Lived there 201904 to 202010, its good experience living in apt#2306, appliance and countertop and bath are decent, quiet refrige&neighbor&AC, close free parking. Only concern come from morning bird singing in spring.If you ask me will i choose to live there again when needed, my answer is yes.Im writing this review cause I found it so hard to find a valuable apt in San Diego, feel perhaps that I had a good stay in Grape.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this place. Its in an amazing location, right next to the Grapevine Mills Mall, and it is absolutely beautiful. They are very responsive via email, and when I went in with my husband, a very pretty blonde woman gave us a tour. The pool was beautiful, and the apartments were so cute. Everyone on the front office was so welcoming, but the girl who gave us a tour was fantastic. I cant remember her name, Tina maybe? She was lovely. I cant wait to move in!

Beautiful apartments. Lovely amenities. The coffee machine is not always working 100%, but they have a good selection of teas and little sweets beside it.Maintenance is timely and well done.👎the call machine to get in the gate has terrible sound and it is impossible to understand what is being said on the other side of the line. Needs to be changed out/upgraded.

Staff is always responsive and kind. Apartments are spacious and have great amenities. Super Pet friendly and always nice to see people walking their dogs. Great parking for residents and plenty for visitors as well.

I lived in Terrawood Apartments for a year; it is located in good place, and is just in walking range of Grapevine Mall, and just 6 miles from the DFW International Airport. Overall, my experience is above the average; few cases would be mentioned about the place: sometime, they are slow to clean the inside the hall, but it is not so much shabby when somebody comes and cleans all. The amenities are great and pool is not saltwater as some would claim. It is clean all the times. About dogs, some residents fail to collect after their dogs do the thing. Parking space is ample and many spaces are unoccupied. The staff has been quick in addressing reported problems, and for me, it has been within a day or two that they come and fix the problems. I would recommend anybody to come and rent here.

As a single female I would not live here, it is unsafe. I lived here for about a year where my neighbors were held up at gunpoint at their front door and many cars were also broken into. The pool is not salt water like many people reviewed it is. They stopped cleaning the halls where cat litter and trash stayed for months, the recycling is always full with mattresses, old furniture, and junk that never get picked up. They hire cheap painters and cleaners so when you move into your new place it looks like no one cleaned it for years. The washer and dryers are super dirty when you move in and destroyed a lot of my clothes. The management is rude and unprofessional. They also are trying to claim people moved out due to covid even though their lease is up, when being confronted about it they ignore your questions and say, Just sign it!I would hope if you are reading this to consider other apartment complexesPhotos are of the ceilings in the hall that stayed like that for 3 months, poop in the hallway, cat litter that was there for 5 months, and the recycle area which is right next to an apartment

Occasion: my wife and I were looking for an apartment to rent as we were new into the dfw area.Pros: great decor. Great staff. Great location. Brilliant complex.Cons: dates and availability is difficult at times. Apartments not as spacious as other complexes in the area. Other complexes were more modern.Bottom line: great location, great complex. Unfortunately our move in dates didn’t match as we needed to move in immediately at the time and we couldn’t live out of a suitcase / hotel for a month. But we will move to this complex if we haven’t settled down for a home as the community rocked!

I am having the worst experience ever. I literally have been reaching out to the leasing to come fix my stove!!! I have no air conditioning and my stove is at working! It’s been 2 weeks and they don’t care! Don’t move here! I have a lot of neighbors having issues and it is not fair for all of us. I will cal the city and report them because they are amazing to charge for rent but not take care of the tenants.I expected more from them since they acted al friendly when I signed the papers to move in. I only lived here for a MONTH!!! This month is my second month! RIDICULOUS

I went in to the office wanting to get a little information about the property as I am looking to move soon, I waited for 15 min for anyone to acknowledge me, The only person that was there was the assistant manger Jillian Patterson she seemed very uninterested in talking to me about their availability. As I sat at her desk asking her questions she ignored me while highlighting a site map for me...then gave me a little folder of random floorplans and her card, not even the floor plan I had asked about that I saw on there website and no rent prices, also refused to tour me do to the rain... it was not raining. If this is how they treat POTENTIAL residents, I will not be renting here due to lack of customer service!

