This dentist office has been the best I’ve attended in many years. I can tell the hygienist and dentist really care about my oral wellbeing. They took extra time to explain things to me so I can best care for my oral health. The hospitality of the entire staff is excellent, and I can tell they really care.

I’m giving them the second star because they did a good job with a routine cleaning appointment and were nice, but I did have to get a filling put in and it completely fell apart after only two weeks. I had taken the necessary precautions to maintain it, ate food on the opposite side of my mouth to protect it, and no hard foods. They recommended that next time it fell apart or broke away that I would need to look into getting an implant after this one fell out, but I was expecting it to last at least a year much like my previous fillings from other dental specialists.Once again, if all you need is a routine cleaning then they are solid but I won’t be returning for an implant if they can’t effectively perform a filling. That worries me much more.

We have been coming to The Grapevine Dentist office since 2011 and they have not disappointed. The staff is always friendly. Even through changes they have always kept us informed. They are great at discussing care plans and provide great information when asked.

This place was fantastic. My insurance was ending in about a week due to a job transition and I really needed to get me teeth cleaned and checked out. I’d gone to a different dentist earlier but didn’t feel comfortable moving forward with them and called The Grapevine Dentist. They were able to get me an appointment two days later where I got a clean and a filling done. The other place told me I needed a bunch of fillings but The Grapevine Dentist said I only needed one done, to watch another, and that I didn’t need to get the wisdom teeth done because I was planning to get those pulled. So glad they weren’t just trying to scam me into doing unnecessary work.The place is all very clean, well kept and the entire staff is so sweet. Highly recommend.

I really tried to like this place. The office is nice and appears clean so after the first time I went in a few months ago for myself for just a cleaning, I decided to bring my son in to get his teeth cleaned. The cleaning was fine but there was an loud blonde woman who apparently believe glass doors are sound proof, as she was yelling profanity to whoever was on the other end of the phone while sitting in a room just off the waiting room. Itsis advertised as a family dentist but I wouldnt recommend bringing your children in as the staff doesnt know how to speak in a professional setting. Very upsetting.

This is a great place to have all your dental needs met. I’m normally nervous about going to the dentist but Henry, the hygienist, was super gentle and cleaned my teeth thoroughly. They even had me in and out if the office in a very short amount of time. Thank you Grapevine Dentist.Today I took my kids in for their visit because their regular pediatric dentist didn’t have a convenient appointment and they were great with the kids as well. My children actually said that they look forward to coming back to The Grapevine dentist for their next appoint. I already had a bad experience with this place a year ago but a filling came out and after calling and telling them which tooth etc they said they covered fixing it. I made sure that my appointment was for the consult AND the filling. Get there and though the staff is incredibly friendly and the original dentist I saw no longer works there, I still waited 20 minutes only to have them tell me it wasn’t their filling so it wouldn’t be free and that they also didn’t have time to it today. Ugh what?The reason I stopped going here to begin with is they didn’t have it together enough to call me before the dentist I had prior left and tell me that once he’s gone that my insurance would no longer be accepted. I would have come in sooner while my insurance was still accepted, but they didn’t tell me for 3 months and after confirming my appointment several times and not mentioning it... I found out the day beforehand that it would be out of pocket... so I swapped to a new dentist.Highly recommend Floss and Gloss on Bedford over this unorganized office at Grapevine Dentist. Love their staff and Dr’s.

Assumed because we are in grapevine the service would be better. Highly disappointed in the service, the front desk are nice but doctor choi made me feel very rushed, never addressed me by name. After my procedure i was not monitored to see how my vitals were they just hurried me out and kept hurrying my husband to pick me up after he clearly said he was on the way(mind u we live 5 minutes away). And on top of all that he prescribed me meds not takin into account that i am breastfeeding a newborn. Didnt prescribe me what the assistant said he would which was ibuprofen. I will never be back the way they rushed me, makes me wonder did he rush during my procedure.

