The area and community is great ! They are Dog friendly too! this place is very neat and clean .The people that work there are very Kind and very friendly .They are helpful in every aspect . Plus is close to the mall!

My best friend lives at this community and my car recently died overnight when visiting however the office staff and maintenance staff were amazing at helping me get home. Zana and Ben even personally helped me jump my car because I am clueless when it comes to vehicles. Thank you all for your help! I just moved into the Bexley Grapevine… I love the property and the office staff has been great!! That being said I had a couple issues and Ben the maintenance guy rocks! He fix my couple issues within the day of me reporting it and my dog The Bo likes him which says a lot! Thanks Bexley y’all are great!!

Lived here for 15 months and loved it! Great community and by far the nicest apartment weve lived in. Sometimes the grounds arent perfectly maintained but nothing worth a bad review. The pool and amenities cant be beat. Would have happily stayed longer had we not purchased a home.

I live here and just absolutely love it! The high end appliances and the home security gives any home owner a piece of mind and a warmth of security! The management office staff is super nice and willingness to help when help is needed is an added sense of calling this place home!

Claritxa is one of the nicest leasing consultants I’ve ever met. She listened to every word I had to say and she was very responsive and patient with me. I have been touring apartments all day and I’ve been looking for a very long time. My only hesitation is the price point for a studio but all of the amenities and location are a great selling point for this property.

Fantastic maintenance team! I have always had a great experience with the maintenance team (Ive been here since it was the Asher) but they really came through during this crazy snow storm! I reported no water in my apartment at 10 am and by 6pm they had fixed the problem and water was restored! During such unprecedented times I appreciated the quick response.

I have been living here about 9 months and I absolutely LOVE it. The property is beautiful, the office staff is attentive and always kind. Maintenance is super fast and respectful of you and your unit. Everything was actually ready, clean, and in great condition when I moved in and that was DURING a pandemic at that. They always have community events (social distancing) and omg the pool! In the summer time it’s such a vibe. It’s high price wise I won’t lie but you get what you pay for and I am not disappointed at all!

Very nice new apartments and townhomes with an absolutely spectacular pool, upscale finishes, modern conveniences like Nest thermostats and keyless entry front door. Staff is exceptional and attentive. Price point seemed a bit high, but still reasonable and they run specials every month.

Anytime I have any issues the front office is always so happy to help, and maintenance is super good and fast. I even saw them shovel snow the week we had the winter storm, they go above and beyond for their residents, nothing but good things to say about Bexley!I feel like they staff they have now is way better than the past, keep it up!

I have been a resident at The Bexley for almost two years now! Ever since management changed over from the The Asher the service has been exceptional! Aside from the complex itself being very nice and luxurious the team is really what has made this complex the place to be!1) The front desk is responsive and always happy to give advice. They have made my time here very easy and non stressful, and have been very considerate during these hard times!2) Maintenance is remarkably fast at completing repairs and are always on site happy and willing to help. Also shout out to Ben Beach the head Maintenance tech if you have any questions or issues hes your guy! Thanks again Ben!I highly recommend this complex. The community, amenities and units are just the cherry on top! The GREAT customer service is really what makes this place awesome.Thanks guys!

Recently moved in, and man do I got so many good things to say about these apt. Was looking for the longest and found the perfect apt, Taylor was able to answer all my question and was amazing with ous on our move in date. The apt amenities are beautiful and the car garage is very spacious for my Lexus. Overall beautiful and amazing apt! Especially with Taylor help!

Is way too expensive for the type of people that live here. My mom got robbed in the parking. Is not safe. I used to lived here when they were call The Asher (they were way better management btw) and moved out a few months after they took over. But my mom still lives here and the people that they’re letting live here is bad. They robbed my mom during the day. If you are thinking on moving here I suggest you find another place is not worth it.Update: reply; the car was broken into, don’t try to add details misleading what happened they broke the back window of the car during the day. And you are NOW “hiring” security and the sad part is that they aren’t responsible for anything at least that was what my mom was told . They have NO security like they just said, and they are now looking. That’s something they should have in the first place. Specially for the price you pay at this apartments. Something to really look at and consider when looking for apartments.

