Have had 2 return packages I dropped off here that were just never picked up/scanned in apparently. Cant start a claim because I didnt make the label since they are returns, store obviously doesnt care to open a claim because if they dont get the goods they dont have to refund. Cant get the lockers open to check or get the packages back to bring them somewhere else. These were great when they first opened a few years ago but now theyre a joke, go to one of the access points thats staffed dont use the lockers for drop off.

Yes I called to see where I could take a package that I needed to return to Amazon because I missed the first pick up from UPS and they charge to come back out but you can drop it off at a UPS drop off place for free.I was instructed that Circle K has a drop off box and being that this is the first time I had to do this I was not aware what it involved in doing this until I went there and found out through experience.Circle K does have a UPS drop off box but for small or medium size packages NOT large packages like I had. Circle K was kind enough to accept the package on my behalf and it made it to its destination.I called the UPS PICK UP number to ask why I was told that Circle K was a place that I could take my package to when it was not. I learned that different UPS drop off boxes have different size limits and Circle K has a limit of medium size packages.The person apologize for the other person not being completely informed on this and I was not aware as well that theres different places that accept different size packages and other places have full service in accepting packages.
