Best jewelers in DFW! Came in a few minutes before close with 2 pieces I needed resized. A watch and a necklace. Thinking I would just drop then off, but both Bob and Nancy immediately got to work and had my items a perfect fit with ten minutes. They were kind and personable and made me feel like my items were the most important in the whole store. Not to mention the cost was much less than I expected! This is the only jeweler I will ever go through. Great experience!!!

BEWARE - the jeweler used is not onsite. The owner openly told me they meet said jeweler in a parking lot. We needed a prong repair and were recommended here, and when I received my ring the prong was fixed beautifully but the engraving inside the band was mysteriously gone with no direct answer as to why or how it could have happened. Wonderful store for purchase of jewelry in house but I would recommend taking your repairs elsewhere where you know where your valuables are being held and taken.

Ive had several items created, repaired & appraised at Main St. Jewelry. Very knowledgeable and friendly jewelers who know their trade & are reasonable too. Right up Main Street from the train station and across & South of Willhoites. Thats if youre willing drive to Grapevine! Id recommend them to anyone.

Such a friendly staff. They repaired my white gold and diamond earings studs, and on top of that provided a new screw on earring back, and rhodium plated them. The studs look brand new! It was my second time repairing jewelry at Main Street jewelry and I will be going back. You can rely on them.

I love Main Street Jewelry! Every time Im nearby I always make sure to stop in. Usually, I b-line it over to their always changing section of estate jewelry, but last time I was there I had Jerry custom make a pendant for me! I love it! It came in on time and exactly as I had envisioned. Love this place and their jewelry! (Nudge nudge to someone in particular if youre reading this - their engagement rings are gorgeous!)

Amazing people and super kind and good service

UPDATED from TWO YEARS ago! I wish I had a more positive updated review to give. 2 years ago I left a negative review after the employees working tossed my jewelry on glass counters and were more interested in telling us how we overpaid and they could’ve sold us jewelry for much cheaper. After I left the bad review they decided to call my husband AT HIS PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT NOT EVEN ON HIS PERSONAL PHONE telling him that I needed to take down my review or they wouldn’t bring their vehicles to have serviced at the location he worked at. Fast forward to TODAY. My husband dropped a necklace to be adjusted and a ring to be polished. The first thing the man says is once again how we overpaid for all the items he gave him and then today when my husband picked up the jewelry they weren’t even able to successfully polish his ring like they said they would. I don’t even know why my husband went back but I can assure we will never return and to the owner don’t waste time trying to call where he used to work, he is no longer employed there.

Great experience here the owner is a great person and I would highly reccomend this store to anyone!

Sorry to say the gentleman that was looking over the jewelry said it was fake without even taking a good look at it. He treated all the jewelry like it was cheap and waste of his time. After 2 weeks I am still waiting for him to send photos of what he thinks I want done with the jewelry from when my mother passed. Dont bother emailing me. His prices are way to expensive for what he had to do. I am supplying all of the stones and gold. Worst jeweler would not recommend using him to even clean my jewelry. The lady was nice and looked at every piece and treated it with respect.

I went here to get a new appraisal for my wedding rings for insurance purposes. The lady said the owner/appraiser wouldnt be there until about 3:30 so I called at 4pm to make sure he was there and she said she had no idea where he was or what time he would be there! Im not sure what kind of business you can run successfully without telling your employees what time youll arriving at work. He finally showed up at 4:30 and he didnt even look at the rings. He only looked at the previous appraisal, looked up a chart on his iPhone, and said whoever did my previous appraisal was on drugs, although he didnt bother to look at the quality of the precision cut diamond. He didnt treat my rings with respect, he was tossing them around on the glass counter. He was very short with me, acting like I was wasting his time even though no one else was in the store. I will never go back here again.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my engagement ring to be resized. I havent once been able to put it on my finger which is very frustrating and the people here dont seem to be in a hurry or care!!! I will never go here again.