They want you to apply and ping your credit (which reduces your credit score) before they even let you see the lease agreement you are expected to sign (if you are approved). When you get to see the agreement, you may not like the terms but tough luck - your credit score is already down a notch. If this is not illegal, it should be.

Very nice place to live, were a moving company ( Rescue Moving Services) and weve been moving a few customers to this complex. They have very nice design and clean parking lot.

I came here for a tour and it’s definitely one of the nicest apartment complexes I’ve seen! The complex itself was very clean and easy to get around and had a very friendly atmosphere! The staff was patient and kind and made sure to explain in detail the prices and amenities the apartments had to offer! Claritxa was my tour guide and showed me multiple units and i loved every one of them! She was the best tour guide and took her time showing me everything and went above and beyond to make it the best one i’ve been on!

The amenities are great, everything is very well maintained, the front desk staff are all so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Taylor from the leasing office - I first toured the building with her and immediately loved the building. Taylor has been so helpful since then and helped me through the leasing process. Im looking forward to moving in!

Update - per your response it was mentioned someone from the office reached out to me and left a voicemail. I checked my call log and no phone call nor voice mail was left for me fro The Bexley Grapevine. Also, in response to negotiating my renewal, I contacted the office shortly after receiving it. I was advised a request would be submitted to reconsider and “nothing” transpired, so I was led to believe it was denied since I never heard from anyone. As for the amount you kept, at this point I could careless. I hope you do address the professional pot smokers as the weather is better in Texas and whomever rents my old place might like to enjoy the spacious patio, I know I didn’t get to the last year of my residency.I was a resident of The Asher and loved them (they receive two of these stars ⭐️), I was in the process of signing my second year when The Bexley was taking over. So, all the staff you grew to know on a first name basis was out the door. Luckily for me everything was negotiated before they took over. I was growing concerned with the cars and garage break-ins, front gates broken all the time. My neighbors a few balconies away were professional pot smokers. So leaving my windows or doors open was out of the question. Sure I complained - since they never caught them it could never be proven and continued - so much for being able to enjoy my oversized balcony.When I received my renewal a few months ago The Bexley was seeking to increase it by nearly $75/mo. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and money is tight for everyone. I was shocked. Two plus years of rent on time and they want more, with the criminal activity taking place. Renewing for round three turned into a NO for me.I received my itemized statement after my move out. I shot a video from the front door. and opened all cabinets and appliance doors to prove/show I left nothing behind. However, there was a $50 charge for trash bags. Not sure where those were and if they were the last bags I left by the door for valet to pick up (they failed to the night before). I already paid that fee but oh well charge me twice. I’m not challenging this mess although I should’ve since I have a video protecting myself from these questionable charges.If you do live here, keep in mind they will not change the water filter on the fridge - that’s on you. Now if you buy it they’ll put it in for you. All the money spent on rent and they would not absorb the cost of the filter. I changed my own door batteries as they put in cheap batteries that don’t last long. Although, I kept telling them with every note on my door and every email that I didn’t need them changed. I finally let them change it and the next day I replaced them with better batteries - free of charge.My primary complaint was cleanliness of the stairs and breezy way - so gross, dead bugs everywhere. Stains up and down the stairs. When you’re paying this kind of money we’d expect better.I hope they get it together. I read other reviews that brought up the office hiring security, they said that for months and months and I never witness their presence unless they were ninjas.I’m glad I’m out of here. It was a nice apartment, new management wanted to just fill them up as quickly as possible.Best of luck

Excellent property. Extraordinary staff. Elegant leasing office. Exceptional pool & gym. Except they do not adhere to their own leasing terms. I fully qualified, however, a prior arrest record without indictment and/or conviction was used to deny my application. Beyond discriminating on personal ground, the Fifth Amendment provides for a presumption of innocence, and their stated leasing terms only disqualify for convictions & deferments of which I have neither (I have no criminal record whatsoever and provided a official criminal transcript as verification). The manager was kind enough to refund my deposit, but I denial remains an insult to my character.