I have an appointment in 2 days. I saw them last mid-August. I had xrays, deep cleaning, and all the left side of my mouth handled with cavities and cleaning out old fillings etc. I still had to handle my right side, which they wouldnt do same day, so we booked at the same time as my next cleaning in November (now). This was so much dental work, I got dental insurance that they accepted to have this taken care of. Just got a call that my cleaning and preventative care is still covered, but anything else is now out of network because one of their dentists left and they had to resubmit paperwork etc. Theyve known since AUGUST he was leaving, literally like a week after my appointment. Ive had emails, texts, and phone calls to confirm my appointment for the past week, yet today I get the information that it wont be covered? No thanks. I would have come in and had my right side handled before he left had I been properly informed. Lost me and my husband as patients. While this doesnt speak to the quality of the work done (which was great), by a doctor that is apparently no longer there, it does speak to how much they actual care about keeping their clients and actually caring about their oral health. Of course Im not going to come in and pay out of pocket. Thats insane.

I am usually apprehensive when having dental work performed, but Dr. Alan Williams, assistant Micah, and the staff are excellent and really put my mind at ease throughout my procedure. My treatment options were reviewed with me in a no pressure and professional manner, and I felt very comfortable throughout the process. And best of all, no pain! Do not use this dentist office. I have been a customer since they opened and have absolutely loved them until they recently sold. They are horrible now! I had a crown made prior to the office being sold and it was never cemented in. I was told when it came lose to come back in and they would permanently cement it. When that happened I went in unawares the business had been sold. The née dentist said he wouldnt cement it in and had to make a Jew one. They insulted me by saying they would give me 20% off. I told them I already paid and there are plenty of notes in the system that it had to be cemented. They basically said oh well and have never offered to complete what the office had started. He was rude and I will never go back!

Immensely kind and patient. I was having a lot of anxiety about being there since I havent been to the dentist in awhile. They talked me through everything and eased some of my worries.Update: in 2021, still the best place to get dental cleanings and procedures. Love it here.

No one tried to offer me things I did not need or make me feel guilty for not coming in sooner for the procedures I needed. I really appreciate that. I loved being able to watch Netflix before and during my procedure and I felt very comfortable the entire time I was there. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

If I have to see a dentist.. this is the only place Ill go. They are good at what they do, willing to spend the necessary time with you, and have good customer service. Ive had trouble with a temporary crown, but those things happen. My daughter and I have been going here for years and will continue.

You will not only receive quality dentistry you will quickly discover that you are in the hands of warm caring professionals and that your dental health is their primary concern. I can’t say enough about the entire staff. They always say my name upon entry and keep me updated on schedule. I’ve been coming here about three or four years now and my teeth look amazing. I used to have high anxiety when dealing with my teeth and through this place and staff alone, I remain calm with the explanations of the entire process as they work. They are also very caring for my welfare even when I’m not there or visiting. Might as well call them family. If y’all need a great place for your dental requirements and needs, don’t go anywhere else. This place has the moves. 😎

Had a really great first experience with this office. Jade was amazing in actually helping explain my check up process n hygiene concerns in clear easy terms. I’ve had some issues with other offices and this was definitely a friendly and inviting environment.

Avoid, I went there a year ago for a cleaning, the tech took over 20 x-rays and finally said there wasnt time for a cleaning and I needed a deep cleaning. So, I didnt get the cleaning I came for, but I did receive a cursory exam and a treatment plan for thousands of dollars (including nearly $1,000 for a deep cleaning). I said, Ill call you. Yesterday, I received a call saying I owed them $60 for the dental exam, I asked why should I pay when I came for a cleaning and didnt get one? She replied, in 15 days we will send it to a collection agency.

I am always impressed with how professional and friendly my dentists office is every time that I go in. They know my name when I walk in the door and I always leave feeling comfortable with clean teeth! You guys rock!