Front office staff is incredible 10/10 recommend these apartments !!

We moved in September 1 and I can say the process was super simple and easy. The staff addressed our concerns with ease.The only concern they could not effectively address is that the previous tenant had an animal (cat or dog) in their apartment which the cleaning service seemed to not remove all of the pet hair. We have a 1 year old daughter and did not want her around the unknown hair whatsoever. The office had the cleaning crew come out and do another extensive cleaning of our unit, yet there were still spots (near the oven,under the sink cabinet, some window sills)where the hair still lingered. At this point it seemed there was nothing management could do so we would take care of it ourselves and note it down as usual. Overall, I feel management did their part, but the cleaning vendor needs a tune-up.Maintenance is great and handles all issues promptly and the staff is great and (from my interactions with them) always professional. The amenities are a sight to be seen as well.

Best apartment community in Grapevine!! Amber goes above and beyond to take care of anything that I need and she always delivers the best customer service. I love my apartment, its so spacious and has really nice finishes. The trail behind the community and the pool are two of my favorite features that Terrawood offers. No need to look elsewhere, you wont be disappointed!

It is rare when residents can post a positive review about an apartment community. Ive lived here since 2018 and my experience has been wonderful. The location is safe, quiet, clean and central to lots of shops, restaurants and other entertainment. I am really happy with the layout of my unit and I especially love the wood floors and spacious closets. These apartments have a very homey feel which makes them nice to retreat to after a hard day at the office.The community is well kept by the maintenance team and landscapers. My dog frequents the dog park onsite and enjoys all of the grassy areas he has access to. There are several dog waste stations located throughout the property, which I greatly appreciate as a pet owner. Theres also a scenic walking trail close to the property which is a nice escape if you enjoy the outdoors.The amenities are wonderful. Theres a fun little splash pad area for kids and pets to run through and escape the Texas heat. The pool area is beautiful and has plenty of covered seating areas and sun loungers to tan. We also frequent the grill area to make dinner, hangout, watch TV and enjoy being outside when the weather is nice. Plenty of space to entertain friends and family if you like to host! The gym is small, but has all the essentials and is always kept very clean.Amber, Jillian and their leasing team are top-notch and genuinely care about the residents and meeting their needs. Its the small things I appreciate most about them, like how they remember me and my pets name and take the time to ask how were doing. Prior to the pandemic, they would often stand by the front gates and hand out breakfast bags containing hot items from Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, etc. with a handwritten appreciation note to residents as they headed off to work - sometimes in the FREEZING cold! I even noticed their team helping an elderly couple carry groceries to their front door once. They are professional, relational and extremely hospitable!No property is perfect - the occasional maintenance need or noisy night can occur, but in my experience, the staff always addresses these issues fairly and promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend Terrawood if youre looking for a home in the DFW area. You wont regret it!