Tons of amenities and space! Great for having friends and family over, or to host get togethers. Will always recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment!

A friend of mine lives here and when I came to visit last week, wow. They are newer and much nicer than most grapevine apartments I’ve seen. They showed me around and I was impressed by how clean and nice they look, u can tell they take care of the community. Im in the market to lease a apartment soon and Bexley grapevine is on the TOP of my list. I have since then spoke to Jhoanna about possible apartments for me to move into and she has given me so much information that I know I will make Bexley my new home soon. Beautiful community, 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

The pet yards actually look like a pet yard and not just a strip of grass! However, by far.... the best staff!! Every question I have is always answered. They are so kind and attentive! It is a third apt that i have lived. Pretty nice building, clean and safe. Huge parking lot spaces. They also have 2 dog parks. The pool is one of my fav. Gym is not too big but never packed and also have high quality equipments. Staffs are friendly and always handle my needs in short time. Maintenance teams are handful and come help me as soon as they can.Highly recommend to anyone who looking to live around DWF airport area.

Beautiful apartment complex.My boyfriend has been here for almost 2 years and someone decided to break into my boyfriends SUV (he has a garage). Overall we have felt pretty safe in this complex and it took us by surprise. Good thing is that nothing valuable was in there. Guess its just a reminder that there are thieves everywhere no matter how luxurious an apartment is.Be safe out there and lock your doors.

Door Dash Delivery. Google maps set the pin for this location at Building 17, rather than the gate entrance. The apartment numbering system may throw you off, the units have 2 sets of numbers, a 5 digit number and a 3 digit number.

Omg! This property is just beautiful! The staff I have spoken to over the phone have always been pleasant. I have resided at Weinstein Properties for almost two years now, and will transferring here to get a larger space. This property by far is my favorite!My favorite part of the tour with Stephanie was the gym and club house! I’m looking forward to moving to this property. Great staff! Keep up the great work!

Due to Covid my job situation has been iffy. I am now on a month to month and this apartment complex has not been willing to be helpful in any way shape or form. I have given my notice of moving out when paid for month is up. They want to continue to try and charge me until Feb 11th if they cannot get someone in that apartment. I have no funds due to job loss. They don’t work with people nor are they willing to do so. They only want money and yet can’t even keep parking available for tenants nor do the gates ever work.One of the guys was rude to my Dad with everything going on in this complex the break-ins, gates always being down, and iffy staff who don’t want to deal with anyone. Don’t move here if you have any high expectations. The price isn’t worth it either cheap finishes.Update: Now they are trying to say a basic imprint from my bed is animal damage and that they had to replace the carpet. Trying to charge me for everything they can possible try. Even when I wasnt there for the last month and didnt use much water charging me two months there, then garage which they had the key back early and still charging me? They are trying to gouge me! They are crooked dont live here. The floors are cheap, everything is cheaply made, insulation is none existent. When it was the Asher they were so much better but as soon as Bexley took over it all turned down hill not worth the money at all.

I do not live here... I took a tour last weekend and let me tell you this place is beautiful! My leasing agent was Stephanie, she was a sweetheart, her personality was so genuine and welcoming. The only reason I didnt choose Bexley is because of the parking. It just didnt fit what I was personally looking for. Other than that this place had all the bells and whistles!!

