If you are looking for a place to move, I highly recommend Cross Creek. Although I didnt schedule a tour and did a walk in. Ashley was very welcoming which is more than what I can say about the other complexes on the same street. (Who wouldnt tour me without a scheduled tour shame on you) She was very attentive and answered all my questions. I will be leasing here when I get ready to move in March. Very professional, very much impressed! Thank you, Ashley, for your time, patience and making me feel so welcomed.

We’ve been living here at Cross Creek since January of this year & I ABSOLUTELY love it! Elisha has been such a great help & made this whole experience painless. Anything I need help with or any concerns are immediately handled, they are all very kind and professional. Maintenance is amazing, Alejandro is very fast and efficient. They are all very respectful of your home and privacy. This is a great place to live!

Cross Creek seems like a very nice place and we are actually moving in this week which is even more exciting!! From the moment we stepped onto this property, they were very nice, welcoming and professional with that lovely southern charm. Ashley has been very helpful, she responds very quickly to our emails about the unit we will be leasing and she has helped the excitement for our move grow even more the closer we get. We are really excited to live here, it seems like a very friendly community and that has been what we were looking for since we moved to Texas a few years ago. Besides the amazing amenities and the beautiful apartments the best thing besides the staff, that has been so nice is the fact that this community is dog friendly was our #1, we have a super friendly shepardmix and he is on the big side so we have found it hard to find a good place without a weight or breed limit. So if you are look for an amazing, beautiful new home for you and ur furry baby this is the place, we cant wait to call it home!!

We have been residents here for almost 7 months, and any time we have had an issue or concern every single person on staff here has been extremely diligent and prompt to not only address the matter but to remedy it with all kindness and care. Everyone has welcomed us making our move from Cali to Texas feel like a wonderful place to call home. They also take extra care and consideration to always offer our son Luke a treat or a goody anytime we go into the office. We are thankful for the staff and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to rent!

This is my second year at Cross Creek. My husband and I really enjoy living here. The area is great for constant travelers as it’s only a few minutes from DFW airport. Main Street Grapevine is not far at all, as well as being right next to Grapevine Mills Mall. We have a great walking trail with pretty greenery. I appreciate the trees on property, and how it’s all not just cement. It’s very dog friendly, everyone seems to have a dog. Pretty pool area with comfy lounge chairs, updating gym equipment with new management, happy with all if it so far! Staff is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We enjoy our apartment inside, decent space for price, laminate wood floors make it easy to clean and maintain, carpet in bedroom. We recommend the area to our friends.Minor maintenance issues tend to be handled in a timely manner, but bigger issues tend to take longer because it takes a while to get approved, etc. For example, our sidewalk has had some drainage issues since we moved in, and has been a work in progress the whole time. Staff is aware, and doing their best to fix it. It has just taken a while. Appreciate how the staff have tried to keep us updated and hearing our complaints and feedback.

We ABSOLUTELY love this property and staff!!! By far, the best apartment experience weve ever had! The property is the most dog friendly one that Ive ever encountered. We have a small fenced yard and doggie door and there are no breed restrictions. There are doggie stations everywhere and they keep the property clean and landscaped. The staff is so responsive and the maintenance team is amazing. They also have great events on property. It really feels like a small, close knit community and very welcoming! Even the neighbors are great! Ashley was so helpful and made us feel so welcome! She went above and beyond!

I’ve lived at this complex for coming up on four months now, and felt obligated to leave a review after reading a negative review on here. The team that works here goes above and beyond to make this an awesome place to live. So much so, that seeing a review like that is just insulting.Every maintenance order has been completed same day. Ashley even offered to feed my pet when had to leave town unexpectedly due to a family member being in the ICU. Additionally, they completely quarterbacked getting keys to friends and relatives in my absence; a huge relief when you’re dealing with something like that.I toured several “luxury” apartments looking for a good fit (while under a stressful and unexpected timeline). Ashley showed me around the property. She took me to several different apartments and floor plans and spent a lot of time explaining the various features. I thanked her for her time and continued looking even though I was pretty much sold on the place, I felt I should do my due diligence and keep looking (even though I was under a lot of pressure to make a decision since my lease was ending). I toured a few other places which gave me the peace of mind to pull the trigger on to Cross Creek.Simply being kind to others is something that doesn’t happen a lot. You’ll find people that are “polite” in the strictest sense of the word but you also know these people couldn’t care less about you. The staff at Cross Creek DO care about their residents and their pets. They worked with me to get into my new place so I could cancel the hotel I had booked (and save some money since moving expenses add up quickly). It was a gesture I really appreciated.A few minor things had to be addressed in the apartment before I could move in and I met the maintenance staff: Alex is a total pro, and handles things with quiet focus (reminds me of some guys I knew in the military). Alejandro is diligent worker. Both guys are busy but work with a pleasant and helpful attitude.In closing, I know it’s early but my experience has been 5 stars and the people who made it that was should be acknowledged even in this small way.Thank you.

