Dr. Mason and his staff are very attentive to the needs of their clients. I have had 2 same day, permanent, crown replacements. There is no need for additional appointments or to wear a temporary crown. It is a seamless process! Dr Mason and his staff are professional and caring.

Im a new patient and from the moment I called in for an appointment with Becky through my initial exam, X-rays and crown replacement over a two day period, I give Mason Dental a 10 on a five star scale. They have state of the art equipment and I had a crown replaced in 2 hours and 20 minutes. It was fun to see it made in their own milling machine make my new crown. Dr. Mitchell and his tech Sandra were both amazing and worked like seasoned professionals with each other. Absolutely best experience at a dentist Ive ever had. Ive had to get a number of procedures done, and each time they have been nothing but incredibly kind and professional as well as quick! Had root canals completely finished within a couple hours.I also had facial swelling that when they looked at it realized could be dangerous and they drove me to the hospital themselves, got me food, and visited me while I was there. What a great experience! When you walk in to Mason Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, you feel like youre walking into a friends house. It doesnt feel like you are going to the dentist at all! I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist, but all aspects of this dental office are top notch. Beautiful waiting area (with WiFi) that I’ve spent little time in because they always seem to be on schedule. Kind, polite, and smiling staff are always helpful. Totally impressed with Mason Dental. I hadnt had a general cleaning in 3 years. At 50 years old I was told that I had my first cavity. I was actually pretty distraught about the cavity, but the staff and I shared a good laugh. I went back to the dental office a week later to have the cavity filled. What impressed me the most besides the brand new building was the team work of the dental staff. Everyone from the front office, dental techs and Dentist worked together to ensure my procedure was done correctly. I also appreciated the fact that they where talking to me about what and why they where doing certain procedures. I gained a great deal of knowledge from my two visits that will allow me to better take care of my gums and teeth. The cavity procedure was pain free too! Thanks again for a great experience.

The staff at Mason Dentistry is beyond exceptional! They are very personable, care about each individual, and they even call everyone by name. Their customer service skills are beyond any that I have ever seen! I moved to dallas recently with some previous complications to my teeth. (Four previously knocked out teeth that have very short roots, cavities, chips, and sensitivity). I was nervous because the previous dentist didn’t seem to care and was painful at times. But Mason’s staff listened very intently, patiently, asked questions, and had great suggestions. They fixed my teeth and were very careful the whole time. I trust them 100%. I never felt any pain and it has been the most relaxed dentist experience I’ve ever had. They care and that’s what makes them EXCEPTIONAL.

I was in a bind today as one of my veneers had popped off. If you have veneers, you know this isnt pretty. Not having a regular dentist since moving to the area, I frantically googled. I am absolutely blown away by Dr. Mason and his wonderful staff! I’ve always Dreaded Going to the dentist. It’s always painful and I was never able to be fully numbed and would always feel some part of the procedure. I can’t tell you how many different practices I’ve been to and none have even come close to Dr. Mason. The whole thing was easy going and a breeze. I had to get some cavities filled and all the way from the numbing to the end I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. He was able to do what no one has been able to do for me before and let me tell you it’s a great feeling to not dread going to the dentist. I never thought I’d brag about my dentist but Dr. Mason and his staff are the absolute best there is when it comes to dentistry. They all can be trusted and I respect each and every one of them highly. Dr. Mason is an artist when it comes to cosmetics. I had two front teeth that bothered me. He did veneers and they are outstanding.

Just had a broken crown replaced by Dr. Zanka. She is an amazing dentist. I didnt even feel the shot she gave me. Extremely competent and very caring. They produce the crown right there in the office. No need to send it to a lab and no need for a temporary crown. The whole procedure took less than 2 hours. Fit perfectly. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. My hygienist, Dawn is the best. I recommend this Dentistry to any and all, particularly to those who are apprehensive of dental procedures. They are the best. Just wish I had found them earlier.

I have been going to Dr Masons office for 10plus years and Dawn does a great job cleaning my teeth. I think Dr. Mason is honest and does a good job of explaining what is going so that I understand.

I have been going to Mason Dental the last 3 years. Laura, one my dental care providers, is a big reason for that. She is always so friendly and has the best bedside manner. I highly recommend her!

I had an amazing experience! The whole office staff was so sweet and accommodating. I did not feel rush and my dental hygenist Laurie was just FABULOUS. I will be having a procedure done next month though I am a little nervous I know I will be in great hands. :)

I never liked going to the dentist because I have an irrational fear of them. All I can say about Mason Dental is that they have removed that fear for me! The entire staff is amazing and do their job great! Couldnt be happier and will be returning to them WITHOUT fear!