I came and toured the community, even though they didn’t have any apartments in my time frame the leasing girls in the front office were rockstars. Jhoanna took care of me as soon as I entered just a warm feeling from her throughout the whole tour and even with a mask on I knew she was smiling the whole time and honestly made me want to move here even more. Taylor helped her answer a couple questions that she couldn’t and she was also so warm and welcoming. If it weren’t that they didn’t have an apartment for me to move in by February 2nd I would have loved living here if these ladies are the working the front leasing office. The community itself is beautiful and the model was so nicely decorated it really made you feel like this is a home, I will try again once my new lease is up, hopefully I will come with more time and live at this awesome community. Thank you Jhoanna and Taylor for being awesome.

We’ve lived with Bexley for about 2 years, and transferred to Bexley Grapevine about 5 months ago. Ever since day 1 there have been issues. From the smart locks needing new batteries every month to people parking in the fire lane right outside our bedroom because we are by the Amazon drop off. Along with being right by the only elevator if you get lucky you will get a moving truck wake up call every single weekend. The insulation is so amazing I can hear entire conversations from people on the sidewalk outside our window. Good luck ever getting ahold of the office, customer service has slipped immensely “due to covid”One Saturday we sat in the office for nearly an hour waiting on someone, as a worker also waited and attempted to call corporate multiple times saying how unprofessional this was.The apartments are beautiful, but I would not rent here based off management. It is subpar and know, as soon as you sign a lease, they don’t care about retaining a good standing with you.

I’ve lived here for about eight months and for the entire duration of my stay it has been an absolute pleasure not only from the amenities but also the staff. The pool is an absolute sanctuary and the gym is where I gain thy gains. Two amazing dog parks is a great plus. I lived here for two years (2018-2020) until I was ready for a home purchase. Originally, it was called The Asher. We LOVED living here during this management, never had any issues and the staff was amazing. This is the only reason I’m not leaving one star. Once the community changed ownership and renamed The Bexley, everything basically went down the drain. We could never get ahold of anyone and anytime we did, it was typical unhelpful and unprofessional. Parking issues were insane and no one did anything about it even when I contacted management a few times about cars parked along curbs even when parking spots were open, residents were just being lazy. We paid for valet trash yet half of the time our trash wasn’t picked up (yes, we followed pickup rules). Even up to our last day, we waited outside the main entrance doors for someone to take our keys, garage fobs, etc. called multiple times and no one would assist us until we waited and called for about 10 mins. We asked to do a final walk through with with management (per contract) but was told he couldn’t do that since no one else was working and that their vendors would assess the unit and send us a final invoice within 30 days. Furthermore, for “luxury living” the finishes (especially flooring) were cheap. We had water leaks from the roof multiple times (soaked the carpet), had to have our kitchen sink reset and a few other hiccups with the overall quality. There were break in issues during our time here as well. Overall, the poor service and lack of attention to calls and communication were the main issues. We couldn’t get out of here soon enough.

I LOVE this apartment complex! The front desk ladies have been so helpful with helping me find my apartment! The amenities are beautiful and well kept and the service is amazing! I will definitely be recommending this community to friends and family.

I havent fully committed to moving into the complex so this review is more around first impressions and the staff. This is a beautiful complex. They have two dog parks that are legitimate dog parks on site. The pool area makes you feel like you are at a resort. I love the kitchens in these which have a full sized island. I have been working with Aryn Wood and she has been extremely helpful and patient with my many questions about floor plans and pricing.

This place is amazing! They have a HUGE variety of options available and incredibly affordable pricing. If you go make sure you ask for Erick Sandoval! He spent almost half a day with us just showing us a bunch of options and he was incredibly patient. Hes also got a great sense of humor and hes very personable. We never felt rushed and he listened to all of our requests. Thank you to Erick for making this experience so enjoyable!

