I had a great experience with Alyssa. I called about a possible bald faced hornets nest, unfortunately she wasn’t able to locate the nest but she was able to give me plenty of advice and knowledge about how to find it. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Allissa was on time, called ahead of coming, and was professional and very nice. She even put on clean booties over her shoes when she treated the inside of our home. I had a question and she contacted the office to get my question answered very quickly. Overall Proof has been consistently professional and their service does seem to have the desired impact in reducing bugs! This year we are trying the mosquito/tick service so Ill write a review of that once we experience how well it works.Thanks very much!

Dylan was very polite when he approached my home on 8/10. He explained the process well and answered all questions. Although I was not home when the service was performed on 8/11, I trust that he performed the treatment as he had described.

Dylan was right on time. Respectful, courteous and explained to me what he was going to do. He also was kind enough to let me know when he was finished. The whole proof team has been great so far and Im very happy to have them keeping all the creepy crawly things out of my home.

I used proof for about a year. I had problems with spiders in my basement. It’s partially finished and we always had spiderwebs in the corners and spiders waiting for us in the bathroom down there. I’m a beekeeper and when they first came we discussed options that wouldn’t harm my bees. They had an organic option I went with and things went okay. It took about four weeks but I saw a mild decrease in the number of spiders in the basement.Month two I wasn’t home for the treatment but they called and left me a message telling me they were coming. I called to make sure they weren’t going to use insecticides because of the bees. Got an okay that things would be organic. Got emailed the receipt and sure enough it wasn’t the organic option, it was chemical pesticides. I wasn’t happy but checked the bees regularly and things seemed to be okay so I didn’t make a fuss about it. Made sure I was home for future treatments.In the winter we had ant problems in a room in my house. Called them out and they sprayed with no extra charge beyond the monthly fee. The problem was that the ants didn’t go away. They kept coming out every two weeks for 8 weeks with no change in the ant situation.Fast forward to the next spring. I checked the hives and all three were dead. Not saying it’s correlated. All three were healthy in the fall but didn’t make it through winter. No more need for gentle solutions so I went for the nuclear option. I got puppies and found ticks on them twice. Proof offered a tick and mosquito service so i figured I’d give it a try. $89 per month but if it kept my dogs from ticks and kept me from mosquito bites I am good with it. I didn’t find any more ticks on my dogs but the mosquito population was unchanged. Ants were still there. I hd them out a few more times at two week intervals with the chemical pesticides to try to get rid of the ants with no luck.Overall, there was a mild reduction in the spiders in my basement. Ants are still in my bathroom. Bees are dead. Dogs don’t have ticks. Lots of mosquitos. This is after hundreds and hundreds of dollars of pest treatments. It’s just not worth the expense for mixed results. I called and cancelled and they were cordial when I cancelled - asking how to make it right - but I’m over it. I think it’s a good customer service company but the actual pest control results are poor and the prices are high.Editing to add - I went with proof because of the positive reviews here but now that I’m rereading them they all follow the same format - naming someone specific. It all sounds a little formulaic. Almost like a review farm. Look at the other reviews people wrote - HVAC companies and fence companies, which also pay for reviews. The negative reviews are all because of the door to door sales approach, which I admit sucks.

***UPDATED***I had a very negative experience with their door-to-door solicitor today. We have a sign on our door that says not to knock or ring the doorbell because our infant might be sleeping. The solicitor rang the doorbell and woke up my infant. When I went to the door and asked if he had read the sign, he told me that he didnt. I told him to leave, but he proceeded to give me his pitch anyway. When I told him to stop and that he needed to leave, he told me I didnt have to be so upset. Not once did he actually apologize. He also walked over mine and all of my neighbors lawns instead of using the walkways. I cant speak to the actual pest control services of this company, but if their initial point of contact is any indication, Im not impressed or happy.UPDATE:The customer service at proof. is wonderful. Mariah was very understanding and helpful. They were incredibly apologetic and said that they are using this as an opportunity to improve all aspects of their service. While nothing changes the first impression I was given of proof., I appreciate their commitment to doing better and holding their workers accountable.

Jeffary was right on time. He also called ahead of coming and very professional and very nice. He went above and beyond. He respectful and explained to me what he was done outdoor and garage of my home. Very friendly, great customer service and provided a great quality services each time.

Alicia is very professional, a good listener and thorough at what she does. She communicates well and is a large part of the reason Proof will be at our home the next time for pest control service.

I thought Alicia did a great job checking the property for problems and then bug proofing the entire area. She was on time, professional, answered all our questions, proofed the entire home inside and out, even left pest traps for our problem areas. I would think she must be one of your best technicians.

We live on a private drive. This is posted at the entrance to the driveway. Altho the technician was pleasant, he kept pushing the conversation after I said three times I was not interested. He also kept referring to his truck which was not on my driveway. Perhaps they should not solicit on private drives.

They have been excellent every time weve had them out. Since starting our service with them we havent had any issues with insects getting in the house. The one pest issue we had was this past fall. We noticed some mice had made their way in to our house. We called proof and they were out the next day setting traps and we havent had any issues since. Jeffary has been the tech servicing our house the last few visits and hes been incredibly professional, courteous, and prompt with service. I would highly recommend Proof to anyone needing pest control services.

I originally heard about Proof from a friend of mine. My first encounter was with Weston and he did a great job of explaining the process and treatment options which was very helpful since I am a first time customer.Chase was the technician that came by the house and performed the job. He was very professional and courteous. Very impressed with the overall customer service Ive received from Proof so far. Definitely will be using their services again, as well as recommending them to friends and others in the future.

Some young man came up to our neighborhood houses, which is a private drive multiple times after being told no. He told me my neighbors were complaining about ant problems, which was not true! Felt pushy and unprofessional.

Really impressed by Donald. great guy, takes time to explain details. Ensures he calls up ahead of time to gives estimates for arrival. Very professional and courteous. I have interacted with him thrice and in fact asked him to remove the other tech and him be as the account tech handler. Would also point out to proof mgmt team that Donald is an exemplary employee and a reason why I would recommend proof to friends and family.

On the quarterly program since May 2020. External spray, mice poison boxes in the garage and internal bug treatment just once on the last visit. Virtually eliminated ants around the perimeter of my home, an ant mound that had been in the yard for a few summers, stink bugs and spiders that seemed to always get inside. My home is 50 years old and I am amazed at how effective the treatments are at keeping bugs outside.

Donald was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all my questions and took seriously my concerns about environmental impact and gardening. So far, we have had the initial treatment for our problem ants, spiders and carpenter ants, but Donald Mims was very courteous and explained to me in detail what he was applying and what to expect. I watch my toddler grandson everyday and had many concerns if any of these treatments would affect him. Donald answered my questions with a friendly manner. The guys were at my house today for my first application. I cannot yet speak to the effectiveness of the treatment, but I can say the two men I worked with (Chris Taylor and Donald Mims) were very friendly, professional and patient as they answered my questions. They treated my home for stink bugs, ants, spiders and mice. As part of that, they actually cleaned all the webs from the ceiling of my garage. Fantastic. I would gladly recommend them. I hope their treatment is as effective as they are pleasant to work with.

Proof Pest Controll answered al my questions, explained their services and gave me an appointment for the following day. Donald, our Service Rep, was very curtious and knowledgeable.