Real good apartments

If I could give no stars, I would.I currently live at Terrawood in Grapevine, Texas. Ive only been here since September 19th (so just over 2 months) and I absolutely HATE IT! I had to choose an apartment quickly (BIG MISTAKE) due to circumstances that required me to move so this unfortunate situation was mostly because of a small window of opportunity I had to work with at the time. Lesson learned though...I will plan better next year and do my research.The day my lease started I came by to look at the apartment since I hadnt had the opportunity to do so with the pandemic going on and other issues associated with it. The company that is contracted to do their make ready services did a horrible job. I was appalled at the number of issues that were present upon move-in and still to this day, have not been addressed! I turned in a very detailed/thorough move-in inventory on 9/22 (three days after moving in which was okayed by the agent that assisted me with my lease. I took LOTS and LOTS of pictures/videos to document the issues and made copies of the inventory after i completed it. I physically handed it to a lady working in the office that day. She said theyd contact me but as of today, nothing has been done. Ive made numerous attempts at contacting the leasing office here...at least 4 emails I believe to the Terrawood staff alone. Thats not counting the communication Ive attempted with Carter-Haston. No one has responded at all.The following issues were present on the day of move-in and some still exist:Dust on the shelving in my closet from the previous tenant, detergent/fabric softener build-up in the washing machine, dirt/dust/trash all under the washing machine, lint in the dryer from the previous tenant, very poor plumbing/drainage, FILTHY air ducts/vents (had to clean them myself), the entire apartment WREAKED of cigarette smoke, missing cover on the air filter, grease build-up on the cabinetry hardware, rotten cords on the blinds, windows are almost impossible to lift because the window panes are in bad need of maintenance, black mold ALL AROUND the inner ring of the toilet bowl (where the water pours back into the bowl)..this one I didnt see until a couple of weeks after I moved in. I didnt think to look for something like but now that Ive witnessed the detestable quality of this place and the people that work here, Im not surprised.

SUPER CLEAN ENVIRONMENT AND FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE!I have lived there for almost 2 years and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. Seeing as though we are in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic, I have been even more impressed with concerns about financial issues and MOST IMPORTANTLY: I am a severe asthmatic and they went out of the way to change my air filter and cut my AC back on 24 hours in advance before I returned from being quarantined out of town with my family for 6 weeks!!!!! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!I have read the other reviews and have been shocked and disappointed at how severely critical people can be. Sure, its pricey but so is every other complex right around there! It is more than worth it to me for the convenient location, small and cozy gated community. I have always felt very safe and well respected. I am not going to knit-pick about small nuances that every other apartment complex I have ever lived in also has because the BENEFITS FAR OUTWEIGH anything negative that I have yet encountered.

We enjoyed our time living at Terrawood! There were some issues with appliances but maintenance is always very friendly and helpful. The shining star here is Amber! She went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful. She deserves any promotion and good thing coming her way :) I should mention that the whole staff is excellent. We will miss their smiling, friendly faces for sure! The location is great too, right next to all the major highways, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Absolutely horrible. Please, for the love of God, do NOT come here. Management changed and they are absolutely disgusting with how they treat their residents - especially during this COVID19 crisis. No mercy for the residents at all. I was yelled at and reprimanded by the maintenance staff. When I asked to speak with Jake, the Terrawood Community Manager, they responded with he does not want to speak with you. This Apartment complex does not treat their residents with respect and dismisses all concerns to better the health and safety of the community. Do NOT come here.

Very glad we chose to call Terrawood home. The apartments are very clean and pool area is beautiful! Maintenance has gone out of their way to work with us and the office staff made our move in process so easy! We were a little hesitant to be on the ground floor but have heard nothing from our upstairs or next door neighbors. The quality put into these apartments is evident and we love it here!

Terrawood was my residence from 2013-2017. Overall, I had a great experience with the apartment community. Yes- I had a couple of issues with loud, disrepectful residents- but I think that is the norm when you live in an apartment. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I had a great rapport with front office staff- they worked hard to get to know me and recognize me throughout the premises. And the sparking clean pool was the best around!

I am here to say this property and their staff are exceptional and have made my sisters move so easy and have accommodated her crisis that had come up twice before even moving in. Weve never experienced such positive and caring staff as this and it goes well with their beautiful property! I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone you cant go wrong with them, my sister is ready to enjoy this community to the fullest and appreciates the staff for everything more then they will ever know, very blessed!!!

I love it here. Everyone is great. The office team are always helpful and friendly. My dog loves it here too. I feel very safe here and really appreciate the office team hiring additional security to keep us all safe. Big shout out to the maintenance guys too. They are so helpful and friendly and do an awesome job.