Just moved from California to Grapevine Without being able to see the apartment Ashley made my experience extremely easy and pleasurable. She is always quick to respond to all my questions through email. And day of move in was super easy, she is so kind and helpful. I love my apartment and the building. The amenities look exactly like what you see online. What you don’t get to appreciate is how much pride they take in property. Clean and very well maintained. Maintenance team is also quick to respond immediately submit my maintenance request day of move. Maintenance took care of within the hour. So glad I made this decision.

So far everything has been handled beautifully by the leasing staff. Ashley has been so patient and helpful with my many questions and visits, the building staff so far have been very accommodating to anything I may need to help with my move in. This property is has a country home warm feeling, the amenities are great, and I cannot believe the resident rewards program and events they host here! I cannot wait to move in March.

After I graduated college and moved here to Grapevine, Elishia made the transition smooth! She had been very helpful for everything that I have needed.Cross Creek is a great apartment complex. It fills all of my needs. The gym is nice, the pool is going to be great during the warmer times and it is in a great and peaceful location. My neighbors are friendly and I get to see dogs everyday and who does not like that?Overall, a great place to rest my head every night!

The snakes here have become a HUGE problem. I usually see multiple copperheads every single day inside the perimeter of the complex. This includes the parking lot, outside of the gym/pool area, on our doorstep, and even inside of the dog park. It has gotten to the point where we do not feel safe walking outside in the evening at all. This photo was taken to show the sheer amount of copperheads that were killed in about ONE HOUR on a random evening. It is not simply a matter of a few snakes throughout the summer. It is several snakes every single day and night and it has become a real safety concern and an absolute nightmare for us. Meanwhile, management is “doing everything that they can” to combat the issue while simultaneously creating a copperhead haven outside of our front door from piles of brush and shrubs that they have left behind. Saving your money to go somewhere (anywhere) that is safer would be my advice.

We love everything about Cross Creek. Elishia has been so helpful throughout the entire process of moving and always went the step further. Everything she promised has been delivered. Since living here she has continued to be helpful with any of our needs. We have loved living here. All aspects of Cross Creek has exceeded our expectations! Would highly recommend!!

Cross Creek at Grapevine Ranch has been one of the best places I have stayed at. Isabella and Mary along with the front office staff are top notch. The maintenance crew from the day I moved in to the day I moved out was always so helpful, friendly and fast! (Even on my move out day which was freezing, I was walking to the dumpsters and one of the crew members stopped me and took my bag!!) The community is very well kept, doggy friendly (so many green walking spots with plenty of trashes nearby with potty bags), and I person loved the walking/jogging trails behind the complex. And I was lucky enough to have neighbors that felt like family.

I have lived in this complex since June 2020. Since day 1 I have had flooding issues. Now I have a terrible flooding issue that will not stop due to a possible pipe burst??? I have called multiple times even saw the maintenance guy in my breezeway and he still didn’t even pay any attention to my apartment and just ignored me. I completely understand he is busy but you are in the same complex the water is coming from and this unit needs helps just as much.I have water coming from another apartment into mine and it will not stop. It did stop a little once they turned the water off but then decided to turn the water back on. The water continues to come into my apartment from 6:30p to now almost 11pm. I am ringing out towels every thirty minutes between my kitchen, dining and bathroom trying to not let the water pass into the area of my furniture. I am very disappointed in how this process is going and will be speaking with management about leaving this apartment complex. In a very hard time that everyone is going through they should at least be able to handle calling someone back.

OMG I LOVE CROSS CREEK!I loved to Texas 1 year ago, and the cross creek staff have made my transition so smooth and peaceful. I have ZERO complaints. My work orders are typically completed within 24 hours and the parcel pending option is AMAZING! I loveeee our gym and the cute little gatherings we have in the clubhouse are always refreshing.... EVEN MY NEIGHBORS are friendly. I am happy to call Cross Creek my Home!! Ask for Kourtney or Isabella They are the best!!!!!

