I have been trying to find the right engagement ring for my partner for a while. I ordered one from another vendor and they messed it up horribly, the colors were wrong. I then ordered from Aydins, and they had a great delivery time and worked with me well. However, when I received the ring, it had the wrong engraving. Thankfully, they were willing to help again and ship the package quickly in time for the proposal. It was an extremely stressful experience, though, just because of what I had been through before. But ... definitely good service and quality. It was just an unfortunate situation.

I paid for rushed shipping, which was supposed to get my ring to me in 1-3 days. It took 7 days to arrive.

He did an amazing job on fingerprint dog tags for my grandmother and subsequently for my grandfather. The dog tags were very special keepsakes for family members and close friends. Went to get a ring, they needed to resize it and when I went to pick it up after they rescheduled twice. They didnt have the ring and told me to find a new one so I asked for a refund and it took them over ten minutes to get it back to me.

Aydins Jewelry: one of the BEST Customer Service experiences that I have had!I am a customer who purchased their wedding band through Etsy & Aydins business partnership a little over a year ago, and they (Aydins) certainly do NOT shy away in their attempt of building grand customer rapport.Due to an incident that I had on my end a few months ago (*wedding band broken/ cracked after a fall on some sturdy concrete flooring), I had to return the band to Aydins in the hopes that I would be able to get it repaired/ replaced with ease. To my greatest surprise, they went above and beyond in being able to retrieve my band, replace it (w/ full customization like the previous one, engraving, sizing, etc.), and send it back ALL within a weeks span (I am located in PA while their store is located in TX). Every bit of service (mostly in their communication) that they provided allowed for me to be reassured that my band was transported safely, engraved w/ the exact same look, and returned promptly without any form of problem in between.The band is back on my hand, safe and sound, all thanks to the work and customer service of Aydins: THANK YOU Aydins Jewelry! :)
