This company is not to be trusted they have Apartments in Arkansas they could care less about the tenants the ppl in the north Little Rock office have been replace now but not after they have ripped ppl off and kick them off the housing program due to them not doing the proper paperwork and when you dont come in the office at the drop of a dime theyll tell management to terminate you off the housing program and charge you full price then they will evict you and when you try to call the head ppl they wont respond.......fyi MICHELLE NEVER TOOK CASH FROM ME AND SHE ALWAYS TOLD ME TO GET A MONEY ORDER TO PAY MY RENT. SEE this company has a lot of scandal going on at there SUMMER TREE APARTMENTS IN NORTH Little Rock I would not trust this company AT ALL.

They try to rip you off after you are done with the lease. I will not ever rent from this company.