Great looking place but REALLY noisy. Planes constantly flying overhead, highway noise, barking dogs, neighbors stomping. Avoid living near pool unless you want to be tortured by music like Noriega. Matter of fact avoid this place altogether and save your sanity. Not worth the premium

I absolutely love Terrawood apartments. My wife and I moved into the apartment complex 2 years ago and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff has always been very communicative and courteous. The maintenance team always goes above and beyond for their residents. Carter Haston has been such a great management company and Terrawood overall is a great place to live!

Living in an apartment is never a 5-star experience when you have a budget. Personally, I think this place does a pretty good job. I lived here for 3 years and it was decent overall. The gym got a boost right before I left and its actually useable for a basic workout. If you put some work into the apartments, they can look pretty homey. I think living on the top floor is the best way to go. I lived on the first floor and could hear literally ever footstep above me, so keep that in mind. The stairs are totally worth the sound reduction. The trash always seemed to pile up outside the confines of the dumpster and the people that picked it up we obnoxious, loud and there from around 10-11PM most nights.The recent rent hikes here have priced this place out of the cost/benefit analysis for me though. When I moved in, an A2 was $1150. They most recently tried to renew me at $1450. Rents in DFW have not gone up 25% in 3 years. In fact, they are stable, so I found it odd. If the place is leased at 95% though, good for you guys! You are better off (if you are young and without a ton of stuff) to go to the new buildings opening in DFW to take advantage of 1-2 months of free rent and then move every year because you will get a much nicer apartment for the same pro rata annual cost.Make sure you see your actual unit before signing. When I moved in, I chose a unit that wreaked of smoke (cigarettes) and I had to fumigate the place innumerable times before switching to a different unit. If it smells like smoke, it will always smell like smoke. My clothes and everything I owned smelled like smoke for months after moving units. I had to pay $300 to switch units unfortunately.Amber is the only person that I have interacted with recently and she is very competent at her job.I lived there 3 years and never had a problem with security.

My husband and I have been here for about 8 months now and we have LOVED every second. The apartments are beautiful. The patio area/pool are is so relaxing and always clean. Staff knows me by name. Repairs are fixed very quickly. This is our very first apartment together and we couldnt be happier! The location is PERFECT! Right in the center of the DFW complex and right next to an awesome mall!

I have been living at Terrawood for almost 2 years now and can positively this is the best apartment I have lived in. Grapevine is such a great place to live convenient to most everything in DFW and the community itself is not too big and super-nice. Parks and trails are really close. The staff here are all friendly, professional and really easy to work with. All my service requests have been handled immediately and I always have a notice on what was done.In addition, they are always upgrading and updating with a really nice pavilion/kitchen and fire put just recently completed. The TV is awesome! I really enjoy the salt water pool which is so much better than the standard chlorine. Now that I have been able to use salt water, I dont want to go back. My unit being right above the fountain in the courtyard is so nice with the doors/windows open.I moved to Terrawood after being a homeowner in Grapevine for over 10 years and can say this property is maintained as I would keep it. Best part is I dont have to pay the high dollar repair bills which come with anything you own as we all know.I have read other reviews here and cant see anything even close to the gripes posted. I can only say come by and see it for yourself. I think youll like it.

I am in love with these apartments and the area. I am moving from Houston and was clueless where to live with my family. Shelbie was very helpful and made my experience the best I could ever ask for! Great area, friendly staff, and the pool is salt water! How amazing is that?! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

After the construction was gone, I really like living here at Terrawood. Its a modern style apartments with no drama. The fire station next door doesnt really bother me at all. People are very nice and friendly. I cannot really complain except some of the light bulbs went out too quickly!!

I cant say enough about how impressed I am with the quality of the complex and more importantly the quality of the staff. As a parent moving his son halfway across the country the one thing I could count on during the process was a friendly, caring voice on the other end of the phone as we worked together to get him settled. When we were searching the area for apartments there were dozens to choose from. I am thankful we picked Terrawood and I encourage everyone to look no further and visit the leasing office!