I have lived here for two years. Sequoya was able to meet the needs and concerns that my family and I had. My husband loves their gym and heavy bag. The clubhouse is super nice. I had my baby shower at the clubhouse before COVID-19. The location is super convenient. I would recommend here and ask for Sequoya. She goes above and beyond to meet your needs.

I’ve been here for almost 3 years. I’ve had a great experience with the community, management and Maintaince! For example, I had a covered parking spot where mud and water would drain into it.I took a pictures of this and Sequoya who works at the office quickly got me a new spot in the parking garage! Isabella is great as well. The location is nice too very close to the airport and 121 but far enough where the traffics isn’t heard. Walking distance from grapevine mills.

I have had wonderful experiences staying at this Cross Creek at Grapevine location. We have been staying here for atleast 20 months with great services and amenities here. We had friendly staff and we were happy with out residents even though we had some issues that was not taken care of. Isabella was very nice and friendly who was always there to help and we can share our concerns and questions we have.However, recently we have had bad experience and expectations from office staff or manager not fulfilling our maintenence requests with our bathroom clogging emergencies as they consider it is not an emergency. Where we can not take showers while water is over flowing and it has been two days I request for maintenance and no one has fixed the problems. Very disappointed this time

We were harassed constantly our vehicle was broken in due to the gates being broke all the time and I’m from the hood of Fort Worth and never had my car broke into my whole life. Maintenance man was coming in and out of the apartment without permission looking for lord knows what racial profiling!! The Hispanic lady over accounting was over charging us every month for unnecessary stuff!

I just moved into my place last week and I must say Elishia took care of me. She made sure everything was too my liking, she made sure that before I signed I was satisfied with everything. I loved the location of Cross Creek and my apartment was great. The staff was nice. Maintenance was so dang fast to respond. Neighbors were great. However, there is a bug problem..but I think that is because we are in Grapevine near the lake. The water did not stay hot to take a bath. It would be cold before filling up half way. And dog poop was everywhere! Mainly because the apartment dog areas were always out of poop bags. That is my biggest issue with living there. Also, dont expect your deposit back simply because they charge all of it to clean carpets and your last water bill.

I was very happy and impressed with this community. I am new to the area and first impressions are super important. Elishia was friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions with a smile on her face.

Beautiful complex

Sequoya was so great during my transition from out of state!!! She definitely heavily influenced my decision to move to Cross Creek! She was very professional and she made the application process so easy during Covid-19.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the leasing office staff. They were all fantastic. However, the amount of money I paid in rent, did not equate to the value that I received.The first day I moved in, there was a centipede infestation. I vacuumed up about 150-200 centipedes a day. They had to spray 3 times before they were all gone.The ceilings and walls are PAPER THIN. I was on the first floor and could hear every conversation, footstep, and dropped item from the floor above me.My water bill, on average, was about $25 a month for one person to shower, run the dish washer an average amount of time, etc. I did not have a washing machine. I once had a water bill of $50. I now live at a different complex with a washing machine doing the same things and my water bill on average is $6.The complex itself is old. They renovated some of the apartments interiors, but you can tell it was a cheap and fast job. They advertise how nice the club house and workout room is, and it is nice. However, the apartments themselves are not. You could smell the mildew through the ceiling from my upstairs neighbors laundry room. I had issues with electricity shorting out in the middle of the night for no reason.Upon move out, I was charged a $75 carpet cleaning fee and a $50 move-out fee. I lived alone and the only carpet in my apartment was in my bedroom. It was spotless when I left.All in all, not a great value for a 1 bedroom in Grapevine, TX for $1350 a month.

Very nice complex. The property has great greenspace, mature trees throughout, and its a gated commmunity. The upgraded units are beautiful with quartz countertops and modern lighting; while the standard units are nice with granite countertops and lighting. Upstairs units have a townhome-style private staircase. The gym is incredible. Jillian was very helpful showing us around! Thank you

This is by far one of the nicest communities I’ve lived in. We love that Cross Creek is located by so many fun things to do. We literally always have something going on and we love that there’s always something to do within a few miles of where we are.Isabella is also one of the major reasons we love it here so much. She’s on top of EVERYTHING. She always a phone call or email away and has always addressed our concerns in an incredibly timely fashion, and we really appreciate how genuine she’s been with us!