I am a resident at Bexley grapevine. My only regret is wishing I made the move here earlier. When I first moved to Texas I viewed this property 3 times and was in love. I received my transfer offer in Texas with American Airlines and chose to stay at the sister property which is also nice (because of concession offers). I am here to tell you concessions are not everything and it should not be your final deciding factor in making a place home. I wish I would have moved to Bexley grapevine first. The landscaping is gorgeous, the residents and staff are all friendly. They host events every month and have been quite innovative about it during this covid challenge. MTC request are swiftly resolved. The amenities are beyond this world for the value. And with so many apartment styles, you are sure to find the luxury one that fits your needs. My absolute favorite is the gym and climate controlled dog wash station. I could go on and on. I actually like to think of this as luxury living. It is literally a resort lifestyle. When I come home from a hard days work, I feel like I am on vacation everyday. Can you say that about where you live? If you don’t believe me come tour for yourself and I’m sure you will be blown away. Maybe we will be neighbors soon... 👍🏽

Recently just signed a lease at the Asher. All of the staff who work their are very welcoming and attentive to anything you might need. I had Erick help me find the perfect apartment. He was very helpful from the beginning to the end and took his time to show me several options. I went to 5 other apartments that day and he was by far the best leasing agent we dealt with.

Great experience on the tour and getting applied and eventually have signed the lease. Worked with Erick at the front office and he was phenomenal. Very persistent about getting all the paperwork done in a timely manner. Walked in that day with no intention of moving, but Erick made it happen.

I am a new resident of the Asher and was referred by a friend and current resident. First of all, the property is absolutely amazing. The amenities are resort-like and the grounds are kept up beautifully. The maintenance crew is wonderful; they are so helpful and friendly. The level of customer service is exceptional. Aryn Wood, lifestyle consultant, is phenomenal. She is very responsive and always there to help with a smile on her face. I have never had any issues, but I had a lot of questions and she never seemed bothered or put out. She has a very calming and inviting personality. I am so pleased that I chose the Asher and after my first conversation and emails with Aryn, I knew this was the perfect fit for me. I would highly recommend the Asher and Aryn to anyone looking for luxury living in a beautiful, pet friendly community, with the highest level of customer service.

My girlfriend and I have been on an exhaustive search to find the right apartment and we may have found the one. The pool and outdoor lounge is incredible, and the neighborhood is amazing. Leslie really was great compared to the recent tours weve had. Every question we had she answered perfectly. We are pretty picky and she had no problem showing us each floor plan to find the right one. Hopefully we can call Asher our new home and we are looking forward to it!

Yoooo this place is top tier. We live in a brand new 2 bedroom and we love it. Very spacious, simple layout, new appliances. The amenities are great; specifically the pool-awesome place to grill out and watch all the football games on a Sunday (did someone say Sunday Ticket? Ya that’s right they got it). The staff is A1; Eric up at the front helped us pick out our spot and is a really stand up guy, fire style too, always looking fresh. Holly and Amanda are also very friendly and are always open to hearing us out if we have questions or opinions. Also great location for hopping on the highway and going to Fort Worth or Dallas; very central.

I’ve lived in a lot of different places throughout the passed 10 plus years of my life. The Asher is hands down the best place I have ever lived. The staff here is top notch, and they are the best around. They truly care about us as residents. The facilities here are awesome, can’t wait for summer time because the pool looks amazing!! If you are looking for a place to live, I highly recommend The Asher. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to all of the staff for taking such good care of us.

When you move into a place, you want to make it a home. When you’re home, you want to be with family. The Asher is just that...a home with everyone one of the staff members treating you like your family. I looked everywhere for a place that was centrally located to all the highways, that gave me the feel of luxury living at a reasonable price and a place that kept me close to all the action around town. Plus, I wanted a place that had all the amenities like a good gym, a great pool atmosphere and a place with great skyline views so I would enjoy sitting on the balcony to wind down after a long day. I found it all here at the Asher, plus so much more! And, I can’t speak highly enough about the people that make the magic happen here at the Asher, but I can sum it up like this...”Thanks for treating me like family and for making this a place that I take great pleasure in calling my home!”

