought I would walk in and take a look. I was promptly greeted by Ava. She is a kind and very knowledgeable saleswoman. She took genuine interest in what I was looking for and not trying to push me towards something I wasnt interested in. She took a lot of time to show me all the options in the range of items that I was looking for and asking great questions to help me narrow the choices. I had narrowed down my selection to two choices and noticed that I was close to time to be at another appointment. I apologized for having to leave abruptly and told her that I would see her in a day or two. Upon coming back two days later, I brought my girlfriend with me and didnt tell her where I was taking her. She only found out as we were walking in the store. I told her that I just wanted to look so if and when I was better prepared. Ava was there and promptly brought over what I had looked at 2 days prior. I was quite impressed that she didnt just stick it back in the case, but rather held my choices aside for me to return. She took the time to answer my gfs questions that she initially had while looking over the items in the showcase. After a short while, I asked Ava to bring out my top choice that she had set aside. My gf took one look and the only word she said it couldnt be more perfect. I went back the next day to put down a deposit on the ring until it is time for me to pop the question. I am very happy that I took my gf there to get her feedback and I couldnt be happier that I encountered Ava to help make this process an easy and pleasant one. Never felt rushed to purchase, they were so kind and courteous with helping me each time I came in. They were never annoyed with me for not making a decision right away (came in multiple times throughout the week before purchasing).2. EXCELLENT staff members: Rizwan and Alex were both SPOT ON. We worked mainly with Rizwan, but they were both amazing to work with. Very patient, very kind.3. INCREDIBLE customer service. Seriously. INCREDIBLE. I had a slight problem after I received my ring and Rizwan immediately contacted me (on his own personal time btw) to resolve the issue. The sale was finished, the merchandise was in hand, but they STILL cared about me as a customer and resolved the issue.4. RAISING THE BAR - Rizwan knew I wanted an Asscher diamond, and they did not have one in store, so he found a way to find me one and have it hand couriered to the jewelry store so I could see it. Rizwan also overnighted my ring to me since he knew I was so excited to receive it! They did not have to do that, but they chose to raise the bar!5. HONEST and NEVER felt I was taken advantage of. I wanted something special for my 30th birthday, I know I wanted a Swiss watch but there are just so many brands to choose from. I had initially purchased my wife wedding ring from Marc Samuels few years ago which had taken her breath away. I meet up with Ali the owner he was just amazing to work with, he asked my needs for watch and how I would use it. They had all brands from Gucci to Franck Muller, Ali was really informative about the different models and features, I went from knowing nothing about the watch to being an expert. I model that I ended up getting a Pre-Owned Rolex Submariner Hulk (its all green). This watch is super rare as most watch dealers simply dont have it or have a 6 month wait to get a similar watch. I am super happy with my purchase and will be definitely be doing more business with Mark Samuels. (ps: I am already eyeing a AP Royal Oak)

Multiple terrible experiences. I came here once to get a ring and they were great as can be up until I had a problem and everyone’s attitude and customer service completely changed once they had my money. I had a problem when it came to upgrading a ring I had already bought there. There is no set price limit to how much more you have to spend when upgrading your ring but when I expressed the budget I had in mind of upgrading my ring, they didn’t deem it to be enough and refused to work with me which seemed completely unfair to me. I don’t want to spend $700 more on a ring. Again, there is no limit to how much more you have to spend and I understood I had to pay a difference. But once they realize they wouldn’t be getting $500+ from said upgrade, everyone pretty much refused to help me. “No I don’t have anything for you, you don’t understand how this works.” Literally crossing their arms and telling me I’m not spending enough. Completely inconsiderate and unacceptable. Please don’t get taken advantage of from this store and shop elsewhere. You won’t regret doing so.