We began our apartment search months in advance, seeking a 2/2, 6 month lease. We were initially attracted to Cross Creek for their short-term leasing options, as they do not charge additional fees (other complexes in the area charge $300+/month). Whereas other facilities would shoo me off the phone, the office staff at Cross Creek was excited, pleasant, and thorough, making sure to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Sequoya in the office was EXCEPTIONAL. She went above & beyond to connect with us and to meet our needs. As we were unable to make the trek to Texas to search facilities in person, Sequoya understood that it was crucial to have pictures of the interior and exterior of the actual unit. She documented everything we needed, Facetimed us, and kept us in the loop- day & night- so that we felt like we were there. This made the difference for us choosing to live at Cross Creek. Other facilities in the area were nice, but did not make a personal connection or help us to feel like we actually toured unit. Sequoya made sure to help us complete all tasks, so that all we had to do on move-in day was grab the keys (which was amazing as we were exhausted from the long journey). There were no unpleasant surprises upon moving in- the apartment was exactly what she said it would be. It was clean, and move-in ready. There were some minor maintenance issues, as you could expect anywhere, that were all addressed in a timely and efficient manner. The grounds are well-maintained and spacious. Our unit, like many others in the complex, is situated in a secluded place that makes us feel like we have a house with a back yard. This is especially perfect for our dog, who gets to run around and feel free! We feel at home and so do our pets. Thank you so much Sequoya & staff at Cross Creek for helping us to find our home! We love it!

I would love to give Isabella a shout out for being the best person we had ever deal with when it comes to renting an apartment. She was so kind, informative and had a sense of urgency. We knew we liked cross creek from the moment we saw their website but when we had the walkthrough with Isabella we could not help to fall in love with the place and community. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. My kids and I went to go look and Ana was just the sweetest. It’s hard for a mom to let the kids leave the nest and find their own home but Ana went above and beyond. You can tell she really cares and wanted them to be happy (and keep mama happy too). Kudos to a job well done Ana and the best customer service I’ve seen in a while

Ive lived here for about a year now and it has been an enjoyable time! Isabella and Ana are fantastic and very responsive, exactly what you want as a renter from the property. The apartments are large and have great new interiors and fixtures. Every single maintenance request I submitted was handled same day, which amazed me. All in all a great team to rent from that really makes you feel valued as a customer!

My nephew just moved in here today and Ana took very good care of him. He was able to take care of most things online and go in to get his keys and still get back to his office on his lunch break. Ana made his move so easy that I am suggesting my daughter move here when her lease is up in a few months.

The apartments are renovated and present that ‘home’ feeling you don’t dine in the 4-5 story apartment buildings.The Management office is professional and always ready to help in any way possible.Make sure you ask for Isabella Montano when you go in to check this place out. She’s been my go to person and is very helpful at the Leasing office.I would definitely recommend living here!

My wife and I moved into these apartments about a month ago. We love living here! The amenities are updated and really nice. It’s a diverse community too, with all ages, families and ethnicities, which we love. Do be advised however, these are right next to the fire station, so we hear the fire trucks go by quite often, which doesn’t bother us, but it is something to mention.

SOO many great things to say about this place. This is the first apartment complex that we have lived at that has made us feel so at home! And home to a clean complex!! All of the ladies in the front office are so sweet. Megan and Alyssa always go above and beyond to accommodate to all residents. They frequently do events for residents that really make us feel proud to live here. All of the maintenance guys, especially Alex, have always completed our service requests in a very timely manner. Also, they are always polite and smiling when they are out on the property and they put in the work to keep this community clean. Pest control comes out every week and they are visible. Not like other complexes where you pay for pest control, but no one ever comes out to spray. Never had an issue with bugs and we live right along the nature background. Thank you for making this a wonderful place to call home!!

I toured these apartments specifically because of their location, it’s close to work. But what really stood out to me was the staff. Isabella, one of the leasing consultants, showed me around. She was super personable and informational on the apartment tour. I would highly recommend asking for Isabella if you go tour these apartments.