Terrawood Apartments has been a great place to live thus far. My wife and I moved down to Dallas from another state and originally were going to be staying at another complex. Well, long story short, we didnt go with that other complex and were left scrambling to find a new place overnight. Christina was super helpful and helped get us into a new apartment in one day. She was awesome and super friendly. We love the grounds, pool, BBQs (there are 4), and gym. Its gated, so we feel super safe and dont have to worry about our cars at night. You cant beat the location either. Both my wife and I work downtown and being right next to the freeway saves us a ton of time. All in all, we have no complaints and love it here.

Beautiful apartment complex!Its nicely tucked behind the corner gas station and Starbucks and a very quick drive to a great nail salon and the outlet mall.They have 2 guest parking spots and its gated. Plenty of parking and covered and garage parking. While I just use the free parking, Ive never had to park far from my apt entrance. Very nice apartment layout. I love the double french doors to the closet and the small details like granite for kitchen and bathroom. THE BEST part is the outdoor courtyard. I love the gas grills (2) super nice ones with cushiony seating and a bar and a flat screen. The water fountain is beautiful to listen to when I go to sleep. Super nice staff and they had a delicious cappuccino coffee maker at the front office. Good gym, it can get busy after work but we make it work.The hang out next to the front office is gorgeously designed. With apple computers...and a conference room. I need to come here more often to read. And the pool is very nice with the specialty chairs inside the water.

I have been living here almost 2 years and cannot say enough how much I love it here. The office staff and maintenance really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and happy here. Plus all the great events they plan is such an wonderful way to meet your neighbors. All the recent upgrades to the Apartments and the Courtyard area are beautiful and everyone is really enjoying them.

These apartments are absolutely fantastic. My spouse and I only ended up leaving to pursue an out-of-state job opportunity. The buildings are still very new, and beautifully maintained. I loved every aspect about the kitchen, from the recent appliances to the granite countertops. The living space even in our one bedroom apartment was generous and open, even with guests over everyone had plenty of space. I also adored the large oval tub in the bathroom, perfect for soaking in at the end of a long day. The grounds are always well-kept and just beautiful. The amenities are unbeatable, I myself spent a lot of time in the gym and the saltwater pool. I could not have asked for better staff, both office and maintenance. Any issues (and they were exceedingly rare) were taken care of promptly. Even the location right by the Grapevine Mills Mall was incredibly convenient, and will be even more so once the road construction in the area is completed. They do an excellent job establishing a sense of community with plenty of events to meet your neighbors, but at the end of the day you can go back to your nice, quiet, apartment. Never had any problem with noisy neighbors (though we did have a corner unit on the top floor, so I can’t speak for lower floor or more central units). All in all it’s a wonderful community, and any complaints are so trivial that they aren’t even worth mentioning- I would recommend Terrawood highly to anyone.

The office staff is completely clueless and every decision has to go through the property manager, Jake who is never even in the office. Every time I call they say he is out and that he will call me back (which he never does). I even went there in person and guess what, he wasn’t there either and I had to leave a sticky note like a child. Plenty of other options in the area that will treat you better and are the same price.

Our lease said there was a pet deposit and when we went to move out the management refused to honor what was in the written lease. They wanted their ledger to control rather than the legal document. We paid lots of fees to move in and we were told there was a pet deposit to move in then they refused to give the deposit back upon move out.Also our microwave stopped working and it took way too long to get a new one.They say below that they went over the lease, but basically they told me the lease must be wrong (even through it clearly shows a pet deposit listed). Management said I needed to rely on their own ledger rather than the legal document. Be careful signing a lease with them. At the end they will tell you that the lease is incorrect and leave you with no recourse because they will threaten to take you to collections if you dont pay them what they think they are owed.

Great staff that are all friendly and very accommodating! I moved here from VA and really have loved staying here, Im just moving to a different area now in Texas. I really have enjoyed the outdoor facilities here; Great for grilling, pool and pets. The apartments are also very spacious!

I am a contractor that has performed several projects at the Terrawood property over the past couple of years. The management staff and Maintenace crew are exceptional and easy to work with. The property is gorgeous and I love the new amenity area! The girls in the office are polite and professional as well. 5 Stars!