My fiancé surprised me with a designer engagement ring setting (it comes with a cubic zirconia center stone). We had to return to the store to get it sized and buy the diamond center stone. I came to the store several times until I made my final decision. All the employees are amazing. We originally chose Marc samuels for our engagement, and wedding rings because they bought old jewelry. We also had a diamond that was my grandmothers that we wanted to put into my engagement ring, and they had settings for that.Im so glad we chose them. They worked with us for half a day while my husband and I were super indecisive. They gave us a way below price for the set and worked with our budget and financials to figure out the best payment plan for us.They also replace any diamond that falls out (except for my grandmothers) they inspect, and clean our rings every 4 months. They are always super kind and NEVER try to oversell us or pressure us when we come in for inspections!

I went here in Jan or feb 2018 and spent about $4000 on a wedding ring. At the time the salesman (who was very good) threw in the grooms ring for free. We said we were trying to lose weight for the wedding in July and he said he would throw in sizing for free If our sizes changed. by the time of the wedding I had lost 30 lbs and the ring was too loose so I wore it at the wedding and maybe 5 other times. In November I went back and the salesman wasn’t there but the manager was. He told me that to size the ring was $200 or $300 which was about the price of the ring. I told him about the earlier agreement and he said the salesman made a mistake telling me that. But here’s where it gets good. The manager told me that they don’t actually size the rings, they get a second ring that is a different size. So he is proposing to sell me a new ring at full price and let him keep the original too! Then he told me that the manufacturer considers the ring used once the tag on the ring is removed. This confused me because there are no tags on the men wedding bands in the cases! In my opinion he was making things up. He eventually said they would take the loss and he would “size” it for free. At this point I passed on his offer as I want nothing to do with these guys. I went around the corner and did my Christmas jewelry shopping at royal jewelry. It’s too bad the manager blew up the relationship that the salesman had created.

Great! Very nice people, give you a lifetime warranty on your jewelry for unlimited cleanings and repairs. Only have two negatives, they really dont call once theyve finished services, but theyre usually done pretty quickly. Lastly, I wish there were more locations so I wouldnt have to drive all the way to Grapevine or Frisco, but Ive yet to be dissatisfied with their service.

Our family has been doing business here for the last 2 years and have nothing to say but positive things. The people you need to see are Alex and Rosie. They are both honest and will find you the best 0% financing if needed. We have bought 3 Rolex watches and my wifes wedding band, earrings here and been real happy. My mom had to get her Rolex serviced and Alex even gave her a loaner Rolex to go to a wedding that was more expensive than the one she has, I mean that is customer service. Rosie will help you get the best terms of financing and anything else you need. This is coming from a family that use to only trust and go to Asian jewelry stores only, so I would highly recommend them.

This guy lies about the actual market value of various automatic watches. I have been going here for a while. It is 2018 now. Amazon sells the exact same product for much less than these guys offer it. The fact is that this type of business model is dying. The business model where you prey on the naivety of customers is quickly coming to an end. Thanks to online retailers who are able to act as a open market where prices can be set, I did NOT get ripped off this time. I walked away from buying a Rolex from these people because they offered it to me for 8300 (Opening offer he made to me was 9000). He said I wouldnt be able to find it for less. I went to another very reputable jeweler in my area and got the exact same watch for 7400. Also, he will try to convince you to trade in old jewelry that youve bought. Dont do it. He will just add it on to the price at the end so you end up just losing it and he gets a free piece of jewelry. If you have a $1000 ring and you want to buy a new $5000 ring, he will give you a credit of $1000 for your trade-in and just charge you $6000 for the new ring. So the credit he gives you is useless. He is able to do this because the prices they have on their price tags are EXTREMELY high. This gives the illusion that you are getting a discount. But youre not. I saw one of the employees try to sell a black painted metal chain to an unsuspecting lady. He told her it was black gold. There is no such thing as black gold (Unless we are talking about crude oil). He tried to sell it to her for $300. It was worth $10 max. The entire business is set up to take advantage of the naivety of good people. Stay away from these people!

After months of looking at setting after setting, diamond after diamond, I walked into the Frisco location and found the one for my upgrade ring. It was fun shopping there, they had entertainment for my daughter who was helping and when it arrived in store the whole family was in and out in less than 30 minutes (including watching it being set). Excited to have such a beautiful piece of jewelery on my finger and glad to have a local jeweler who I can now go to for all my jewelery needs.