The whole vibe of the neighborhood-like setting was immediately appealing to me and continues to be a sweet sanctuary for me. The property is very dog friendly and even had a Halloween contest for all of our four-legged members of the family! Isabella Montano, a leasing professional here, is the best customer service leasing agent I have ever met. She always answers the phone or greets me in the office with a very good attitude. From the day I took my first tour of the property, she treated me like she had known me forever. I would even say I felt like she was a family member and I am one of her favorite relatives. She cares about hearing my concerns and immediately takes action in resolving my issues. She is very responsive to my emails and treats me like I’m the best tenant the property has, even though I am generally voicing a problem and needing her to help me with something.I am a huge online shopper with many packages arriving every week, so I have had a few issues with either missing or misplaced packages. Isabella has always been very helpful in getting the problems addressed with the correct people and it is cleared up in a timely manner. She has also entered several service tickets for me online, for minor repairs or outdoor security light replacement and followed up with staff to ensure my problems or concerns were taken care of. Then she has followed up with me to make sure I am taken care of and happy with the outcome. All of my maintenance requests have been handled very quickly and satisfactorily.Isabella is beyond exceptional and is just an all-around caring person who genuinely takes pride in her work and it shows. Not only is the staff very inviting and helpful, i feel that they truly care about me as a resident. Maintenance has also always completed my maintenance requests efficiently and without complaint. Ive lived at Cross Creek for at least 10 years and have seen many owners and managers come and go. The current manager, Merry, has been nothing short of exceptional in not only helping me renew my lease, but personally seeing that my maintenance needs are met. As a procrastinator and having lived here for so long, I expected Merry to run for the hills when I gave her my list of maintenance needs. She laughed and promised to open work orders for everything -- which Id heard before over the years from previous staff. True to her word, every item I gave her has since been resolved. So, kudos to Merry, as well as the maintenance crew, who have always been very friendly and helpful!

This review is in regards to the front desk staff at Cross Creek. I have talked with all the staff multiple times, and they have always been kind and attentive to my needs. When my wife and I wanted to host our rehearsal dinner at the Cross Creek cluhouse, Ana was went above and beyond to make arrangements for us. The party was a great success, and the staff played a big part in that.

My husband and I went here to view apartments for our son that was needing a place last minute. Ana V. was amazing! She treated us with respect and did everything she could to accommodate us (our son). She was knowledgeable about the community and the area, and we enjoyed meeting her.

Ive had such an enjoyable experience living here. I moved in about 6 months ago and even now, the Cross Creek staff is wonderful. Whenever I have any requests or questions regarding my home, the office team has been quick to make sure I am taken care of. I love how close my home is to DFW Airport, as well as Grapevine Mills Mall & so many other places. Its nice having people who care about your living experience. And its even better having a home & community you like coming home to.

This has been my home for the past 6 years.It has been a very pleasurable experience. I love my apartment. All the girls in the office have been very kind and professional. Alex in maintenance dept. has gone above and beyond with the very few maintenance issues I have had. Most recently, my entire AC system had to be replaced. Megan, Isabella, and Alyssa were so accommodating with communicating and scheduling repairs and follow up calls regarding the repairs.Alex worked relentlessly in getting this fixed as fast as possible, including bringing a portable unit to keep me cool while it was being replaced. I was so impressed at how this major issue was handled. So glad to call this home.

The property is so clean and well maintained. I toured with Kourtni and she was so helpful. She had so much knowledge about the property. I would def recommend to a friend. Great staff!

From the day I toured this complex I was greeted with a warm welcome, Teresa made it so simple and she was so professional. I just moved here but the staff is amazing!!!! Sweet and friendly and helpful and quick to get stuff done. Ive had a few maintenance things and theyve put it in right away and someone would fix it within a day or two! And always smiling. Thank you for making me feel so welcome!!!

This is one of the best properties that I have ever lived at. The location is convenient, the property is very well maintained, and the staff is super duper friendly! The maintenance team took care of my request (Ive only had one!) in a very timely manner and everyone was very professional about it. This is a great place to live!.

I LOVE living here at Cross Creek! The managers are accessible and responsive. Everyone is very friendly and they genuinely want the residents to be happy. The recent upgrades are awesome!! I get comments on the cool new floors, the farmers sink in the kitchen is extremely useful, the new lighting is very modern.The only reason I held back one star is for the maintenance. The staff is very friendly, but the apartments are a little older and the volume of calls is more than they can keep up with sometimes. On several occasions, I have had to follow-up with the apartment managers to find out why the repair was taking so long; sometimes up to a week. The issue always gets taken care of eventually.Overall, I highly recommend these apartments.

People like Ana don’t come along very often; the right blend of professionalism and panache in the form of that fantastic, infectious smile that make it a pleasure to walk into the office. While I won’t say Ana was entirely responsible for my renewal she certainly played an integral role.