Went here for a crown because they were 400 dollars cheaper than my previous dentist and they do same day crowns. The facility was nice and the gals at the front desk were super sweet. I also love the prayer request basket. Dr. Mason is kind and gentle. The procedure itself went along without incident. But, for several weeks afterwards, I experienced sensitivity on the newly crowned tooth. So, I went back to Dr. Mason for what they refer to as “bite adjustments” where they file down the crown and the surrounding teeth. They also prescribed a high dose steroid. But, after this and a few more “bite adjustments” the sensitivity persisted. I decided NOT to go back for any more bite adjustments simply because they weren’t really helping and the sensitivity wasn’t really painful, just more of a nuisance. But, then a couple months later, at the end of September, Mason Dental sent me a letter saying that I had $300+ of unused insurance benefits. So, knowing that I had a cavity, I made an appointment with them to get a filling and to take another look at the crown since I was going to be there anyway However, in a phone call with my insurance company a few minutes prior to the appointment, I discovered that I had zero dental benefits remaining. UGH. To their credit, Dr. Mason’s office was very apologetic about the mistake, and insisted that I should at least have the doctor look at the crown since I was there. So, I did. Big mistake. Dr Mason insisted on his usual “solution” to file down my natural teeth. Within hours of leaving his office, my jaw became tight, my neck sore and filled with knots, and my jaw started clicking (for the first time in my life). I was panicked. I hadn’t experienced TMJ issues for nearly 15 years and never the jaw clicking. I called his office complaining that he had changed my bite. But, after thinking about it, I am not so sure if it was his “bite adjustment” or his highly incompetent (and obviously new) hygienist that caused the issue. It was actually horrifying. When she was preparing me for the x-ray, she came up from behind me and shoved this apparatus into my mouth. It happened so fast (without warning- no words, she didn’t talk at all) but the device was tilted vertically and got locked onto my lower tooth and my upper gum, wedging my mouth open in an awkwardly painful position ( I have a very small mouth). Despite my cries of “out!” “out!” she just continued to push it further, to where it was stuck, and she couldn’t get it to turn vertically into position. I quickly got my arms out from underneath the heavy x-ray apron and started trying to remove it myself. Finally, we dislodged the device and I was nearly in tears from the pain. She angrily huffed off without any words of apology or concern and returned with a smaller apparatus. This whole situation probably lasted a minute but felt like an eternity. It was like nothing I had ever experienced in a dentist’s office. In fact, as I write this, I am becoming even more irritated and appalled. I think that I actually blocked this out because it was so traumatic, or so bizarre that I couldn’t even believe it actually happened. I have been to a lot of dentists over my 50 years, and have had many x-rays, but never once, have I ever experienced anything quite like this. In fact, I didn’t even think it was possible to encounter pain during an x-ray prep., except maybe with a mammogram.+

I hate going to the dentist but love going to this dentist. The dentist and staff is so friendly and caring. My family has been going here for many years and will not go anywhere else.

I was reluctant to have any dental work done because my experiences with dentists isnt the most positive. Dr Mo and staff changed that. They have been very understanding, helpful and always answer any questions I might have. I never feel like they are rushing me out to get to then next patient. After my root canals Dr Mo has called me to make sure I am ok...no other dentist has done that for me. Sarah (Dr Mos assistant) has been awesome. She has checked on me as well and is always so nice and considerate. I highly recommend this office for any dental work you need. Christine at the font desk is always so friendly . I cant say enough good things about these people. They really seem to care about their patients.

I have been going to Dr. Zanca for several years, and she is the best dentist that Ive ever had. She makes sure that I have a pain-free experience and does a great job of communicating with me about my dental issues. They are super friendly there and always go out of their way for good customer service.

Ive been going to Dr. Mason for just over a year and I have found my dentist for life! I went today to get two crowns and a filling. Although a long process.... I never once felt uncomfortable or like I was keeping anyone from something else (the warm snuggly blanket helped).Everything is so high tech and its fun to watch your actual crown being molded and know that through the perfectionism of Dr. & team - you will walk out with an exact fit. Every step in the process is explained and everyone involved is up to date on your case and they make it so easy.Dr. Mason and his entire staff treat you like family and they are just amazing. I actually love going to my dentist! 💕

Everyone is always so pleasant and friendly at this office! And if you are in pain, these doctors are definitely who you want to go see for relief! I have unfortunately been to a few dentists in my lifetime and these guys are top notch. Thank you Dr. Mo and Dr. Mason for all you do and for having the BEST staff!!!