When we moved here we had so many different options for apartments. We decided to settle down here because of 1. The staff team especially Chelsea, does one amazing job at everything. So friendly, accurate and informational. 2. The location - the place is just amazing. Great interior, club house and salt water pool. 3. Cost - this place came in at our budget which is one great benefit. We highly recommend this apartment complex, its definitely worth checking out. PS. Lots of new upgrades and renos happening!

I just managed to move out last month... Though my stay was not too bad for 2 years here, the staff became very irritated after you told them you would terminate the contract and tried to charge you as much as they could... Plus, 90% light bulbs went out in about 5 months after I moved in and out again after several replacements...

I moved from out of town to Texas I found an apartment at Terrawood apartment I beginning to sign the papers to move in the next day when I moved in I realize that I was put in a handicap apartment that was not the original apartment I sighing for and when I ask Jay about it he said that I would have to pay a different price for the apartment that I had Originally signed for.so i feel like they steering me and discriminated against me .its was two young ladys that was working at the front desk and we became friends and we went out one night they was showing me some places to go to when Im not working but amber found out that we went out and she told them that they cant hang out with me which I didnt see the problem because amber was hanging out with people that stay in the apartment complex so she the told the ladies if they talk to me that they was going to be fired and I call John whos is the complex manager over Jay and amber and I told him that amber doesnt want me to talk to the ladies at the front desk and ask who told me that and I said Christian the next day she was fired so I move out this year and went to the office to turn in my keys and I ask shelby do I owe them anything and she said no so ask are you sure she said let me check with and she came back and said no I said ok it was not 30 day and she gave my information to a collector they contacted me and said I owe terrawood and I said no they told me I didnt owe anything so I call to talk to amber and I ask why do I owe you guy she oh no you just owe $ 142 I said you told me that I didnt owe anything so she made and hung up on me .so I retain a lawyer and I have as case because I have the original papers that I have signed

They couldnt even be bothered to get back to me about scheduling a visit even though they initiated contact based on an internet search I did. If Ive learned anything about apartments its that the quality of life depends heavily on the quality of office employees and this seems like a place to avoid.

Beautiful complex. I toured here and was extremely pleased with how nice the staff was. I decided to rent at a sister property as it was closer to my place of work.

Im not a resident however I visit often. My girlfriend PAYS for a covered spot and someone is always parked in it. Shes addressed the issue with management SEVERAL times yet it still continues to happen. They dont care who parks where regardless if someone is paying for the covered spots. Anytime we go out and come back late someone is parked in the spot. What is the point in paying for a spot you cant even park in!? For the amount of RENT thats being paid, this should not be happening ALL THE TIME. Something needs to be done especially since they dont have a tow service otherwise that would be my solution to these problems. Its frustrating for a non-resident so I can only imagine being a resident.

My husband and I just moved in last week, and were loving it here! We never hear our neighbors (we have people above and below us), maintenance is very prompt, I love having a washer and dryer come with the apartment and the open floor plan has made entertaining easier. Since I work at an ER, my schedule is all over the place, so having a gym on site that is 24 hrs is pretty cool. And if you travel a lot, being right off the highway makes it super easy to get to any part of the metroplex quickly or if you fly, youre right next to the airport. We can also pay our rent and put in work orders online, which is something we didnt have at our previous complex, so its much appreciated. We did a lot of research before making our move and I know we made the best choice. I highly recommend Terrawood!

I would give no star if applicable. Jake in the leasing office is a habitual liar who will verbally make a promise than lie and say do you have it writing. Jake is a complete disgrace to the Terrawoods. He has no experience neither does he have any understanding about customer service. Don’t trust them at Terrawood especially the management company Carter Haston. Very bad company. Never apply or rent at this place because the staff does not know what telling the truth or being honest means. It’s funny to see where Jake deletes the bad reviews and post his web of lies in place of truth. Oh and they don’t even answer the phone. Bad bad bad bad leasing staff.