Cross Creek at Grapevine Ranch is a very quiet place to live. The staff is very polite and helpful. Anytime weve ask for something to be repaired in the apartment they come within hours not days. We are very happy here at Cross Creek at Grapevine Ranch, and would highly recommended living here to anyone looking for an apartment in the grapevine area.

Love these apartments. Megan was super nice and helpful with showing me an apartment while the office was busy. She made me feel like I was the only person there that needed her attention. The apartment and the amenities are really amazing for the price! Looked in the surrounding area and it was easy to decide on Cross Creek, love my new apartment! Looking at a lot of the reviews, seems like some angry people and their friends went wild but everything Ive experienced so far here has been great.

I’ve been living here for 5 months now. Changed review from a 5 star to 1. The office still hasn’t returned my call. My brand new 2020 Truck was broken into. And my rims and tires were stolen. This cost me 5,000.00. This happened when the gate was open because the office has neglected to fix it. called the office and left a message and still haven’t gotten a call back horrible customer service. There is also a person in the office that is terribly rude. I hope you never meet her.

We just signed a lease here and Ana was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to try to find exactly what we were looking for. We are excited to be a part of this community. Thank you Ana!

I moved here from out of state and the office staff was very kind and helpful with my move. I havent had any issues living here!The location is perfect and close to about everything especially work! The hiking trail behind the property is one of my favorite things about this property!

We just moved in but Ana was wonderful throughout the process. We came in randomly at 5:30 without an appointment and she was more than patient and very informative. We applied that weekend and signed the lease the next week. Never had an easier renting experience. Thanks Ana!

Signup and move-in process were relatively simple, and the apartment complex and the room themselves are very nice. Isabella has been very helpful throughout the whole process of moving in and has answered any question I had promptly.

Thought on living here for 13+ years is that the complex virtually never cares who you are and or follows through with requests to help manage your unit as a home. Complex seems just oriented towards how much money can I get from you and make you go away. In that respect no one in the years past seems to know what one hand is doing versus the other in response to the lease holder.In light of that answer there has been someone that’s been quite helpful recently since I’m signing another lease tomorrow and that is Gillian. Let’s hope the leasing company and other management allows her to carry on with decisions already made since she is leaving for a month.Just want to be a quiet HOME lessorThanks Chris # 2311

The staff at Cross Creek has the most exceptional service I’ve ever experienced at an apartment complex. This modern yet “home-y” feel to the complex really makes it feel like you belong here. They are backed up to wooded areas that provide a tranquil feel to the community & not to mention the amazing amenities they have to offer. Anytime I have ever needed maintenance out to my apartment, they usually come out same day! If you want a quiet, relaxed, and a place to call home, Cross Creek at Grapevine is the place for you!

The worst of the worst customer service in the office ... I cant really generalize, but there is a black skinny girl who is the rudest person I have seen in a leasing office... she should take customer service classes before speaking to the customers...

I loved living at this community. The staff was so helpful with anything I needed and the maintenance team was so quick to fix any repairs I needed. This property has a perfect location, right across from Grapevine Mills Mall. Also, the fitness center is amazing and has everything you need. I would recommend this property to everyone!

My husband and I were so fortunate to have found Isabella, she was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for apartments to view based on what we were looking for, she’s absolutely great and helpful!

Right now Im giving it 5 stars. We just signed a lease here, but have not yet moved in. So I will go by what I know.The only person we dealt with in the office was Chris. Although we called ahead and he knew we were coming, we still couldnt make it there until 1/2 hour before closing on a Sunday.He was very nice, explained a lot, showed us everything, even though it was now past closing time.*** This is the only place that weve looked at that actual tenants talked to us - making it seem all the more welcoming. ***Application process was easy. Game room in the clubhouse (pool table and shuffle board). Gym open 24/7. Nice equipment and what looks like whole new cross fit training apparatus. Also small place to do aerobics, and (slightly less then) 1/2 court indoor basketball.Pool was beautiful, but cold. (Dont think any apartment complexes heat their pools).... they actually have a hot tub, YAY!, but disappointingly it too was cold. (** Update - still havent moved in yet, but drove by the other day when it was pretty cold outside... you could see the steam wafting out from the hot tub... they originally said they were waiting for a part to fix it. Guess they were telling the truth)Thats it for now... will elaborate more once we move in and get a feel for the place.

