A store manager, Nick, took care of us. He interacted with us very friendly and provided us the best customer service. He is nice, fair, and gives a reasonable price. We intended to only buy a ring, but he gave us a tour of a store, and showed what was best available, ended up buying three pieces. He really is the best. Horrible customer service. I called up there to see if they had a ring that was on their website. My soon to be brother in law is hunting down a specific ring he found online. I legitimately had to argue with the woman on the other end of the line to take the SKU number. She ended up telling me she wouldn’t look for it and my only option was to drive to the store to see if they had it. If you can find it while I’m in a store, why can’t you find it over the phone? Business must be BOOMING to turn away a customer. Wow.