The Asher offers the most unique floor plans and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. The staff were real, genuine, and helpful and answered our questions immediately. The maintenance crew is super responsive to service requests. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I really do feel like Im coming home to a resort each day. Plus, they have 2 great dog parks.

I’ve visited a number of complexes including The Bluffs at Vista Ridge, Chapel Hill, The Sound @ Cypress Waters, The District @ Cypress Waters, The Villas of Vista Ridge, etc... he is BY FAR the most help I’ve gotten from any other complex. If it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have signed a lease here!

We moved in almost a month ago and my goodness. What a time its been. My wife and I love our apartment, the gym, and the people here are nice. Simple decision move in now!! I looked at about every apartment complex within 20 miles..The Asher is hands down the nicest with the best staff. Leslie and anyone I have meet part of the Asher team, has been EXTREMELY patient and helpful, from simple things like emailing me multiple quotes when my needs changed during looking process. And now that I have moved this same level of service is still what I get, unlike a lot of places that are nice till you sign on the line.The grounds are amazing, and kept at a very high standard, and the pool...well its the best pool I have seen, and while it has people in it, the size and layout, make it seem like its not to busy.And lastly the community...My last apartment complex, another luxury apartment, had almost no one at the club house, or if you passed by someone very little was said. Here I am getting help from people, people are waiving, and the clubhouse and other areas are widely used....probably cause they are amazing.Do yourself a favor...come look and then sign!!!

The apartments are very nice and safe. However, if you’re a person of color be prepared to feel like an outsider in this community. The other residents here give you weird looks, I’ve personally encountered the office staff allowing white residents leniency as pertained to utilizing the apartment amenities. I’ve seen plenty of white residents have well above the 2 guest rule at the pool and the club house and no one said a thing. A couple of weeks ago I witnessed the police being called to complain about a Hispanic family having a kid gathering at the pool. The officer stated that they received a “noise complaint” and you’re only supposed to have 2 guest at the pool. It was 5pm in the evening and they were singing happy birthday! Seriously?! We seriously pay way too much money to feel as if we don’t belong. My advice to anyone considering moving here, go somewhere and spend your money where you’ll be treated with dignity and respect. If you’re not of European descent, this place will make sure you know it!

I did a lot of research of other apartment complexes in this area and found this was the very best of what I was looking for!! I moved into a 1 bedroom in July and I love it here so much that I will be moving into a 2 bedroom next month once the building is completed. The leasing staff are absolutely the best I have ever had to work with and no matter what my needs are, they take care of everything immediately! I cannot even decide which one is my favorite, as they are all amazing and care about my needs as a renter, but most importantly as a person!The pool area is beautiful and I love the fact that I feel for the first time in almost 15 years that I can truly call this HOME!! I recommend this to anyone looking for an elegant place to live and have all the comforts they are looking for!!And as far as the dalmatian dog goes.............Ive seen larger dogs walking around than a dalmatian puppy and the apartment complex seems to be open to all pets!!Check this out for yourself, it may not meet your needs but for many of us this is indeed HOME! I love it here and as long as I have to live in the Dallas area I cannot imagine living any place else!!!!! If I could give them a 10 I would!

If you are looking for an apartment in the Grapevine area, look no further. The Asher is definitely the place to be! The complex is new, modern and stunning. The pool area looks like it should be in a magazine. From the time I viewed this apartment, I knew I wanted to live here. Not only because how amazing the amenities are, but also the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, nice and patient. Especially, Aryn Wood, she helped us find the perfect layout that we were wanting. She genuinely cares for others, and will do whatever it takes to make the experience as great as possible! We love Aryn!! The Asher by far has the nicest apartments/ townhomes that Grapevine has to offer.

I have lived at The Asher Apartments for 4 months now and I love it here!! All the staff is amazing, especially Aryn Wood. The apartments here have high end finishes and the amenities are top notch. I like the monthly community events they have for residents as well. I am glad they have both dog parks opened now. This is an overall amazing place to live!!