The Grapevine Dentist is hands down the best dentist office you can go to. Every single member of their staff is amazing. I was insecure and nervous, but their hygienist, Beverly did an amazing job helping me to relax and feel comfortable. Their office manager, Jazmin is always welcoming, extremely helpful and understanding. Dr. Nunes and his assistant Jessica did amazing work on my teeth and Audrey was phenomenal with my baby girl. Veronica has always been friendly and helpful each and every time we have been to the office and spoken on the phone. I drive from Grand Prairie to Grapevine and will continue to do so because they’re worth it.

I love this place! Teeth doctor Nunez is very skilled yet chill. Aubrey/Audrey? Is very nice and pleasant to talk to. I love that friends is always on the tv, and the fact that I can get some Nitrous Oxide due to my teeth sensitivity makes going to the dentist instead feel like going to the spa! Never anything short of a pleasant experience! Oh, and the mouthwash they make/sell is scrumptious!! :D

I still make the 45 min drive (one way) because of the care the entire team gives me every time. NO one in that facility has a big EGO. I recommend them to everyone I know. I want to start by saying I never leave reviews for places! I seriously love this staff so much! They are a great team. Everyone is so sweet and always has a smile on their face. I always have a great time with Beverly!! We laugh the entire time she really is the BEST! I just love her!! My small children had to come with me to a couple of my appointments and they let my girls choose a movie to watch, gave them a big fuzzy blanket, and pinned my oldest daughter’s hair back because it fell in her eyes. Dr Nuñez will joke with you and just make you feel so at home. I had some cavities that needed to be filled and he got me in that day. I could honestly keep going all day about how much I love these people and this place! Do yourself a favor and start coming to this dentist!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nunez and The Grapevine Dentist for at least 3 years. Before going there I tried another dentist office and I did not feel like they knew what they were doing. The staff at Grapevine speaks to you by name and always has a smile on their face. My past experiences with dentist (s) and their staff has left a bad taste in my mouth so when I first shared a little of what I have been through with them, they reassured me that they would take good care of me and hopefully change the way I feel about going to the dentist. Even though I still get a little anxious when I have an appointment but overall I am very pleased and satisfied with the work that has been done, the environment and staff as well as the the cost of treatment.

What a wonderful place to entrust with my oral care. I had an extremely bad experience recently with a different dentistry organization. A friend recommended The Grapevine Dentist. Upon my arrival, the team put together a plan of action and due to that, my life has been saved. I had an extremely painful abscess tooth. I will not go to a different dentist ever again. I cant recommend them enough! I have lots of dental problems, so Ive been to all kinds of dentists for a long, long time -- this office isnt just the best dental office Ive ever been to, its the best overall medical clinic of any kind. I explained on my first visit that my wisdom teeth were very painful and I had a lot of anxiety about getting them removed, and they really listened -- they agreed without arguing that I would be more comfortable with total anesthesia. They were on hand during my entire recovery, worked me in when I became concerned later, and were incredibly gracious the whole time. Never once did I feel like the staff didnt want to listen to me, or were annoyed when I had questions.Today, I went in for a cleaning and my hands were shaking and I was very nervous; Aubrey, my hygienist, was so open and friendly that all of my fears were eased. I watched TV during my cleaning (great idea, by the way -- Friends is a great way to stay distracted even when youre very scared), she made sure I was comfortable and explained everything that was going on. When the doctor came by to speak to me he listened to everything I had to say and laughed at my dumb jokes (thank you doctor).Theres nothing worse than having a healthcare provider that you feel you cant trust. That will NEVER happen here; if youre scared of the dentists office like I am, look no further. They will listen, they will care, and they wont let you down.Thank you, everyone at The Grapevine Dentist.

Great Dentist, terrific team. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in. The hygienist and assistants make you feel at home which helps when undergoing dental procedures.

Ive always hated going to the dentist, but my experience at The Grapevine Dentist has changed that. Most pleasant teeth cleaning Ive ever had! The staff is really friendly and personable, and really care about your comfort. They also let you watch TV during your visit, which is an extra perk. Ill definitely be going back!