PROSLocation - Great central location that puts you in between Dallas and Ft. Worth and minutes away from Grapevine Mills, DFW Airport, and various places to eat out.Interior - Fairly modern design and layout (built in 2011)Landscaping - Crew does a great job maintaining the propertyPool - Cleaned almost every day and rarely has anyone swimming surprisingly.CONSLocation - Airplane noise from the DFW airport (4th busiest in US) is a big problem here and I’m surprised it was not mentioned in any of the other reviews. Unfortunately, this apartment complex lies just north of the airport in the center of the north-south runways which means you will hear plenty of air traffic every day. It is particularly bad on days when the wind is coming from the north (about half the days each month) because the planes will take off directly overhead which is considerably louder than planes preparing to land.Apartment Structure - If you have an upstairs neighbor, prepare to hear all of their footsteps which are amplified by the wood flooring as well as all the creaks and thumps that come along with it. I watched lighting fixtures sway and cracks slowly form between the ceiling and wall from normal walking. I was unfortunate enough to live beneath a very heavy walker though and could not imagine how much worse it would have been had there been an active dog or entire family up there. You will also hear their water pipes making ‘knocking’ and ‘tapping’ noises every time water is used. Lastly, the windows here do a poor job blocking out noise and an even poorer job of insulating leading to higher energy costs.Pool Music - If you rent a unit overlooking the pool, prepare to hear loud music playing continuously from 8AM to 6PM. I’m not sure if management is turning it on to entice potential tenants or maybe cover the airplane noise mentioned above. However, it really is a nuisance when it is on and no one is at the pool. It should be turned down or turned off as mentioned in another review here. The sound of the fountains is much more relaxing!Internet - Frontier is the only internet service provider here and can be quite the headache customer service wise.

I agree with an earlier statement....loved the apartments themselves and the staff...but, the lightbulbs go out crazy fast (like 1-2 months fast) and the office charges you to fix them. My only other complaint would be that I would have loved to stay longer, but after my year was up, they sent me the would love to have you again renewal rate which was an increase from the already high rent cost. Oh...and FiOs is basically the only TV option (unless youre facing South for satellite) and they suck.

Live in the apartments next door. This complex has recently hired a security company to patrol the parking lot. They drive around all hours of the night with bright caution yellow lights flashing. Spoke with the office people and they didnt seem to care about waking people up.

Moving from out of town, Christina was the most helpful in making this process a painless experience. Looking Forward to Living here and Calling this place home.

It is a beautiful property and the office staff is awesome! I would recommend these homes to my friends and family!

Every morning I hear the same muffled music being played outside near the pool. Its really annoying and we have asked the office multiple times to turn it down, its not even swimming season for crying out loud!Stop with the loud, obnoxious pop music. This is our home not a resort!

Update: Prices have jumped $300+ per month. When I moved out, they nickel and dimed me on everything. They charged me $7 per lightbulb ($35 for 7). Almost every bulb went out after about 4 months of moving in. They also charged me $55 to vacuum the carpets. I had left those carpets and everything else in the apartment spotless before I left. Total bill after move out was about $212. Beautiful place, but they will nickel and dime you in the end.Ive been living here for about 6 months now. Theyve got some nice outdoor bbq pits and a very nice pool. I use the small gym all the time. The courtyard is well kept and they very often have free food for the tenants on weekends.

Took a “tour” yesterday, which consisted of rude staff and very little information. We were basically rushed in and out of the model unit and she pointed to the fitness and amenity areas, and acted annoyed when I asked for more info. The whole experience lasted around 8 minutes. Expected more from a Greystar property and its staff.

Im starting off with a terrible first impression... after battling traffic to stop by after work I find the office hours are different than the hours posted online. Its been great having my time wasted after a long day at work.

Pretty nice community except for the large mounds of dog feces that is left all over the place by tenants who refuse to pick up after their dogs.

Love that place so nice so good so fancy and safe