I’ve received same day and at most next day responses and service to requests ranging from changing fridge filters to adjusting ceiling fan chains and everything in between. Visited a couple of friends here over the past month and I might look into moving here myself. I like their gym and the pet park is a plus! Ive spoken to Steven a couple of times and he always has a positive attitude and is always professional. I highly recommend scheduling a tour with them soon!

Once upon a time, I was in the gym and someone had changed the channel to the food network. Not knowing how to change the channel on the TV(since there aren’t remotes laying around), I turned to an email to Aryn. Within a couple minutes she appeared, to rescue me from the cruel and unusual punishment of watching the food network in the gym. This is simply one example of the amazing dedication and kindness that Aryn exhibits. Make sure to reach out and ask for Aryn if you have any inquiries into these apartments. She’s always so warm and welcoming to any request or question.

This place was much better before it was bought out by Weinstein properties. We lived here when it was called The Asher, and the customer service was sooo much better then.Customer service now is terrible. Have to wait in the office for like 45 Minutes before being helped. We’ve had to call and or email multiple times before getting a question answered or any help.Beautiful property and apartments though.

The Asher in Grapevine, TX is such a wonderful addition to the community! The property is so beautiful, lots of trees, great views, and a pool and cabana area that is perfect for being outdoors. The brand new construction is top of the line, high end finishes and careful attention to detail. We were able to choose what finishes we liked and LOVE the white cabinets and quartz countertops. The hard wood floors are REAL and gorgeous- not the laminate that most apartments use to save money. Leslie has been a huge lifesaver by helping us coordinate move times and find the perfect floor plan for us. We are so grateful for the Asher!

The Asher is a very high end complex with great amenities and very close to the mall and many other shops in the Grapevine area! Considering this as an option for me! Aryn wood shared a great deal of information about it and is great! Highly recommend her when visiting so you can know all you need to before making the decision to live here!

Seriously the nicest apartment complex in the surrounding area. I have absolutely no complaints about it. Theres nothing like pulling into my nice big two car garage, going upstairs to an amazing townhome. The fixtures, countertops, shower, hardwood floors, and cabinets are all what you would expect in a brand new upgraded house. The complex is small and there is no riff raff like some of my previous apartments. It is safe, clean, and maintenance is always on top of my requests.

The office staff is helpful and friendly. Holly answered all of my questions and was great to work with!

I didn’t end up leasing here for other reasons but the service I received from the leasing agent Aryn, was top notch. She’s such a sweet girl who is willing to go above & beyond. The company is lucky to have her! In addition the complex is aesthetically pleasing in every way.

So let me start by saying this is a beautiful property. My issue is the poor communication I received after my most recent visit.I went to view their property a few times with the interest of transferring to be closer to my job. I currently live at a sister property.Third visit, I found the perfect apartment & price. I let them know that I would be notifying my office of my intent to transfer to that property (which I did immediately). Three hours later after I had signed my paperwork I found out that the apartment had been taken off the market. Not that the leasing office called. I was online completing the final step of transfer and while applying I got auto notification that the unit I was applying for was no longer available. Thinking it had to be an error; I called them. And was told that oh looks like it leased when you left. I was very upset, but things happen right?I reached out to them again later to discuss options and was then told oh theres a 3 bedroom that was a cancellation, but its not on the market yet. I was like ok; sounds like its still in budget so I asked can I officially apply now to take it off the market? I didnt want to be burned twice. She said, well its not on the market but I could come look at it and go from there. I live 45 minutes away and I had just gone there earlier that morning. But I was desperate & I really loved the property so my roommate and I hopped in the car and started heading over.My cousin who is very meticulous said; call them again and make sure they know were coming. I was like, I just spoke to her less than an hour ago and told her I was coming. But I called anyway and guess what happened, oh yeah that apartment is no longer available. How is that even possible? By this time I was extremely irritated, because I had already traveled 50% of the way and again I didnt get the courtesy of a call or email to let me know what happened.Still, being enamored with the property my cousin/roommate reached out the next day about other options. Needless to say, nothing they had met our needs or fit our budget. At one point we were going to go with a unit at the top of our budget, but when asked if we could push the move in date back; we were told no. So all we asked her to do is notify us if something fell through.Imagine my surprise when I logged on to the site today for one last look before I sign a lease elsewhere to see the EXACT apartment we wanted available. Not an email or phone call was received.However, thanks to no communication I cannot even move into the apartment because my move out is 30 days earlier than the available move in. Originally, my property was going to extend my lease to accommodate, but now someone has already leased my apartment so Im stuck.Ive been with this property management company for a while and have never experienced this at any other property. Its unfortunate because I was really looking forward to living there, but I guess not.Just to provide a timeline; I visited the property on Thursday and today is Tuesday.