Cross Creek Apt is a great place to live. They have friendly staff. Nice and beautiful club. They keep the surrounding areas nice and clean. If something goes wrong in your apt, you just call the office and they will take care of it. If you are looking for a nice place, close to the airport and major highways, and next to the Mall, Cross Creek at Grapevine Ranch is the way to go. Check it out!!!

We moved to Cross Creek At Grapevine 3 months ago, the amenities are awesome, but other then that the staff is awesome too. This is my second review of how helpful the staff is this time I would like to recognize miss Teresa, she has been nothing but attentive to my questions and request, she is a great party hostess, Yes we have complimentary food given to us with activities ( wine glass painting was awesome). Idk how it was in the past but as of now it is a great place to live with this great staff. Thank you Cross Creek staff for making us feel like we are home!!!

Please go elsewhere. These apartments have many issues. Do not let the recent upgrades fool you. Long term tenants were forced to either stay in unit during renovation or offered to lease another unit which was supposedly renovated. The renovated apartment offered still had mold but was painted over. These apartments are prone to flooding during heavy rain. They are trying to justify the recent rent increase to compete with newer and much nicer complexes in the area. My father who is a senior citizen in his 80’s, as well as a veteran, lived here for many years after the loss of my mother. He never missed a payment and he was NEVER late. He gave a 60 day notice to vacate and paid a professional cleaning company to clean the unit even though he knew they would be renovating it. That is just how his generation was raised. His thanks for being a long term (over ten years) reliable tenant was to be turned over to a collection agency for one month’s rent....even though management was given a 60 day notice and knew well in advance of his plans. It was a health issue for him to stay. This should be a huge red flag to anyone considering signing a lease with Cross Creek. We are native to this area and have lived here for many years...in fact a lifetime. There are far better options in the Grapevine area. I know people are moving to this area from all over because it is a wonderful place to call home, but please don’t be fooled and go elsewhere.

I am going on my 3rd year at Cross Creek at Grapevine Ranch and have to say the new manager Merry N. is AWESOME!!!! She and her team are doing a fantastic job! Courtney, Anna & Isabella are all wonderful and VERY helpful. Merry has planned tons of activities for us (residents) Wednesday Merry had Wing Wednesday and it was a hit!! I had so much fun mingling with other residents and chatting it up with the team. The property looks great, gates are working! (WOOT WOOT) Merry is like a breath of fresh air for Cross Creek. We are lucky to have you and your team!! I hope Ill be going on my 4th year in December :-) Looking forward to the Valentines event and all the others to come. P.S Dont transfer out!

Hi, I just wanted to say that this community is incredible! The location is great, the apartments are really nice. I like the amenities they have a CrossFit type gym that saves me the money from having to join an actual CrossFit gym. I’m not big on pools, but their pool area is very nice as well, and the property is just across the street from the mall!. The office staff is very nice and professional, they really go out of their way to help the residents, especially Teresa she is one of the leasing agents in the office. Teresa is very professional, nice and helpful definitely one of the key factors that make this community a great place to live at! Thank you for the great experience.

Nothing but great things! Isabella Gillian Alyssa and Megan were all so great! I moved in a few weeks ago and they were so accommodating, Megan even contacted me after hours to get me my approval bc she knew I needed it ASAP! They moved up my move in date last min and gave me my keys early! I had one small item and they took care of it promptly( wasn’t immediately, but also wasn’t a pressing matter so I understand it wasn’t priority.) they have been ever so accommodating to my dogs and me and I couldn’t be more grateful! The apartment is beautiful, the upgrades are great and for the money we love it. We just wish we had a yard and one wasn’t available. I think it’s odd all the yard units seem to be by the dog park. Suggest making some more further away as that’s a huge reason for a yard. Oh and the dog park isn’t really useable at night due to snakes. So with out the yard and that it is hard!

We have rented an apartment for our daughter at Cross Creek and we could not be more happy with Chris and his team. They made the process so easy!! Our daughter feels safe and her apartment is sooo cute!! Thank you Chris for making her first experience such a positive one ... we would not hesitate to recommend you and your property!!

Its such a beautiful property surrounded by trees and a nice walking trail near a pretty little creek. Ive enjoyed getting to know my neighbors and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Definitely take a look here if you are wanting a nice place here in Grapevine!

Cross Creek is one of the best places to live. Excellent floor plans, best service, and maintenance. Special shout out to the office managers Shannon, Madison and their maintenance guy Alex for being on top of things and providing the best professional service. Keep it up! We miss living here.