The Asher in Grapevine is simply immaculate. I really enjoy the tall ceilings, hardwoods, optional finishes that we got to choose from as well as the huge resort style pools and outdoor living areas. They are huge and even well spread out. There is an outdoor fire-pit, outdoor TV areas and several gas grills for us to use. I have certainly enjoyed living in such a nice community. Of course, the two large dog parks may have been the selling point here - now if they will just hurry up and open - Cash and I cannot wait!

These apartments are beautiful. I went and me with Leslie at Asher and she gave us a full tour of the property. The apartments were very impressive and had a lot of really nice upgrades and technology packages I was highly impressed with. The common grounds were awesome, the pool looked amazing as did the conference/business center and fitness center. Only knock I would have on them is they are pricey for the size but not too far off/high from the older surrounding apartment complexes. at the end of the day I did not end up leasing from Asher because I found something that was just a better fit up the road. However it was almost a coin flip based on how nice these apartments were with all the upgrades and their move in specials.

The property was great. One of my favorite complexes ive seen in Grapevine. Aryn did a great job of showing us around the facility!

Absolutely beautiful pool area. This should be a requirement for all apartment complexes! I looked at other apartment complexes in the same area and I was very disappointed! Not only in the looks of the pool but also the cleanliness. I know these are brand new--i just hope they stay this way!

Wow, really terrible first impression. l called today to find out the availability on a 1 bedroom apartment and told them l have a Dalmatian puppy who by the way is super sweet and Dalmatians aren’t even known for being an aggressive breed and she told me in a very rude way that they don’t allow Dalmatians and just hung up the phone on me.....like seriously!? They have children working in the leasing office. No other apartments in the area have had restrictions on my dog so fix your stupid policies.

Originally give this place a 5 out of 5 star until I came home and was locked out of my apartment with NO emergency number.- I will say that the apartment refunded me for my hotel and apologize.I appreciate that. However, I do not appreciate being told that something is working when it is not after the fac. And by that I mean, the night I got locked out of my apartment, I called the front desk and was unable to be prompted to get in touch with the on call emergency service. However, the girl kept saying that it was working. If it was working, I wouldnt have had to call you guys, leave messages and even call the police. Its okay to admit when youre doing and keep things going.Definitely not a fan of passive aggressive behaviors.With that being said, this place is....- very convenient to the airport- feel safe coming and leaving- neighbors are very friendly and helpful- has a Luxor box...- the staff is professionalMy only recommendation is that any communication be kept in emails or writing. I dont believe in he said/she said so document everything well. :)

This place is horrible. Residents are not safe, Valet trash never gets picked up on time or anytime, getting anything from their management team is like pulling teeth. Just overall poor customer service and not a fun place to live. Bad experience should be your expectation if you move in here at the Asher Apartments. Anything but luxury.

I went to visit my mom for spring break and steven did an exceptional job at making sure my moms front door was closing properly. Will definitely like to move here whenever im done with college!
